Agreed, that is a true Christian if you ask me. He knows the Bible not like those my pastors say church goers that are there. If only God opens their eyes to know that those pastors aren't after the salvation of souls but their income. They would have been studying their word for personal use. It is a challenge indeed. I took my time seeing all the comments on page 1. Not even one person supported his display of foolishness & his uselessness as a so called governor. Sensible comment. But I am yet to read a portion of the Bible where Jesus presided over weddings or instructed the disciples or apostle to join couples. Secondly, I am yet to see where church conduct the Kangaroo wedding or England traditional marriage when pride prize hasn't be paid.

Covid 19 that is about two months in Nigeria is the reason salary cannot be paid. All these states that are not viable. Dissolve the state and merge with other States.

That is the truth most states created were out of greed to gain more allocations from the federal and increase several chances to the regions. This is even the reason many don't want true federalism as they will useless.

OP, mine may not be a popular opinion, but you are within your rights to have an abortion if that's what you want and feel is best for you. If you want an abortion, talk to your sister or parents about having it, as no one, even the guy has the right to tell you what to do with your body. But You must also not pin parental responsibility on the guy for a kid he didn't consent to having. You have done nothing wrong by having sex, but you have done everything wrong by having unprotected sex knowing fully well the possible consequences - a consequence that you are unprepared for.

Virtually everyone here castigating you will not let their teenage daughter or sister keep a pregnancy out of wedlock, if the decision was theirs to make. A study by PMA2020.org stated that an average of 3million abortions takes place in Nigeria annually. Yes, the same Nigeria where a probable 97% of Nairalanders hail from.

You must know that the decision to keep or abort that pregnancy is a life changing one - either positive or disastrous - a decision that you would live with for the rest of your life. You must also know that abortions pose a threat to life, especially when not done by professionals.

What do I think you should do? Talk to your sister now! Tell her you're sorry but let her know that you do not wish to keep the pregnancy. Going forward, please use a condom.

Your points appear hash but with several underlining facts. Social media is buttered with edited lives where many pretend & presenting selves as a saint when ditching opinions. The lady knows what to do, she is only seeking the best ways to accomplish that & perhaps some little confidence to implementing it. A day like this would have somehow be envisaged when they decided to swim completely unclad & frequently since they live together. Nigerians are what they are with so much preferences to religion but in the true sense far from what religion truly represents in practice.
