Nigeria has happened to him..

Very sad situation!

Funny thing is that Tinubu will still end up compensating the aggressors instead of the victims..

Nigeria is irredeemable

Smart Alecs already bought and ready to dump. The poindexters are online living in the fantasy world in their brains. Naira is not a store of value. Case closed.

This makes absolutely no sense to me, unless there’s some secret dictionary defining what I just read.

CBN deliberately slowing appreciation of the naira? For what exactly?
/
They know that Nigerians are idiots who believe anything. You mean the people that believed that a snake swallowed millions of naira. Shettima hasn’t hit below the belt yet.

There shouldn’t be room for such nonsense in the first place. Such carelessness is a Nigerian thing. That’s why a lot of documents emanating from Nigeria are rejected even at the Embassy. Any form of cancellation voids the documents or makes it highly suspicious. It is surprising how Nigerians defend absurdity and expect to be taken seriously.

Water will always find its level.
Yeah! Like someone who japa will retire with his old friends. Everyone moves on and makes new friends with similar interests. The ones who tend to stoke this retirement fear are the obligate beggars.

PoliticsRe: Wike Says Abuja Voters Rejected Peter Obi’s Groundnut Politics by InvertedHammer: 11:03am On Feb 23
/
When in Rome do live like Romans.
Obi may be a good man but he should refrain from playing western-style politics in Nigeria. For most people living under $1 a day, his messages don’t resonate with them. Malt, gala, kerosine, wheelbarrows, sewing machines, grinding machines and other goodies are of higher priority than good policies.
If he turns out to be the party flag bearer, he must deploy personal and party resources to reach the voters. Most importantly, he must be ready to defend his mandate. If the 2023 election was between Tinubu vs Wike, Tinubu wouldn’t have walked away easily with Wike’s mandate. If he doesn’t possess such hard balls of steel, he has no business wasting his supporters time and effort in Nigerian politics. Nice guys lose!

RomanceRe: Should I Marry Her Before I Travel Abroad? by InvertedHammer: 10:47am On Feb 23
Zoomx:
I'm kinda confused. I just turned 26.

There's this 18 year old daughter of our family friend. She's decent and studying nursing.

I'm thinking of doing introduction for her before traveling so as to keep her from whoring about ( yeah,I know I said she's decent but people do change) and make her wait for me .

Also, if I decide to let her be for now, I don't want a situation whereby when I come back she would be really interested in getting married to me because I live abroad.

P.S she doesn't know I have plans to travel yet.
/

She is your best option for now.

When you travel abroad and see “things” in life, your love for her may change especially as her body structure changes as she grows old. She looks like Omotola now but you may come back to meet Eniola Badmus.

Move on! Everyone is expendable.

So his influence is on this gathering of keke drivers from Oba junction? The least he could have done is call those women that love to wear uniforms and then rent an arena.

Just like before, the smart ones are using this opportunity to shore up dollars while others are busy commenting and fishing for “likes”. Safest bet is against the naira.

It is either you want to be emotional or you want to be rich in this environment.

Flangelo12:
Should not be the Consular officer's business what their age difference is.
/
Ordinarily it shouldn’t be but when they present leaving Nigeria as a prison escape, the Americans see it differently. Have you been to the US Embassy before? The way Nigerians react when their visa is approved can give a consular officer a demigod complex.

CelebritiesRe: Why I Stopped Going To Church — Carter Efe Speaks On Distrust Of Some Pastors by InvertedHammer: 11:26am On Feb 18
/
No comment necessary.

However,....

The fact that churches litter every street in Nigeria while the country continues to retrogress morally, ethically and logically tells all the stories. The delusional ones will always find reasons to give money to randy Nigerian pastors to maintain their Nollywood girlfriends (like the Doris Ogala's of this world) and live flamboyant lifestyle.

Who said morons are in short-supply? Not in Nigeria for sure. Instead of complaining, open a church and tap into the exploitation industry. It is a gift that keeps giving.

Should we also consider that Canadians don’t have to hustle for money to pay private primary and secondary schools for their children?

Here is a bunch of banana I bought for N500, this would go for nothing less than $4 in Canada, please note these are organic bananas we are talking about not the extra-sweet, GMO tampered bananas in the west and I got this in Lagos meaning folks living in the suburbs might even be buying cheaper.

I also buy I big avocado for N400, do the maths and convert to $. When next you complain about Nigeria, remember we have cheap and easily accessible fruits and vegetables.

What is the average monthly salary in Canada vs Nigeria. Why not relocate to Nigeria to enjoy the cheap life?

PoliticsRe: Crowd As President Bola Tinubu Arrives In Yola by InvertedHammer: 6:23am On Feb 17
/
Funny politicians. Funny masses.
Always predictable on both ends.

Close to election, they will be highly visible—singing and dancing with the masses. Once elected, they could care less if the States burn. The Presidential fleet is always ready to fly anywhere except within Nigeria to commiserate with victims of maladministration. But then do you blame them? They know that they are ruling over morons with short attention span. Give them wheelbarrows and keke, they will forget the pains of the last three years.

As I always say, only a slowpoke will try to salvage Nigeria. It is a colossal waste of time and effort trying to save those who don’t want to be saved. If they beg, don’t give. Let the law of Natural Selection finish its job.

Long term vs short term.

Bet against the naira and you will never lose. There is no continuity in their confused and conflicted policies—2 steps forward and 20 steps backwards. Where will naira be vs US$ in 5 years? The journey to N5000: 1$ has already begun. Early birds will reap the benefits later.

The woman who leads in a DNA test has nothing to fear. In fact the test, if weaponized well, is the best leash she has on her husband. It has nothing to do with distrust. Once she fights DNA test, deductive reasoning should lead the husband forward.

The true test of a woman is when she feels that her secret is safe. Don't think your woman is any different.
Sleeping with an oyibo? What are the odds that it would be found out? Then the man showed up with an agenda and a hidden cam. Oh well...just thank God that he didn't run into your woman/wife/gf. Na who they catch be thief.

Meanwhile Obidients are campaigning that people should boycott UBA because Tony Elumelu praised President Tinubu's economic reforms. They are also making false and disparaging comments about Odogwu Bitters simply because its maker, Obi Cubana, declared for the City Boy Movement.

Nigerians are funny people. So it took City Boys Movement for them to know that consuming bitters poison is detrimental to their health. Anyways, hospitals, doctors and nurses must chop.

In fact I expect JOHESU and NMA to take huge billboard adverts encouraging drinking and smoking. Sure banker!
