In Africa, dez an adage dat says...'It takes a whole village to bring up a child'...no matta wetha d child is urs or not, a man who luvs children will luv & cater for evry child. A tenant is obliged to pay the landlord for the whole period he is under notice to quit. Notices to quit are usually issued in the last 3/6 months before the termination of of the tenancy agreement, so in other words, a tenant is put on notice to quit prior to the expiration of his house rent. Any real man wud find a middle ground to balance her needs wit his time & health, not come whining to a group who wud rather appreciate her betta than u ever cud.
