Henderson could be better than DDG if given a long run of games. DDG was worse when he first arrived. At one point he was being rotated by SAF.

Henderson mistake is that he comes out too much while he is yet to perfect the act. He neess many games and experience to do that. But he is better than DDG in area balls and box command

Barca won 2 league titles in the past 5 seasons and they were both under Valverde. He had them top of the league when he was sacked and they went on to lose the title.

The sacking of Valverde was essentially a deflection tactic to mask the mismanagement of the club.

Valverde has pedigree and he would bleach out the rot in the squad. The likes of Shaw and Maguire would run to the media again that they are being bullied.

I am showing Tuchel's achievements in Germany have no bearing on Poch's in England. Tottenham is a more difficult proposition than Dortmund. Poch coached Español and Tottenham same time. Forgive him for not winning. This is Poch's first full season with PSG and he will win the league for sure. Tuchel is currently ahead of Poch but not by much and time will tell.

Maguire is the captain. He cannot sit on the bench when he isn’t injured. You have to take the arm band away from him first before he can sit regularly on the bench.

Whether Carrick has the mettle to demote Maguire is another issue. The damage Ole has done to this club by giving Maguire the armband would take years to clean up.

I am reading now that Ronaldo is so shocked at the level of indiscipline under Ole. Issues like players reporting to training late, some players not showing up at all and they still get picked to start games week in week out.

Players knew there’s no consequence for their indiscipline. Solskjaer’s unthreatening character plus his loser mentality means players knew they could get away with such unprofessionalism.

No THFC were not the best team in 15/16. On paper, it was Chelsea (they had just won the league 14/15). Pochettino’s young team lost their heads and let Leicester catch them. But so did United, City and Arsenal that finished 2nd.

Chelsea were out of the race by the time Eva Carneiro was demoted. Mourinho got sacked as early as December.

United had LVG. The target was to finish top 4. No one expected LVG to win any thing that season.

Pellegrini was also out of sorts that year. The rumors that Pep was already lined up to take over from him didn’t help his motivation.

Poch had the most experience of any PL manager in the top 6 then apart from the calamitous Arsene Wenger who hadn't won the league in 12 years. Wenger had said finishing top 4 was the same as winning the league so he wasn’t in any title race.
