Boko haram sponsors are now giddy with excitement. Jonathan has allowed himself to be railroaded into granting amnesty for terrorists and murderers. The blood of the innocent people they"ve killed will cry out for revenge soon ![]() |
Good development but unfortunately this looks like another case that will be swept under the carpet, with the kind of corrupt judiciary that we have in Nigeria. |

luluosas: Honestly, apart from the menace of Boko Haram in Northern Nigeria today, the evil and wickedness being perpetuated in the land is mostly done by the so called Christians. Most of these evil acts happen because most people who profess to be christians are just practising religion without understanding what is all about. Christianity is meant to be a personal relationship between an individual and God. If a person is truely a christian it will reflect in all aspects of his life. Societal pressures and expectations also forces people to engage in these wicked acts and if an individual does not have a strong spiritual footing he or she will cave in to the pressure. |
KINGwax: Anybody bothered to read that?Yea, others have read it. Try and read it too. |

Guys in this forum complain a lot on how they”ve been dumped in the friend”s zone, some even share tips on how to avoid being friendzoned. I did a random search to find out if there”s any benefit attached to being in a girl”s/woman's friendzone. That search led me to this insightful article.... One of the biggest myths in the world of dating is that the friend zone is a terrible place to be. People often believe that the friend zone is bad because it is so closely tied to rejection. When a guy finds out he is in the friend zone, usually all ties are broken no real friendship ever ensues. This type of behavior should be reserved for immature and inexperienced daters. There are plenty of reasons why being in the friend zone can benefit you greatly. After reading this article and learning about the benefits of being in the friend zone, you'll be more likely to embrace it. 1. Improve Your Confidence and Comfort Level With Girls The first reason why being in the friend zone is a good thing is that by becoming friends with more girls, you'll be able to improve your confidence and comfort level with girls. This is especially helpful if you don't have very much experience with girls and want to be more relaxed and natural around them. This will make future dates less awkward and more successful. By spending more time around other girls, going on dates will be easier and less stressful for you. There is one downside to becoming more comfortable around girls though. If you become a little too comfortable with being around girls, you might soften up and change for the worse. To avoid making this mistake, make sure you are yourself around girls and don't change yourself to fit in with them. If you do that, you're more likely to find yourself in the friend zone again. 2. More Opportunities To Meet New Women One great benefit of being in the friend zone is that it gives you new opportunities to meet new women. If you are outgoing enough you'll end up meeting friends of the girl who friend zoned you, which can grow your pool of dating prospects. This will make it easier for you to bounce back and recover after being put in the friend zone. The more often you find yourself in the friend zone, the more opportunities you'll find to meet new women. This will help speed up the process of finding the right girl for you. 3. Lingering Possibility Of Becoming More Than A Friend The lingering possibility of becoming more than a friend is the main reason why guys stay in the friend zone with girls. It usually never happens, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. If you know what you're doing and can play your cards right, you can turn things around in your favor. If you choose to stay in the friend zone for this reason, it's important not to suffocate the girl of your affection. If you try too hard, you'll come off as needy and pathetic and she'll be scared away. 4. Free Dating and Relationship Advice If you get into the friend zone with a girl and keep her around instead of shunning her, you'll have a reliable source of free dating and relationship advice in the future. This can make it easier for you to work through the issues you're having in your love life and can sometimes be less embarrassing than asking your guy friends for help. So take advantage of this kind of advice if you ever need it. 5. No Other Guys Take Advantage Of Being In The Friend Zone The last reason why the friend zone is a great place to be is that no other guys ever takes advantage of it. With less competition around, it becomes much easier for you to reap the rewards of being in the friend zone. Most guys don't know how to deal with rejection and cut off all ties with girls who reject them. Rejection isn't any fun, but if you're confident in yourself and don't take everything personally, you'll be seen as far more attractive than most guys. So don't sweat it if you're put in the friend zone and take advantage of the opportunity instead. http://www.manhelper.com/dating_sex/5_reasons_why_being_in_the_friend_zone_is_a_good_thing |
Interesting writeup. May God help us. |
FOREXMART: If uyo its not congestedOn typical working days the main city center gets congested, traffic jams occur every now and then but there are always alternative routes where you can test your James bond skills . I was in Ph during the weekend and i got stuck up in the traffic along Aba road for 45 mins. There is no cultism problem in Akwa ibom, Calabar is in Cross river state and the rate of cultism there has reduced. Goodluck with your search for a calabar wife ![]() CFCfan: All hail the uncommon transformation!!Come to Akwa ibom we will give you a wife and a prado jeep to match ![]() |
Eko Ile: Show me where I did apart from me responding to a quote.I am not going to go back and forth with you on this one since your mind is already made up. A wise man once said that "a man convinced against his own opinion is of the same opinion still". Keep your points about Akpabio to your self and please do us a favour; travel out of Lagos and come down to the South-south and south east you will be amazed at the level of development in these states. Akpabio is performing. |
Never start as a friend except you want her as a friend only. Make your intentions known from the start. There are many ways of letting her know that you want more than friendship from her |
Good game, good scoreline |

You are generalizing, not all christians are turning down their lights. We have christians whose lights are burning and shining brightly in this country. |
Eko Ile: Unfortunately for you, this is not about fashola or fashola against apabio and if there's any connection in this thread, then you are responsible for the connection as you just did.But you brought in lagos into the thread and you've been trying hard to discredit gov Akpabio. Give the devil his due, a little good remark about the nice projects won't hurt, will it? ![]() |
Akpabio has done well infrastructurally, honestly he has transformed Uyo from a small rusty town to a world class city within the space of 6 years. I am residing in Uyo and can attest that these pictures are real. Of course more money has entered Akwa ibom state coffers these few years due to increased oil derivation. The Ibom airport was started by ex-gov Victor Attah, same goes for the Le meridian 5 star hotel/golf resort and Ibom power plant. When Akpabio came in, these projects were at about 30% completion level so it is to his credit that he completed the projects and even went further to build upon them. What i like about Akpabio is the fact that he does not compromise on the quality of projects, he insists on high standards. Most of the road construction projects are being done by Julius berger and other top scale companies. Some people say development is not widespread across the state, they are not really telling the truth. There are many electrification projects, road projects, water projects and construction of health centers across the different local government areas. With the amount of money the state earns i think we deserve more than what we are currently getting. We need cottage indusries that will create jobs for our youths. Akpabio promised to create industries and skills acquisition centers in all the 31 lgas of the state during his re-election campaign, we are still waiting for him to fufill this promise (i hope say no be wash ). Truth be told there is a high rate of unemployment in Akwa ibom if not addressed may spill over into something serious in the nearest future. If you have not been to Akwa ibom before, you are welcome to visit and see things for yourself Invest your money here, the state is highly investment friendly, new businesses are springing forth everyday, crime rate is at its lowest ebb and there's steady but interrupted...lol power supply ![]() |
I see this bitter Lagos Acn goon called Eko ile trolling all over this thread trying hard to derail it, he did the same thing in a similar Akwa ibom pictures thread last year. This man harbours such desperate levels of bitterness and guile in his body system. What a sad and boring life an individual lives if an individual cannot appreciate good things just because the good things are being done by someone from another tribe and another political persuasion. Everyone knows Fashola is doing relatively well in lagos state. This is not a fashola vs Akpabio thread so i don"t see reason why we should be comparing Akwa ibom and lagos state here. |
A paternity test will resolve this claim |
Mods trolls are having a field day in this thread https://www.nairaland.com/1251647/ghana-re-open-nigerian-shops/5 kindly clean up this thread and ban the trolls |
Francheezy: RUN 0UT.... 4 WHR ?when your data bundle expires earlier than you expected |
There's nothing spectacular about these pictures jare, im just seeing a man who is obsessed with taking photos. I don't think he is gay. |
Nope i cannot do that, i've got principles ![]() |
Real guys don't go about bragging how many girls they have banged. Onila you just have to ignore the dude, one way or the other the truth will be revealed one day |
Why do Nigerian students always turn violent and embark on destruction spree whenever they have grievances or issues? Will the burnt cars and motor bikes bring back the lives of the dead students....smh |
While here is a little trick, If your BIS bundle is still active but not browsing {which MTN will claim that you have exhausted your data},don't mind them... |
Mtn bis is not unlimited but it seems they are not implementing the data cap on the lines of all subscribers |
The way i see it Seun is a guy who is making his money quietly and he is someone that wants to keep his personal life out of the media & the internet. Worry not about seun"s name not being listed in wikipedia rather worry about yourself |
