He is very correct. For someone who can barely spell "comply", you should not be so quick to discard or disregard others.
Do you understand the demands of the West on climate change? The West wants everyone to stop burning fuel and use up less carbon, not increase greenhouse gases. This is not even totally practicable in the West, not to talk of poor countries that depend on burning fuel 100%. So if the rich West wants to save the world, they need to care about the people in it too.
