@ Oblo: Thanks for your kind comments. Why a Deadline? I am trying to get rid of this bus real quick - I have 2 more buses off the ship Tuesday, and no place to store them! If I can't meet my self imposed deadline, I usually do something radical like give the car to charity (cant really afford to this time). I am not a car dealer and I don't like inventory. I bring in the vans as fillers for my container. That being said, I will try to get a picture placed asap. |

A good night's rest from a groping, fumbling husband. |
Hats off to you, Mr Iyk1 for disclosing the salvage title status! |
available. Must sell. Make an offer. |
Love the White! Whats the interior? For Audi's I kinda favor the Amaretto Leather interior over White and Navy. I am searching for a good deal on a 2006 A6 White or Navy, yep with Amaretto leather! I found one online last week, it was outside of Atlanta, before I could get off my backside to go test drive, it was gone! I'll post pics when I finally find one. |

Quoting Dolemite, on page 1: "Tainting that pure white blood, I'm not a big fan of inter racial relationships. . .imagine if miss Nigeria dated a white man, yeuch." That's a weak argument especially since its 'been there, done that' - The most famous face of Nigeria, model Oluchi Onweagba in fact dated and married an Italian. A white Italian, Luka Orlandi. |
@ Omolajaone - is this the same property at the corner that has only 20 years left on the lease? is a 99 year renewal being offered as part of the N1.3B price? |
polling feature added, thank you! |
Hello! We would like to conduct an informal housing survey, the results of which shall be applied to our low-to-mid income housing schemes in major cities around Nigeria. Who are we? A consortium of investors, with PPP's with several states around Nigeria, with the goal of providing 2000 homes per year for low and middle income earners, strategically focus on salaried government workers. As you know, affordable housing in Nigeria is at crisis stage, and we are trying to develop the right business model to help fill the gap. This business model would, amongst others, consider the right combination of price, profit, quality, location, mortgage facilities, resources, mortgage-to-earning ratio, distribution, etc. To do this effectively, we need the combined brainpower of Nairalanders! Action From You? Please indicate your preference, based on the options provided below, with a brief statement explaining choice, or suggesting REASONABLE alternatives, if any. OPTIONS: (Including kitchen and living room, unless otherwise stated) 1. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow. Price point N3M - N4.5M 2. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow. Price point N2.5M - N3.5M 3. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat (out of a block of 8 flats, 4 stories, no elevator). Price point N1.3M - N2.3M 4. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (out of a block of 8 flats, 4 stories, no elevator). Price point N1.8M - N2.8M 5. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat, with small kitchen (4 stories, no elevator, no living room). Price point N700,000 - N1.2M 6. 1 bedroom flat, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities (4 stories, no elevator). Price point - N300,000 - N600,000 NOTE - Price differential based on floor location, upgrades, demand & supply etc. Thanks for your participation! To conclude, we will attempt to summarize our findings. |
Name calling unnecessary, gentlemen. What Dolapobore is trying to articulate is that there is a range of prices based on the specifications of the borehole. Boreholes can run anywhere from N100,000 to N10M (and upwards) depending on location, depth, soil type, treatment etc. One cannot compare the cost of one with the cost of another, because all factors are rarely equal. |
Thanks also to the following, who have been kind enough to send detailed photos: 1. Alexbaba 2. Mr Tayo of Realty Lutay 3. Relocation Managers, Ms Christy 4. Mr Olu |
You most certainly have not sent any pictures to me. You have made several promises, all unfulfilled. I have received pictures only from NL agent INJ REC, and another non-Nairaland agent, but you dont seem to have pictures of the property that you are representing. Thanks anyway. |
Thanks for the pictures. Will contact you soon. |
@ INJ REC, thanks for the pictures. You seem to be the only legitimate agent with access to 1004 listings. |

Available. Directly on main road! Potential uses are unlimited. Full sized Plot measures 60' x 120' Lekki Road is almost completely built up, and the road rehabilitation is also close to completion. Not many main road plots left! Don't believe any seller that guarantees appreciation, but you must look at comparable properties in the area, and growth trends. |

@ House - Did not mean to be rude or abrupt, but walahi, I don tire for all these fake "Agents". |
