Politics › Re: This Is For Those Asking Why Agitation For Biafra Is No Longer Strong by IMEI: 3:58pm On Feb 04, 2022 |
EastisBae: For those trying to blackmail Igbos that agitating for Biafra again post 2023 won't work if we are denied the presidency, hear this and hear it now; the agitation is rather going to take a more resolute and dangerous dimensions!
Here are the reasons: 1. There is no reason why Igbos shouldn't be allowed to rule in 2023 because everything makes it perfect for them now. Failure to endorse it by other Nigerians will prove to both die-hard Biafra agitators, moderates and pro Nigerians alike that Igbos would forever be treated as second class citizens.
2. It would be difficult for North to succeed itself and also difficult to allow SW to rule again since they've ruled enough, so denying Igbos that haven't ruled for no other reason than we are Igbos won't be acceptable.
3. Agitating for Biafra is an ideology that comes from the mind. It started because Igbos felt they weren't wanted in Nigeria. The perception rose to dizzying heights when Buhari emerged and opened old wounds. If you can notice, why it is reducing again is because Igbos are seeing an opening that there is a chance that we would be reintegrated into Nigeria like it was prior to 1966. However, if that hope is dashed, mark it today that it would be extremely difficult to tame the agitation ever again. And if you think Nigeria can't break, then I'm sorry for you. Nigeria is already facing extremely difficult times and it is not going to end anytime soon. The state is already weakened and a massive force pushing for breakup would be hard to stop.
It is not a threat but common sense, no section would be treated how Igbos have been treated since 1966 and they still believe in the same country. The same yorubas claiming to love Nigeria are doing so because they feel they're getting better deals. Let them pass through what Igbos have passed through and see if they would still love Nigeria. Do you know what politicking means? The advocates of merit don't want it in politics, they favour quota system instead...the irony If not for Nigeria's magnanimity, would Igbos have bounced back after the war? Make we hear word jo It's funny how your justification for an Igbo presidency is always accompanied by ultimatums and threats...only you guys believe you're owed, no one else does My advice: decide if you want biafra or Nigeria because you're only doing yourselves |

McGg: You're senseless for asking me to use my sense..... And which god are you talking about.
A god that will allow you to have accident, crash your car and maybe destroy someone source of living, then make you come out unhurt just so that his name will be glorified.. did He beg anyone to glorify Him? ask the guy who glorified Him if he was promised by God that he'll be accident free like i said know God, don't evaluate Him based on what you think He should be, doing this will also make you know what life is about you're currently just full of ignorance and hey, the same God is yours and you'll definitely know...whether you choose to believe or not is irrelevant i repeat, use your sense, you have it i'm muslim by the way |

gwafaeziokwu: Peter Obi, the man Nigeria sorely need at the moment. The hyenas will do all in their favour to stop him. But it's all in the hand of ordinary Nigerians to throw their weight behind the man who has the capacity to put all political lunatics delaying the destiny of Nigerians in the Asylum where they belong.
A man that brought real democracy and development in a very stubborn state like Anambra, can turn the fortunes of Nigeria. The man Igbos need in Biafra |

An Igbo man emerging as a candidate in next year's election is tantamount to rewarding truancy
A lot of Igbos spent the better part of this dispensation being treasonous, but now want to pretend they deserve to lead the country they disavowed repeatedly
Igbos need to prove that politically they can be trusted, Nigerians need to believe that their lives can be entrusted to them, anything short of that is self-delusion
Honestly, the only Igbo man i'm comfortable with is Rochas and the comfort doesn't extend beyond the vp slot |

EnemyofGod22: Jesus Christ, Angels, demons, Satan and God doesn't exist, there's no reliable verifiable concrete approved evidence of their existence.
Heaven and hellfire doesn't exist.
Know this and have peace of mind. oga calm down, just die first, hell no far the fact that you believe that nothing and i mean, absolutely nothing, can form even just a human being, is a testament to how unintelligent you are lets take the eye for example you mean to tell me that the retina just happened to form on its own, same as the pupil, also the lens and all other components and after forming, they just happened to perfectly come together in a working sequence to enable sight? and to top it off, the same eye needs light to see and just like that there was light to enable it function? Have you ever in your entire existence or any known existence, heard of components(not even non existing ones but existing ones), just coming together systematically to function? That's literally the same as keeping separate pieces of a watch disassembled and then with no assembler or maker, expecting the watch to perfectly assemble by itself and work No one even needs to tell you there must be a God, your God given brain should tell you so There are entire, advanced level research works written by renowned medical experts on 'how the human eye works', this fact alone is a marvel and we're only talking about the eye, what about the rest of creation then? How stupid does it sound that geniuses marvel at the eye and it's capabilities, yet the same people believe that it came about just by chance....in a word, it's absurd |

IjapaTiroko: My Adamawa colleague said this guy founded what metamorphosed into Boko Haram today. He said many of the terrorists were Shettima's political thugs who he abandoned. A similar situation will be Tinubu abandoning Lagos NURTW after winning election. The outcome will be grave on Lagosians not him, you mean Senator Ali Modu Sheriff popularly known as SAS |
