I am interested in renting at 1004. Either a 2 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom maisonette. I am not in Lagos, and cannot come for a viewing immediately. Are there ANY DIRECT AGENTS capable of, and willing to, send me clear pictures of the interior, so that I can get a feel for the general flow and the finishing? Please send me pictures and prices immediately at info@LPFInvestments.com. Now permit me to digress for a minute: Please, Please, I beg, do not use the usual excuse of protecting the pictures so that other agents do not steal your listing. WHAT difference does it make if they advertise your listing? At least, they may bring you the client that you do not have. So you end up sharing a commission? Big deal! Why is it so difficult to understand that half of 5% or 10% is better than 100% of nothing? Do not send me e-mail if you are not a direct agent, or not able to send me pictures for reasons I don't really care about. Thanks! |

I assume you do not want to be restricted to only mobile internet? Try COBRANET's UGO service. I have tried at least 3 others - MTN, IPNX and Starcomms, and Cobranet was consistently the fastest and most reliable, according to tests on www.testmyspeed.com. Their customer service is top notch, the service centre is able to trouble shoot most problems, but on 2 occasions, a technician has been sent to my home within 48 hours! Most businesses around Lagos now use the service. It is a WIMAX based service, so my modem can travel with me. Cobranet has sort of a cult following, and I think they depend more on viral marketing, such as this. They are located in Lekki, off Admiralty but you can find centers at most major supermarkets in Lagos. I would assume the same goes for other cities. I use the midrange package, and it is N14,600 per month for 3.5G. www.cobranet.org Hope this helps. |
It is a snowy day in Atlanta today, all businesses shut down, all roads shut down! Tomorrow, this baby gets new tires (tyres). Quite possibly Michelins, Yokohamas, or Dunlops. |
From freeborn191: TOPIC: 79.6% Students FAILS Again In Waec Exams Are we a nation of dullards ?, or what, i cant just phantom how 80% of our students who studied for 3years for a particular exam, still managed to fail massively. We are a nation of jokers if we do not take this trend seriously and address the issue. This is symptomatic of the education tragedy in Nigeria - 1. ", Students Fails, " Should read: ", Students Fail, " 2. Incorrect placement of punctuation 3. ", I just cannot phantom, " Should read: ", I just cannot fathom, " 4. "Curled from, " Should read: "Culled from, " All in all, this post would have earned perhaps a 65%. That is a failing score in English literacy. My point? Do not blame EPL, Facebook, Nintendo, Naija Sings and other external social trends for our failure to teach and be taught properly! |
Update - New throttle installed. Why all the repairs? I don't want to take a chance on local mechanics, who are in my opinion, better for simple maintenance. So if it looks even remotely questionable, I have given the Volvo dealer a mandate to replace! I will after all, keep this car if it does not sell in 6 weeks. |

This car has a clean Carfax, no salvage, no junk title, no accident!

Features: 2.4L five cylinder dual overhead cam engine with automatic FWD transmission Beige / Gold on Cream Leather Interior Power mirrors/heated seats/locks/windows CD player in dash with premium sound Air Conditioning Cruise Control Power Seat Power Steering AM/FM Stereo Moon Roof Power Door Locks Dual Front Air Bags Tilt Wheel ABS (4-Wheel) / Traction Control So whats the story? I am not a car dealer, I bought this baby for myself, to take my son to and from school. No better safety record than Volvo, right? This is a Great car, just completed a comprehensive maintenance at a Volvo dealer in Atlanta, because I wanted to get it all done before it ships out. Volvo recommends a new timing belt at 105K miles, and even though this car is at 90K miles, I got it done anyway, bloody expensive, but worth it!! New Timing Belt and Tensioner; New Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils; Transmission Serviced and Flushed; Brake Fluid Flushed; New Brake Rotors; New Fuel Pump; All Fluids changed; New Battery; New wipers for Windshield and Head lights; Leather interior renewed; Complete Detailing; Why do you need to know all this? You are getting practically a brand spanking new engine! It is the non-turbo engine, so easier to maintain. Just get your regular service at a reputable shop. I would be happy to add some maintenance parts - filters, plugs and synthetic oil for free! I will send a carfax report to any serious persons. E-mail me offers and questions at info@LPFInvestments.com. If you need to speak to me, let me know, and I'll send my number in the US, or simply send yours via e-mail. Price - N1.950M Delivered.

Tudór:Ah, ok. Did not realize maga and mugu were synonymous. Thanks Tudor! |
^^ Yes, I came across it a couple of weeks ago, and I'm hooked ![]() Unfortunately, missed the reruns on seasons 1 & 2, so would like to catch up. Thanks! |
baslone: IykeD: denzel2009:Ok, so maga means a gorgeous young lady with a puzzled look on her face? Why would that upset D'banj? Seriously, is there someone less interested in a silly display of his/her wit (or the lack thereof) and more interested in answering the question - what is 'maga'? |
Please can someone tell me what a 'maga' is? I read through this whole thread looking for a definition, but I remain ignorant. Thanks! |
On permutation that the South-East might end up producing the president in 2027, the Ohanaeze leader said it could not be so. Reason: 'We have consulted lawyers on this matter. Those lawyers need to make a quick detour back to law school. That is at best a half assed interpretation of the law. Upon the elected Presidents death, Jonathan became President by succession and by operation of law. He did not contest for the position, therefore he is infact not serving a term that would count towards tenure of office. Example, if a hypothetical President and Vice President should be killed on the same day, the Senate President would succeed. Is that to suggest then, that such Senate President could would be restricted to only 1 term in office should he ever run for President and win? In a word, bullcrap. |
Thanks kamikazee0, I will check them out! |
Who has copies of seasons 1-3? Would love to watch it, please contact me @ info@lpfinvestments.com TIA! |
Yum, calamari! |
The diagnostic tools are great, but even after the codes have been read, someone still has to be able to properly fix the problem. It is THAT person I am looking for. |
Thanks for the response. Parts are actually not a problem. I have a small stash of parts for just about every maintenance need. What I would like is a service center that has competent mechanics. You know, people who know the engine, not the trial and error specialists? That way I can use them for regular maintenance while hoping nothing major comes up. SO any recommendations would help, then I can go check them out. |
Hi there! Is your list a general phone list, or is it based on specific demographics? For instance, can you supply a list of women earning over N5M, in the 25 - 55 year age bracket? My products are targeted at a certain demographic, and a general list may be a wasted effort. |
