TV/MoviesRe: What Do You Benefit From Watching The Big Brother Africa Show? by Inik(op): 5:25pm On May 26, 2013
I had always dismissed the BBA as a waste of time until I made out time to see BBA7 (Stargame).

The show gives you the opportunity to see life from different perspectives. Different opinions, actions and reactions. I was shocked!

Its just a reflection of our everyday lives. Betrayals, backbitting, lies, false accusation, pretentious lives, high temperament.

BBA made me realize that people are diffent and will always understand things differently. I also got to understand that some smilly all is well people we see everyday can be very sad people when they resign to their various homes.

And as for the culture thing, what exactly do they do in BBA that we Africans don't do in our various homes? Alcohol, promiscuity, sex, lies, dance etc?

Honestly, I find BBA more educating than entertaining! shocked
Interesting, i will try to watch this edition

It is not a sin. You might receive an emergency call in the course of the service and you will have to leave to attend to it.
TV/MoviesWhat Do You Benefit From Watching The Big Brother Africa Show? by Inik(op): 2:13pm On May 26, 2013
Will you be watching the big brother Africa Season 8 show?
Some people view the show as a waste of time and a show that impacts nothing meaningful on the viewer.
Some others view it as a show that does not reflect our African culture and values.
Some people say the only reason the show is still running is because Dstv makes millions of rand from subscribers and advertisers.

Do you watch Big brother Africa? What are the benefits of watching the 90 days show?

PoliticsRe: Sheikh Gumi To Boko-Haram - You Cannot Break-Up Nigeria by Inik(m): 1:07pm On May 26, 2013
Gumi while speaking with ewsmen at his Kaduna home avowed that the outlawed sect “cannot kill someone and expect peace; they will not live to enjoy the killings they did; they have only destroyed themselves”. “I am calling on all those killing people including the Boko Haram members to stop that; they are
destroying themselves, and they can never succeed,” he said.

Good point

The Boko Haram group does not have the firepower; they only load a car with explosives somewhere and explode it
Fat lie! Those animals have Rocket propelled grenades, anti-aircraft and anti-tank guns

The Boko Haram members only need good policing; a well-equipped police, good intelligence can curtail their activities.
Yea they need good policing so that they can destroy more police stations and kill more officers than they have done already

Leaders should not be biased at all level; they should serve all Muslims, Christians, and in fact they should serve the whole country”.
Preach this to your born to rule northern leaders and see if they won't eliminate you, go and tell Buhari this!

This is the type of thread that Eko ile relishes. Look at him happily flooding the thread with recycled pictures cheesy If its a thread for pictures from Akwa ibom, rivers, enugu or Anambra states he will be up in arms trying hard to derail the thread, insulting the posters and comparing the pictures with that of lagos angry

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Misses Speaking Slot At AU Gathering by Inik(m): 12:32pm On May 26, 2013
anonimi: Anyone who has access to the Ethiopian Television (ETV) channel yesterday would have seen Jonathan making a speech at the AU at about 12 noon Addis Ababa local time.

It should be obvious to any one who can reason well enough that this cooked-up story is aimed at MINIMISING the great achievement by GEJ of gaining the endorsement of the 54-member AU for Nigeria's permanent seat at the UN Security Council.
This is something OBJoke could not achieve despite his reputed international goodwill.

I expect that the Presidency will issue a credible rebuttal emanating from Sahara Reporters nameless "sources" and examine possible legal action against the publishers.

BTW, it rubs off on all of us as Nigerians whatever Jonathan does and how we present him to foreigners because like it or not, the FACT remains that he is OUR 1st representative to the outside world as OUR President.
Spot on!

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Governors Forum And The Defeat Of The Garrison Candidates: A Must Read. by Inik(m): 11:55pm On May 25, 2013
berem: But seriously, why is the chairmanship of the Governors forum taken so serious? Why is it so important? huh huh
The governors forum has little or no benefits to the masses but to the governors and the president it is important politically because it is a power base that is made up of people who are at the helms of affairs in their respective states and who can influence their citizens to move towards their desired political direction. If you can gain the control of and endorsement by this group you will have men and resources that will work for you towards the actualization of your 2015 ambition.

PoliticsRe: Jang Holds Inaugural Meeting As NGF Chairman - Newsexpress by Inik(m): 11:27pm On May 25, 2013
I don't see Amaechi coming out of this whole mess politically strong. By now i hope he has perfected his plans to decamp to Apc cos the Pdp will be too hot for him. It is only in Apc that he stands a chance to be chosen to serve as a spare tyre to Sule lamido come 2015. Goodluck Jonathan will definitely get the Pdp ticket for 2015 and with the majority of governors from the oil producing states backing him he is guaranteed of enormous funds to prosecute the election to a successful conclusion.

Sahara reporters are rumour mongers. You people should always take any news emanating from them with a pinch of salt. SR are known for reporting fiction and half truths.

fubbyy: All my life I've been reading and hearing about two people having just a fling with no string attached, why is my own different? Why can't I find som1 who's interested just in flings with no string attached, all they want is a serious relationship, the most annoying is the recent one, a friend introduced me to a girl, after telling me that what the girl does is just flings,I was motivated and happy

Looking for a fling? Act like a fling! Go out into the streets you will find them, go on facebook, 2go and badoo you will find many of them there.
