No reasons given justify whatsoever crime. However, humans will naturally prefer shortcut anywhere in the world. It is only a working system that makes most people behave orderly. There is a reason "lead us not into temptation came first before deliver us from evil in the Lord's prayer." Factually speaking, Nigeria is currently a jungle where anything goes. The so called leaders are the pioneers of crime & role modern.

You're very correct. At least the continuous one sided government pattern mostly influenced by the north since time, quota system, high rate of insecurity, looting, zero checks and balances when it favours some persons, zero national plan, etc. Are obviously not a enough reason. Things have been bad since time immemorial Buhari just made it worse. And he is trying to break a world record by making it irredeemable.

1. How did you leave the first job? Were you given a few days suspension maybe to investigate or as a punishment for your offense?

2. Your employment document should ordinary clarify the condition for volunteering pulling out. In most cases you're to:
a. give a month notice so the HR can plan adequately and integrate a replacement.
b. can't leave until after certain number of service because of the training you must have received.
Or you refund your one month net pay or a certain cash amount representing the cost of training if your case is option b.

In as much that i have done business from the scratch for years and i can say buying and selling is not easy, Dangote should know that if not of FG the Dangote group would have fizzled out. Dangote containers doesn't stay more than three days in Apapa and it's cleared. He can't even survive in US that runs on a capitalist economy. Let's give everyone a level ground to run a Cement factory nobody will consider Dangote cement when we've got BUA, Unicem, Ibeto and other upcoming. That is where most Nigerians always get it wrong. If the bolded happens, the game won't change. Nigeria politicians are only interested in what favours them as an individual and less of national interest. Several presidents have met him even from south & west. The worse that can happen is that they will be offered a share and of course a room to hide their loot. Without a structural change nothing is expected to happen even in the next 200 years. Buhari was a big mistake of course by widening the ethnicity politics & zero direction/plans.

It doesn't make any economical sense to exist as a state when truly they should be a local government area. Paul can't be working while peter keep feeding fat with the lion share simply because they belong to the region that is considered as a less privilege states. This is the main reason the structural work of the country should be revisited. The fg can't keep functioning as fg, state and LGA as the same time.
