Omo people are really suffering.

Why not just divide this country so every region can be better governed leading to better quality of life than is obtainable now.

I observed that there are so many beggars out there now than before, people's mothers standing at different points to beg, so sad 😔,,,,

I guess it's good to let us know who are being relieved of positions so we know who has been dominating such positions before replacements are made.

All he knows is Tax Tax Tax. That statement he made when he was sworn is is what kept us were we are . Subsidy is gone . Goods and services skyrocketed and don’t want to come down.

No hope for the future it looks bleak with APC . Look at ApC in the past 9 years and try to reason the future with APC, it looks dark. Tax, killings , insecurity , fraud, tribal and religious bigots . We are way better off with PDp even though they are corrupt . Nigerians are waiting to hear what he will say on May 29.
from the first minute of the administration, we are yet to find succour.
After a year in power, despite all the "reforms and promises", I am yet to see just one item or service whose price as at 8 a.m. on May 29, 2023 is still the same today or less,,,,Not one.

The Deposed emir should come to the South West and get sanctuary.

Just as Emir Sanusi got sanctuary in the West, they should provide him one abode to chill here too.

Politicians in Kano now have another campaign point. Vote for me and I will restore the four emirate or vote for me and I will continue to stop the emirate four rmairate.
You're right o,,,,someone said something similar on X yesterday that the governor will loose votes from those emirate councils upon his bid for re-election...

Travel / Re: Return Of Emirates Airlines: Osita Chidoka VS Festus Keyamo. by Inspirer1: 9:50pm On May 22
I think Keyamo is right, although I would have loved he didn't taint it with party politics, he should have just prove himself right with points which we all know he is very much capable of doing.

Chief Osita Chidoka should elaborate further on what he meant by Emirates forsaking us while other airlines stood by us, like we were flying for free or what? Using that argument, are we now better placed economically to warrant being considered? I doubt!

He should also be truthful about the reason for the visa ban, why the visa ban cos that can't be due to our economic downturn, but probably due to how some people were behaving over there or some other cogent reasons.

Like Minister Keyamo said, do we stand.to gain or loose with the imminent lifting of the visa ban and return of flights, I guess Nigeria and Nigerians, we need any help and all help we can get now...like the minister said, Air Peace will get to fly that route too which is a very good one.

oyatz:
Activisism may force Gov't to change certain policies but ACTIVISM CAN NOT SOLVE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS.

The real reasons why things appear expensive in Nigeria is because most Nigerians aren't earning much.

The FG and the National Assembly should reduce wastages and assist the Private sector to stimulate economic growths and create jobs in the process.

However, the bulk of what most Nigerians complain about can and should be solve at their LGA and State Levels. Unfortunately , since 1999, most States in Nigeria no longer directly involve themselves in economic developments of their areas but now restrict their roles to collections of federal allocations , constructing some roads, rebuild some schools and health facilities, pay salaries of civil servants and embezzle the rest. No plans for long term economic goals like aiming to increase Cocoa production by 20 tons per year or partnering with Private sector to build Power plants or Rice mills , Pharmaceutical Companies etc
we rarely see Governors getting directly involved in Agriculture at State level (states owning farms) as if there is a law against such.

Despite his condition undecided

Where is not yours is not yours.....the owners know so, the settlers know so (but chose to massage their own ego).
They can decide at anytime to make a law that will see you out of their country whenever they feel like, if they can do it to fellow Europeans, then it could be done to Africans.

May God Almighty help him find a suitable abode
