neelsel:Why u dey insult drunkards? ![]() |
dblock:Abeg, guys,does this make any sense? |
I no even read the link the poster put up Ok,its not space as we know it but there is a lot of "space" in a Boeing aircraft |
loyika:Where better to have fun than the thread of the most dysfunctional club in the top 4? Chelsea and Man Utd won something this season. Those bastards at Merseyside,at least made it to the Final of the Champions League. The Arse on the other hand, after being served an obscene amount of idiotic chest thumping by their fans, finished empty handed for the second season in a row.To hear the Arse fans pour out a litany of sorry excuses, even Saddam's notorious information Minister didn't go to this extent,is laughable. The excuses often go like this: "Titi,RVP were injured","our players are for the future","George Bush hates us",e.t.c.Gives us a break! The simple truth is that your club sucks. We are entitled to laugh at you and your sorry ass club. Next they will roll out the vagina excuse,viz-our male team may not have done well but our female team won the Quadriple!-Now,how sad is that! |
@Somze Look, the man can't help his stupidity. He didn't choose to be stupid, its just his natural state of mind. Bereft of rationality, his MO on this thread is to reproduce articles from other links. This spares us the full force of his imbecility.Unfortunately, every now and then,we gain an insight into his challenged mind, like today.Believe it or not, behind that pathetic collection of pubescent rants, lies a grown adult who should be at least 30 years old .In an open forum like this,we have to deal with the full range of intellect that humanity has to offer.Once in a while you come across the resoundingly stupid ones .Well, you just came across one in Loyika. ![]() Back to topic : Arsenal are going to find it very hard just retaining their place in the top 4 in the coming season.Perhaps, that would expose the rot setting in at the club.Arsenal fans are still in denial mode. |
@Vieira Thank God say u no pass your ugliness to your son .Your wowoness dey too much come to think of it,are u sure u are the father? ![]() |
@Tornadoz Knowing your antecedents in the "Isreal does not want peace" thread,it seems rational debate eludes you. |
debosky:What a load of twaddle! When Henry and RVP were available, where were you? Not in the top 3.You came 4th at the expense of Spurs, what an acheivement! ![]() Your season was over as early as February. You barely competed in the Champions League, knocked out by a relatively smaller club-PSV(Your team is more expensive than theirs). In the FA Cup,you got knocked out by Blackburn, who were missing 7 first team players in the 1st leg(mighty Henry played).Again, Blackburn are a much cheaper team. ![]() Your one bright spot(the League Cup) proved to be a damp squid.Whoever brags of a runners-up finish in the League Cup should be ashamed of his team. ![]() You finished one point better of than last season and only came close to Liverpool because they were resting players for the Champions League. The previous season Liverpool finished with 82 points in 3rd place. You didn't even come close to matching that. You guys should bury your heads in shame.I haven't seen a more pathetic collection of excuses since Shaggy released "It wasn't me" ![]() |
fromuk:I suppose,in your mind, the British bombing of Iraq 80 years ago excuses Saddam's Sunni dominated regime slaughtering Kurds and Shias in the 90s.I cannot fathom your logic. Perhaps, your point is that since the Brits bombed Iraq in the 20s,they have no biz removing the Saddam regime who did a similar thing. That might look logical to you but it looks like a load of horse hockey to me. If anything,British actions in the 20s oblige them to step in on behalf of the majority populace-Shias.Having put the minority Sunnis in power in the 20s,it is applaudable that they have helped bring an end to this quasi-apartheid minority rule |
MAMAJAMA:The USA forced on Iraqis the Ruling Shia Coalition? Did Rosie tell you that? |
debosky:Financial prudence? The refuge of the perennial underachiever. He can practice same prudence without having to sign kids.Saviola is available on a free transfer, why not go for him? Signing kids is his insurance against the burden of expectations. The lack of trophys is easily explained away by vague promises of a better tommorow |
@cute-ass I am a minnow when compared to your overwhelming intellect, experience and sagacity.Who am I to question you? ![]() |
Tornadoz:Those same polls say they are happy to see the back of Saddam.Nobody is arguing that the Americans are loved in Iraq but that from the Iraqi perspective, they remain for now,a neccessary evil fromuk:Was it Rosie O'Donell who would have removed Saddam? How else could you remove him? The Iraqi people voted for a Government and that Govt insists that it does not have the wherewithall to police Iraq on its own.I wish they did but since they can't ,the Americans must help .Without a doubt, everyone wants America out.The question is,when they can leave |
Wenger's interest in kids borders on the pedophile |
@Mamajama If you take your talking points from Rosie O'Donell,God help us!Rosie is a purveyor of lurid jokes, nothing more. fromuk:I suppose their destiny was in their hands under the "democratic" regime of Saddam Hussein? For the first time, they have gotten to elect their leaders. For the first time, the Shias ,who constitue the majority of Iraqis, are now in a postion of power. The Iraqis have a better grasp of their destiny than under Saddam. You may prefer the status quo,I doubt if you will say that if you were a Shia or Kurd, but I think most Iraqis are glad to see the back of Saddam. Not much handwringing was occuring when Saddam was massacring Shias and Kurds in Iraq.I bet you Rosie O'Donell had nothing to say then |
I wonder how long she has stayed in South Africa. In the old SA,there was a hierarchical order within which privileges were distributed to the various colors.Blacks at the bottom,"half-castes" in the middle and Whites at the top. The legacy of those privileges still exists in today's SA and having become used to them in SA,she probably wonders whether she may obtain same in Naija. |
@deeni Spare us the relativist claptrap.Violence by Islamists shouldn't be explained away by pointing to violence by other religionists. To pretend that ISLAMIST violence is no different from any other like violence is utter folly. At best it smacks of ignorance,at worst it reveals your dishonesty in this regard. |
The idea that you can instill ethnic/religious tolerance by a compulsory one year programme is risible. The programme's objective is unattainable and for that reason it should be scrapped. It effectively functions as a Western style "gap year" only this time, for grown adults in their mid to late 20s at the Govt's expense. Time for the adults to pursue their own personal pleasures at their own personal expense |
@Vieira Abeg, wetin una name the child again?abi na Buttugly or NjohNjoh? ![]() |

@cute-ass Am I supposed to read all that? ![]() |
omoge:Ibrahim's holy book? |
Firstly,it has to be noted that individually,Milan's players are technically superior to Liverpool's.Milan's side was blessed with experienced and technically gifted players.Liverpool lacked these especially in attack. Benitez did not help matters by fielding a team with only one striker and leaving his most creative and gifted player-Gerrald-marooned in an unfamiliar role.He could have played Gerrald in a free role in midfield while starting Crouch and Kuyt. This would have still retained the defensive solidity he sought by playing 2 defensive midfielders-Mascherano and Alonso-with the added advantage of a 2 man strike force-Crouch and Kuyt- and the full exploitation of Gerrald at his best-in a roving midfield role. I was surprised at how long it took to get Crouch on to support Kuyt. When he did make a change,it was to bring in that "reliable" Aussie-Kewell-who looks like he is tired of football. What was that about? Benitez's defensive instincts got the better of him.He was too cautious for his own good.Obviously,am delighted he exercised those choices Kidneypool join the Arse in the pantheon of trophyless clubs couldn't help myself |
What I don't get is, what happens to a woman who dies unmarried?I hear a married woman gets re-united with her husband but what if she was never married. Again,do the 70/72 virgins remain eternally virgins?.After the first bout of sex with them, they obviously are no more virgins.Do they become "revirginised"? I wish a knowledgable Muslim can provide me with answers to the above. Thanks |
mr me too:An Iraqi is more likely to die at the hands of a fellow Iraqi or a fellow Arab than an American. The fact that the removal of a murderous dictator has been followed by internecine violence, does not in itself vitiate the rationale for regime change. If the contrary was the case, the violence witnessed under Black rule in Zimbabwe must then justify the old white regime, doesn't it? Almost every dethronment of a long lasting brutal regime is followed by chronic violence-Mobutu,Idi Amin,Doe,Siad Barre,Mengistu Haile Mariam-does that mean then mean that in each case, such regimes should be left in power? Who is to blame in each case for the violence that often accompanys the removal of a brutal dictatorship? The "removers" or the warring parties. Is Nyerere at fault for the violence that followed the removal of Idi Amin's regime? Most of the violence in Iraq is conducted by Iraqis against each other.Iraqis are fully grown adults who are responsible for their actions. When the Americans removed Saddam, they could have either gone the path of US occupied Japan or the path they chose. They chose the latter and must bear the responsibility for that |
Its not a Nigerian sponsored programme. |
I can't help but marvel at the depth of knowledge you people have about this stuff. I saw Sparks on TV and she said the ring she is wearing denotes her committment to abstinence till marriage.Kudos to her! ![]() |
Ndipe:That is an extra-ordinarily myopic and self-centred way to view events.Effectively, you are saying that if something has no impact on your person,it is not worth talking about |
