Generally, time is infinite. It is humans that have personal time limits. Hence your personal time counts when you say good morning, happy weekend, month or year. There is always a fund raising anytime there is a gathering in a church services in the form of offering, seed, etc. Therefore, anything that will keep making people to gather, is what the religious men will do.

They have always been two laws for different persons in Nigeria. The law for the rich/powerful & the other laws. This could have also been an arranging/bargaining with the petty guy to admit the crime just to prove a point that they are working. I don't believe anything in this country. I have seen it all. This country is a scam!

For me, it is simply a time to relax & enjoy the holiday with love ones who wouldn't have gotten the time to merry together. Christ never prioritize his birth. Hence I wouldn't celebrate it. Rather I will always show charity to all at all times, at least that is what He prioritized.
