Why won't he call you Kiddo when you are acting like one? huh Had it not been that I have some offline info,I would have assumed that you are a teenager embarassed No one would have guessed you are in your 40s.Even the Somze kid shows more maturity than you and Loyika combined

I wonder whether Arse fans are cursed with the disease of immaturity undecided. You see grown men-Loyika and Kitaun-acting like feral youths   sad

4play, since all you do right now is to use your time to look at my mistakes, then guess thats cool (who is fixated on whom) at least someone said so, and my mistake in feeling it was Capello rather than Ancellotti was just that. A MISTAKE!! (Same as my feeling it was Ince rather than Viv Anderson who left London to go up north was a mistake which i rightfully acknowledged, but had nothing to do with my accolades on Black British players, as i praised them both following my comments on Mickey Thomas).
Nobody in this forum is interested in what you "feel".Take that to your woman or man as the case maybe grin

The question is what "you know".From your postings here on Nairaland, you don't know much. That is why I adviced you to stick to linking articles. You see,u had to link the article to get it right grin

As far as voyeurism goes-who started this present round of brickbats?  huh You.I made a comment on Wenger/Arse and you responded the next day with personal insults. If at your age, personal insults  are your MO,then personal insults will be responded to in kind .Schmuck

Yes I would say they were safer. If the exit of Sadaam has made them show their so called true colors then I think the presence of Sadaam was a good thing. From what you are saying that means Sadaam somehow managed to suppress their violent ways.
Coming from an African, this is a disingenious argument.I have addressed this issue earlier.Take one salient example-Would you say that Ian Smith's minority rule in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, was a good thing because life has deteriorated tremendously under black majority rule with Mugabe?

All indices show how much life has worsened since black majority rule. Many white Zimbabweans who now live in England make the point that it shows that the British Govt was wrong to encourage them to cede power to the majority black population

Just check out how evasive people are just to make an invalid point.Mr me-too made the following remark lamenting the lack of freedom:

mr me too:
Ok I read the previous and I think I might have just echoed what people discussed already. Back to the topic tho; Whats the use of a freely elected government if the citizens of the country are not free to live their lives? Those people, I'm sure, must feel more caged in now than before Bush's War Of Terror.
He was then questioned on this alleged loss of freedom:
davidylan:
mr. mee. too lets be sincere. Where the Iraqis freer under Saddam? Is the situation in Iraq because the US has caged them or because they themselves having been released from the shackles of Saddam and the oppression of a false peace now begun to show their true colors?
This is his response:

mr me too:
Yes I would say they were safer. If the exit of Sadaam has made them show their so called true colors then I think the presence of Sadaam was a good thing. From what you are saying that means Sadaam somehow managed to suppress their violent ways.
"Yes I would say they were safer"?  huh  You made the point about a "lack of freedom" and defended it by claiming that Iraqis are "safer".Two entirely different concepts.Btw Nigeria and Qatar, one can say that the former is freer but the latter safer.Freedom is not a synonym for safety

Having made the ridiculous point about Iraqis loosing their freedom post-Saddam,he ran away from that when challenged by using the straw man argument.Answering a question he wasn't asked.

PS:@fromuk-I'm still waiting for your response on the recent recruitment figures

Akolawole:
@I-man
I have been reading from this forum that you are 4play.
Is that true?
Yes/No, i don't have problem with ya.
Its obvious already

Akolawole:
1) why do you think Roman employ Kenyon?

2) Why did he buy Frank Arnensen ?

3) Why do we refuse to buy Micah Richards for £18 last January?
Chelsea's resurgence has been in large part due to the tremendous amount of money spent by Abramovich. The underlying issue this story,if true, reveals is that Abramovich, like many rich folks,is getting bored of his plaything-Chelsea.

There was no way he was ever going to maintain that level of spending over a long time. The problem is that at the moment,Chelsea's financial position is precarious as they have never made a profit at the end of each financial year

What Roman might be doing is the same thing Al Fayed did at Fulham. When Al-Fayed first came, first he threw money at Fulham-Van Der Saar(£7mill),Marlet(£13mill)- but with time he got bored. He didn't abandon Fulham as such but he let things drift out of hand.Ditto Jack Walker(Blackburn)

The problem is of the top 4 sides-Chelsea's place is the most precarious in the long term.

Akola there you go again.

My comments were in reply to I-Man. (what is wrong with you people)
Was i saying that we are all happy with what is going on at Arsenal huh NO!! What i was pointing out is the fact that no team (even the scummies with their 9th Title) could really be satisfied with their season. Everyone underachieved (did Jose honestly want the FA or Carling cups on his resume this season; NO. Did Benitez feel good with himself that Liverpool got to the CL Final and lost on the night, NO)
This guy is utterly deluded.Mancunians are not really satisfied about the season? huh Sure,Utd fans are going around with long faces over  their team's performance this season.

In your bid to rationalise your teams's abject failure last season, you have come off sounding ridiculous

So much intrigues, that is the thing about US foreign policy always the same whether democrats or republicans, maybe different approach
It is possible the senators were coarsed into passing that biil, they claimed intelligence reports show that attack in US is imminent. So the only way to stop the imminent attack is re-invoke Donald Rumsfeld gospel of pre-emptive strike. Attack them before they attack.
Trust secret service they may be the ones behind that game.
The Democrats knew from the start that there was no chance of their bill becoming law.In some respects, that is why some of them voted for it.They wanted to show the Democratic base that they are trying their best to end US involvement in the war

Some very disturbing news.Hope its not true because Heinze is one of our best players. He has always given his best and still has a few years left in him

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2002390000-2007240378,00.html

GABRIEL HEINZE is close to a £5million switch to Real Madrid.

Manchester United ace Heinze flew to the Spanish capital on Saturday to discuss the move.

And Real chiefs are convinced they will win the battle to land the Argie defender after he decided to quit Old Trafford.

They want him to replace Brazilian left-back Roberto Carlos, 34, who is being released after 10 years at the Bernabeu.

Heinze said: “I am convinced that if a good offer arrives then Manchester United will let me go.”

Heinze, 29, who joined United in 2004 for £6.9m, is also a target for Italian giants Juventus.

But he favours a move to Real to boost his career after falling down United’s pecking order.

Boss Alex Ferguson has preferred Patrice Evra at left-back this season.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Strictly Chelsea Talk: by Iman3(m): 2:07pm On May 28, 2007
ROMAN ABRAMOVICH will no longer throw his billions at Chelsea to make them successful.

The Russian owner has told the club they must operate without his money and run as a proper business.

Abramovich will remain as sole owner but has told club directors he is not interested in remaining as a key decision maker.

He made his decision known to directors Peter Kenyon, Eugene Tenenbaum and chairman Bruce Buck at a board meeting last Monday.

The summit was called to decide strategy for next season but boss Jose Mourinho was not invited to attend.

Abramovich’s move to pull the plug on his unlimited funds could now see Frank Lampard and skipper John Terry leave the club.

@muki
we go yarn for evening,I wan go library

I do not think you guys fully appreciate the rot setting in at Arsenal. If Wenger doesn't make major signings this season, you are in serious trouble.

In some ways, its not entirely his fault as the club, under a heavy debt burden,do not have the finances to support a spending spree.I was however expecting him to sign some experienced bargains.I think a part of him likes to use the "youth policy" as a smokescreen for his failures.

Do Arse fans really think you guys will make the neccesary progress over the summer to catch up with Chelsea,Utd and Liverpool?I know you guys will say you finished level on points with Liverpool but we all know Liverpool had their eyes set on the UCL.

I just don't see it.The next season could be the worst for the Arse in a long time.

Thierry got his break from Arsene, first at Monaco, and when he didn't succeed at Juve, (which till this Day, Capello says is one of his major regrets in not recognising the kind of player Henry would turn out to be) gave him another chance at Arsenal to be the player we know today.

@Tornadoz,

You get energy oooo.

I read where Davidylan was asking if Bush needed Nigeria as an ally in the illegal invasion of Iraq and wondered if we contributed a single soldier.

Now, OBJ wrote a letter and categorically stated he was against the war.

The result? The US embassy was closed down for some days and the US withdrew their so called military assistance to Nigeria as at that time.

That was one of the time I was very proud of OBJ and ofcourse since the US benefit more from our relationship than we do they opened their embassy (to continue to milk ignorant Nigerians dry with $100 visa fee for even 2 minutes interview).

So, Bush wanted Nigeria to support the war and even promised money to countries like Pakistan to support the war too.
You people have proved my point then grin grin US foreign aid to Nigeria has increased tremendously despite OBJ's opposition to the Iraq war culminating in US/UK support for the cancellation of our debt.

Like I noted earlier, its not just Nigeria but countries like Liberia,Gambia,Ghana,Seychelles,Mauritius,e.t.c.Where all these countries asked to send troops to Iraq ? grin grin Una dey funny
