Hi sauer ![]() |
Tell me you havn't frown at your friend for her some-how behaviour in the presence of your bf.
Well first of all, I don't have a boyfriend. Second, I've never been the jealous type when it comes to such matters. Third, a good MAJORITY of my friends are male--not female. Very few of the friends within my circle are female and those that are, are lësbians. Fourth, even if I had a friend who did act "somehow" in front of my boyfriend, I wouldn't be worried because I trust that my boyfriend wouldn't give into her behavior. As a whole, I expect nothing but respect, trust, and honesty from my boyfriend and I would assume that if he truly cared for me, such behavior wouldn't deter him from me. Even if it did, that is not an issue because both him and that friend can easily be replaced. Overall, if my friend were to behave "somehow", that is no reason for me to fight her. I only fight if I have or am being attacked. Aside from that, you won't see me throwin' my fists up at another woman. |
not only do i enjoy it, it gives me an edge over our relationship cos it shows she's extremely lucky to have me. And that's a big deal
Nope, all it shows is that the girl is a complete idiöt. |
mcnepow:Don't worry sweetie. I don't bite. . . Unless you want me to ![]() I've got a gentle touch, so you've got nothing to worry about. |
ucheike:As opposed to car cashes, unrelated sexual illnesses, and natural death? ![]() Just seemed like such a random thing to say as opposed to just asking her her what happened, you implied and gave a specific illness. |
ucheike:Why AIDS though? |
ucheike:Of all the things you could have asked that he died from, it just had to be AIDS abi? ![]() |
@OP: Personally, I see nothing wrong with the idea of a guy asking a girl for money and the girl giving it to him just as long as the person who is giving the money [regardless of gender] isn't being taken advantage of. Igwe419:Nna, how you dey? |
princesana:Eh ya. I'm so sorry to hear that |
Dont lie. . . You finally said "yes" to him!
lol nna, you know I cannot say 'yes' to men I'm not interested in. |
Yo BABE!, are you watching BGC? By the way, I've been meaning to call you but lost your number ![]() |
Idowuogbo:lol, honesty the situation where the guy persisted had me questioning the guy--I would have thought that the weirdness and randomness would have stopped the guy in his tracks but I guess I was wrong ![]() |
rubi96:It's pathetic when such people in engage in that kind of behavior both for the men and the women. |
@OP: Hmmm, the worst thing I have done. . . Ummm, I'm not sure which is worse. . . There was once a time I once lied to a guy and told him I had an STD and there was once a time a guy tried to talk to me after I told him I wasn't interested and I started twitching and scratching myself uncontrollably by acting like a mad woman. lol funny enough in one of those situations, the guy didn't let up. |
@OP: I really don't understand why women feel the need to "fight for their man". Personally, I would NEVER fight over a guy. It's just pure stupidity to me. Often times in situations where women are fighting over a man, the guy is usually involved in the mix in terms of them stepping out on their girlfriend and in some cases, the girls they're cheating on their girlfriend with probably has no idea that they are already involved in a relationship with someone. With that being said, I find it quite sad and pathetic that women who find out their guys are cheating feel the need to attack or fight the "other woman". If anything, its the guy who the attack should be directed at, not the woman. In my opinion, if I was with a guy and he cheated on me, regardless of whether or not the "other woman" was aware, I wouldn't even bother fighting, arguing, or addressing either of them because neither of them are worth it. If he didn't care enough for me while him and I we were in the relationship, why should I care about after he had broken the commitments of our relationship? Besides, what kind of man sits or stands around as his girlfriend, partner, or wife fights another woman and does nothing to mend the situation? At times, I see guys watching their significant other fighting and they're just standing by getting nothing but pleasure knowing that the two foolish women are there tearing each other apart all because of him. Seriously ladies, we gotta get it together. Women who act like that make us look bad and women who knowly get involved with a guy knowing damn well that he is already with someone make us look even worse. |
@OP: My day was good. I did some online shopping nothing too exciting. Still working out and doin' my yoga. mcnepow:Nna, you don't want me to show you a good time. I'll be gentle ![]() |
Princek12:It has nothing to do with being confused. Men harass women on the streets all over the world on a daily basis. Did it ever occur to some of you men that these women who say no have a reason. Even if she, the woman didn't have a reason, is it a must to say 'yes' to every cretin that slithers your way? Whether you or any man wants to accept or believe this, it is a daily occurrence for many woman. No human being regardless of their gender should be subjected to having someone pester them in such a manner. So YES, it is a big deal. Like I told kpolli and Konjour, when it happens to women in your lives that you love and respect, then we'll see if you guys will continue to share such beliefs. MarcAnthon:No, I don't like boxing. . . I love it ![]() Konjour:Like I said before, perhaps in whatever little bubble you and kpolli live in, you may think that there are women who are looking to be treated like that but believe it or not some of your idiöt menfolk have the a very nasty and inbred habit of harassing women regardless of how well put together a woman may be. When it happen women in your life that you love and respect, then we'll see if you guys will continue to share such beliefs. Keep sitting there are believing that these are things that occur in unprovoked settings. Continue to be the social enabler you already are. |
I'm crushing on whoever can make me scream in bed ![]() |
MarcAnthon:lol no vex. I don't need a guy to pay for boxing matches [unless he invites me on a date to one] ![]() I don't watch women fighting--that's just plain nonsense to me. But if we're just talking about boxing as a sport [regardless of gender] then I'm all for it. You should have seen how excited I was after hearing that there's now a women's division in the Olympics for boxing. Been trying to make plans so I can go to London for the 2012 Olympics ![]() As for me sluggin' a girl, there is no way in hell you will see me engage in that kind of nonsense. The only way you'll see me fighting is if it's to defend myself. You'll never catch me fighting over a guy or some crap like that. I'm too blessed to be stressed ![]() |
freecocoa:Good to hear. lol you don't need a dude ![]() |
@OP: Hmmm, I don't know. Can't think of anything. At the most, I'd say it would be saying something horrible that I didn't mean actually mean ![]() |
freecocoa:Ok, no problem. I hope all is well. Got an plans for Valentine's Day? |
Nice observation. |
freecocoa:What do you mean? I replied to the e-mail but I never saw one from you ![]() |
MarcAnthon:lol ok that's good. Even if you did, I'd probably sit back and watch the action unfold as you two knock each other senseless. I'm a boxing fan so if you and the guy have a street fight version of boxing, that would be great ![]() |
freecocoa:Nne, you never replied to my e-mail so I figure you were busy. Besides, I already told you why I left Nairaland ![]() Ok, I'll remind you what Valentine's Day is--its temporary insanity!! ![]() |
OP: My day was tiresome. Got to class late but it was ok. I'm revamping my 2012 workout--luckily, I don't look out of shape. Been trying to get my Ghanaian friend to work out but the yeye girl is so damn lazy. In all, I'm still waiting for summer. mcnepow:Nna, I'll be fine. Make you no worry. Wanna go wild with me? I promise to show you a good time ![]() freecocoa:Yo sista freecocoa, where ya been? |
MarcAnthon:Don't fight o! I don't want to be pickin' up people's teeth after a fight lol ![]() |
freecocoa:Try for what? I'm not gonna be one of those people runnin' around because they don't have a lover, boyfriend, or husband on Valentine's Day. Even if my "special" plans don't work out, I'm still fine with that. Na by force to be a part of Valentine's Day? lol ![]() It's just not a major thing in my life. |
MarcAnthon:lol, your such a trip. I can see that you took care of the guy. I guess he learned his lesson. |
arrived:Overthrow what? How do you intend to do that? |
