A coach must show favoritism to his best players. Romario would miss training and bed pröstitutes throughout the week and on the day of the game, he would outperform those that didn’t miss training. He wasn’t in an offside position from the start. He waited and waited and waited for the pass until he drifted offside.

Chelsea were committing huge risks and daring United to attack them. In the mistake Jorginho made for the Sancho goal, it was 2 United players versus Jorginho alone.

The ball doesn’t even need to be super accurate, just launch it into space and let Ronaldo chase it - something like the offside call that the line assistant did spot. Matic can do that blindfolded.

They were tired by then. None of them was making any impact. Rashford had a one v one with a defender and he couldn’t beat his marker.

When you set up the way the player, the ball carrier has to be sharp and be able to beat his marker or pass the ball vertically to a team mate.

We did none of that. Chelsea took huge risks and every time we broke, it looked like we had a chance but the ball carriers were woeful.

PFA award is about the best performer in the league, it’s never about the fittest or the strongest player. KDB’s 1983 minutes had more quality than his team mates that spent more minutes on the pitch.

KDB’s fellow professionals voted him as the best player in the league. The award wasn’t handed out by a panel of experts, the award was decided by a poll of all the professional players in the Premier League.

Carlo Ancelotti has been sacked 14 times in his career. He’s won more CL titles than SAF, Pep, Mourinho, Del Bosque, Heynckes, Hitzfeld, Arrigo Sacchi, etc.

So even if the club doesn't win anything in 6 months, his role is much larger role than just coaching.
