During an argument with a Nairalander he asserted that DNA code cannot come about without an intelligent mind, my answer to him was so long I decided to turn it into a new thread.
First off by following his logic we come upon an infinite regress. If DNA as complex as it is, cannot come without an intelligent mind and hence must need a creator. The question woukd then be, Who created the creator? As the creator must be more intelligent than his creation(DNA) and hence must need a creator because he too is complex. And then the queation again would be, Who created the creator's creator? and again and again till infinity, an infinty that can only be broken when you accept that something in that circle must have existed without being created and if it can exist without being created, then so can DNA(which is much simpler compared to the creators).

But taking the question at face value and without much deep logic, I want you to examine several pictures that are at the end of this post.

As beautiful and complex as those snow flakes seem those snow flakes were made without any guiding hand. Non whatsoever. I doubt that any of you can make such intricate shapes out of thin ice, but these occur naturally and ironically they start from much simpler beginnings to such complex states, evolutionist propose the same about life.

Transition fossils are one of the more practical proofs of evolution(though not the strongest), because you can already see the transitions that brought about modern species. Transition fossils are hard to find and even harder to preserve, but they have been found, more than once in the case of hominids.

A lot of faith wasted on reconstructed pictures and imaginations of artists talking about what happens millions of years ago. Even a baby should be reasonable enough to know otherwise. 3.6million years ago, i ate garri when i was in Saturn. The fossil and fauna was found in South Africa and my artist friends are working on the picture. i have a phd, therefore believe me or you fail. Let's use Jesus's signs to analyze whether he really is coming soon

1.) WAR: "For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom". Apparently one of the signs of end time is war, and Christians will be quick to point out wars fought over the ages as proof that the prophecy is coming to pass. But is this really an outstanding prophecy, even in the time of Jesus the romans, where occupying his domain, and you can bet your house that they didn't do it peacefully, a small study on history and human nature, will tell you that in almost every part of the world, war is a constant. From the Roman conquest to the Greeks and Persian wars, in fact a quick look at the ancient warfare page on Wikipedia will tell you just how prevalent and deadly they were

With all this considered predicting war is not a sign of omniscience, as it is a constant, equivalent of me predicting there will be a lightening storm sometime in the future.
But there's even something better, do you know that wars and violence are on a decline in recent times?
So if anything Jesus missed his deadline as we are actually experiencing a decline in war. Less nations are rising against other nations.

2.) False prophets: Another obvious prophecy and one we can't even truly attribute to Jesus as the new testament was written decades after he died by people who didn't know him, Jesus was an influential figure and it was only after his death that Christianity truly started to gain traction, decades are enough time for someone to claim to be a prophet of God and it was in those times that the new testament was written, as Christianity became more popular more people would have wanted to become more associated with it, offering themselves up as prophets. Not expecting that there will be false prophets would be like making a really cool movie and not expecting people to pirate it.

Lol. So the prophecy was correct, ba? Who is going to pirate you in the next 2 years after you die? No one, don't be ridiculous.

3.) Famine: Starvation in Africa and some parts of the world are a stable for arguments concerning the end time, pamphlets with starving children on the cover are circulated as further proof of Jesus's prophecy coming to past. Again this is another unexceptional prophecy as famine is nothing new to the world, it even attributed to the demise of the Egyptians about 1000 years before Christ, so predicting more famine was nothing immense.
But as always there's an upside, there are less famines and extreme hunger in the world today, even with climate change affecting food availability, world hunger is lower than it has ever been in history, again the prophecy is going backwards, did Jesus miss his openings, reminds me of a former thread I created.

Okay, so the whole world is hoping and spending and making visions 2000 and 2020 and 2050 and on and on. Billions of dollars are being spent and hoped to reduce hunger, but Jesus was so cute to know above all these PhDs and World governing bodies, the UN, UNESCo, WHO and other relief organisations that hungers will increase. Why would brilliant people do the exact opposite of what you seem to think as common sense?

4.) Christian persecution: Jesus was never liked by the Jews as any one that has ever opened the bible will know and with good reason too, Jesus claimed to be the son of God, this is forbidden according to Jewish culture, so Jesus really did piss them off going around telling everyone he was God's son, so his followers being persecuted wasn't hard to foresee, also the followers of Jesus were brutally persecuted centuries after Jesus's death, when Christianity was spreading across Rome at a rapid pace, the romans were so threatened by this that they launched a full scale persecution.
Christians were killed, some fed to lions others crucified and basically all the nasty things you can think of, but after a while and with Christianity not slowing down, a new roman emperor made Christianity the officially religion of Rome and made worshiping other Gods illegal. The Christians then became the new persecuters(apparently they couldn't turn the other cheek) harassing and abusing other worshippers. Again there's a revers as Christians are persecuted less today than at that time, yes christian persecution continues but it is in no way compared to state sanctioned executions committed by Rome. Again the prophecy is in reverse. I'm sure the early Christians being fed to lions thought Jesus would come at any second.

Aimless rant. You probably don't know what persecution means.

5.) Pestilence(disease): I'm sure with all the diseases being identified today most people will think these diseases are new, but I assure you they are not, they have always existed but we just didn't know what caused them. In truth there are actually less deadly diseases today than at the time of Jesus, in the past a person with diabetes could not live past 40 now they can live a healthy life, in the past HIV patients would be gone in less than a decade, now they can live full lives.
Cancer had no cure and neither did the tons of diseases prevalent at those times, we've already eliminated small pox and soon polio might be gone. Again this diseases were always there but early humans wouldn't have know what they were, as they lack the tools and knowledge to examine them. Again prophecy is in reverse.

Never has man packed such ignorance together in a post as this fellow. He assures us that there are no new diseases. Hail ignoramus, we salute thee.

6.)Natural disasters: this is by far the silliest argument for signs of end time, natural disasters like floods are mainly on the increase due to Global warming and urbanization to places prone to disasters, but for those that will continue to argue, please do know that Natural disasters like earthquakes and volcanic eruptions and tornadoes happen in other planets in our solar system, totally uninhabited planets, so the point is mute. An also natural disasters aren't a new phenomenon as they happened even before the time of Jesus.

The world is not ending soon people so let's try to make the best of it. Spread the news.

This is the question you have been struggling to ask without clarity for over five pages. Na wa oh. Again, it is the basic old and boring question of why there is evil in the world if there is a loving God. Bringing in sentiments and emotions simply robs you of the so called logic that the usual atheist prides in. Now, we find out that the millions of suffering and downtrodden that you claim to be so concerned about. Is tithing money a sin? Yes, it is,... if you are tithing money in order to obey the Biblical command to tithe.

God's Word is the final authority on what is to be tithed, not the preacher behind the pulpit.. The decision as to what is to be tithed; to whom the tithe is to be given; and where it is to be tithed has already been established in God's Word. God said His holy tithe is agriculrural, not monetary. (Lev. 27:30-33) He said it is for the physical descendants of Levi in the Promised Land, not for Gentiles on Gentile soil. (Num. 18:24-26; Neh. 10:37-38)

God's Word says that sin is the transgression of the Law. (1 John 3:4) When a preacher states that God requires monetary tithes, that preacher is lying, since God's Word says His holy tithe is to be agricultural. When a preacher states that God's holy tithe is to be taken to Gentile churches on Gentile soil, that preacher is lying, since God said His holy tithes are to go to Levites in farming communities in the Promised Land.

When those who believe that God's Word commands them to tithe, tithe money, or they tithe to Gentile churches on Gentile soil, they transgress the very Law they claim to be keeping.

In conclusion, to tithe money in response to Leviticus 27:30, Malachi 3:10, Matthew 23:23, Luke 11:42; Hebrews 7:5-9; or any other Scriptural command to tithe is, in fact, sin.
