Tovia!...Tessy Tovia?
WHIZKIDEFE:
Continuation
.
I went home, had my bath and skipped breakfast cos i would be late for first period if i had attempted and the lecturer for that course doesn't joke with his attendance list.
When i got to my department, the lecturer just entered and he allowed the few of us that came after him to enter inside cos he hadn't started.

The lecturer gave us AC for his upcoming test and a bit of revision before he left. When i said AC,i didn't mean Air Condition, i meant Area of Concentration.

After the man left, i went to approach one guy that i have been observing in the department, he seems to have my kind of vibe, so i told him he is the only one i had observed to be matured among the guys in our department and would want us to be friends, he accepted and we exchanged numbers.
That was how i met Akp, a friend who turned to a brother.

The next course had double period, it ran from 11am- 01pm, and immediately the lecturer left the class, i went outside to get some snacks for worms shouting "we nor go gree o! We nor gree!" in my stomach.
On my way down, i met Rose and her friend there, i guessed we were on thesame mission, i just bought meat pie and a Can coke, paid and was about to leave when Dafe blocked me.
He was with a girl i later discovered to be his girlfriend, he excused me and when we got out of earshot,
"omo, na God say make i find you come here so, as i see you so, i don get hope" Dafe said while he shook hands for the 3rd time that moment and laughed.

" na so! Hwfa na, wetin dey sup, as i see you so, i suppose drop these snacks wey i buy, cos i know say you go carry me go that restaurant go chop better food base on who you be na" I replied him as he laughed.
" ona nor dey gree, sharp attacker, see abeg find me like 5h for there make i take tidy something eat first" he said.
" bros, why you dey use style dey laugh me na, abi you wan test me weda i loyal? You be big name na, only your dis your wrist watch go pay my house rent and school fees o, money nor be your problem bros, abeg dey go, all these big men sef, ona too dey tempt person" i replied him.

" oya make am 4h" he said while we laughed and i pretended to leave when he held me.
"omo,na serious matter o, nor fall my hand na, my babe dey hungry, i need buy her small snack make she chow 1st before we reach house" he said, sounding serious.

I checked my pocket and i was left with 3h, i gave him 2h, while i planned to use the remaining 1h to fare home.

I went back to where i bought the snack, ate within minutes and rushed back to class, the last period for the day was already on, stil on the revison and you need to buy your handout matter before we closed.

I got outside, plugged my ear piece in my ears and was on my way to school gate when someone tapped me from behind, lo and behold, it was a friend of mine, Jeffery.
Jeffery was a former co-worker of mine, we both worked at a company called Beta Glass(BG) which is now called Frigo Glass, i felt happy to see him cos it had been a while we met cos he resigned then when he gained admission, while i resigned the other year when i got admitted.

We got outside gate and Rose called my attention, i stopped and waited for her while she came to where my friend i were.
She greeted Jeffery before she whispered something in my ear and left.

"who be dat babe na?" Jeffery asked when she left.
" she be my friend o, why you ask, " i replied him.
"she nor bad o, i just like as she take dey, she get guy?" he asked me.
" oga, make i call her come make you ask her?" i asked him while we smiled and crossed the road.

He told me where he lived and i promised to pay him a visit later in the evening that day. When he asked where i lived, i told him Staff qtrsand he complained and gave me some reasons why i shouldn't had gone to rent an apartment there.

I didn't argue with him, i just smiled and reminded him that even if he gave me 2million points why i shouldn't had gone to staff qtrs, it wouldn't change anything.

We parted way while i stopped a bike that took me home.
I just entered my room when someone knocked, i knew it was meekest cos of the way he knocked.

I went to freshen up, i went to the kitchen and carried bread, a bottled g/nut and a plate to the room.
We talked about school before i remembered something.
" oshare, hwfa dat Tovia matter sef, how e go, you neva give me update o" i said.

"Mtscheeww, abeg nor mind Tovia, she nor miss her period" he said.
"i nor understand, wetin you mean?" i asked him.

"she say na joke o, she just tell me say she miss her period to test me, she wan know how i go react, she say she wan know weda i really love her," he replied me.

"guy, i nor dey like all those kine joke, shuo, awish you con go kee yourself dat before na, she go say na joke abi? Dat joke too expensive o.
Anyway, hope she stil use joke tey return the money?" i asked him while he shaked his head, meaning no.

"make i see first, i go wan her, cos i don dey vex for her now like dis" i said

Politics / Re: Osinbajo Visits David Dabaye Bob-Manuel, Cherubim And Seraphim Church by Iruosonobrugwhe: 4:07pm On Jul 03, 2018
He is not a GO and yorubas are really not discriminatory whenit comes to religion. Many were born into C&S so they still have that small attachment

Mortiple:
Pastor Osinbajo, just like many other (discriminatory) Pentecostal pastors, would not visit a white garment church except for politics.

Without any doubt, the visit was to solicit for support for his boss.

Indeed politics is a dirty game (particularly if you are in the same team with Buhari, the grand-patron of Herders).

i wonder what the fate of fulani christians mean to we christians.

GoTV:
This is the reason why as Christians we need to be detribalized and devoid of hate. Even though I'm a born again Christian, the hatred Christians have for Muslims cum Fulanis is the reason why they blame every killing in plateau and middle belt on fulani herdsmen. The media has successfully demonized Muslims and Fulanis with fake reports and unverified news. This is why i like organizations like MURIC always fighting for the interest of Muslims while we Christians have no one but the greedy politicized CAN. Instead of preaching love amongst all Nigerians, our useless bishops like Oyedepo is busy preaching hatred while attention seeking celebrities are blackmailing the federal government. We Christians are truly the problems in this country .

Politics / Re: Utomi: Buhari Overthrew Shagari To Stop Ekwueme From Becoming President by Iruosonobrugwhe: 9:56am On Jul 02, 2018
The issues in the North-Central are deep and complex. But they have been treated as Islamisation. First of all, the herdsmen-farmers clashes are part of a major sociological challenge in a transition society, transiting from an agrarian society towards an industrial society.

Fifty years ago, the herdsmen were principally entrepreneurs; they own their cattle and the land tenure system was different. But they were able to reach some kind of accommodation with the farmers. They were generally allowed in certain corridors, where crops were not planted. They didn’t bother farmers too much. But with time, our society became increasingly urbanised, the corridors. We do not do enough as a society to move into a ranch economy.

More than 30 years ago, we should have been there. Again, one of the failures of this country is failure in economic planning with continuity. As for back as the 1950s, Chief Obafemi Awolowo was setting up ranches especially a huge one in northern Ondo that has been disused for some time now. If we had continued with ranches at that time and if the railway system had not collapsed and we could have had a system in Yobe State or Jigawa processing meat put in cold storage in trains would get to Lagos within a day, the people would get their meat easily.

The second part of this sociological challenge is that these herdsmen are entrepreneurs 50 years ago, because you’ll see the cattle belonged to them. But today those cattle we see around probably belong to people in the National Assembly, some governors – even some southerners, who have invested in that business. The herdsmen basically are now labourers with no stake. They are, in fact, going through a transition crisis and there’s no brain to discuss the issue as it is and the simple answer is Islamisation.

Nobody on your list was home based ooo

phase1:
African teams need to go back to the drawing board and give their hungry home based players a chance at international competitions.

Most of their Europe-based players are not usually hungry and the responsibility to perform is too huge for them.

African performed better at the world stage when they when with homebased hungry players Roger milla, Yekini, amokachi, Diouf, Diop and co.

people are wicked.....After paying for approved plan and all, i also met rubbish...the response was that the plan got missing and so 'engineer' drew something for them to use. Long and short, always try to be present for milestones...foundation, decking, roofing..my learning

rabcnesbit:
Good day house. Hope you are all well. I need your advise please. I visited my building for the first time since the work started (building is now nearly completed - roofing and plastering already done, but thank God floor tiling not already done yet). Despite the fact that paid for an approved building plan, the builders still got most of the internal measurements wrong! I am just baffled and completely speechless! How difficult is it to read the measurements in a plan and follow it! I wonder whether some of these building artisans can actually read and write! The worst of it all is the master bedrooms in the downstairs flats. Believe me that I am not exaggerating that you will struggle to put in a double bed (forget a king size) and you won't have any room left for even a small dressing table, and the space they demarcated for wardrobe is only wide enough for a single wardrobe. I mean this is meant to be the master bedroom for the Mr and Mrs, and you can only squeeze in a single wardrobe! Anyway, to cut a long story short, I am thinking of breaking one side of the wall (the one demarcating the room from the corridor) and extend it out a bit.
For some reason, the stupid people made the corridor as wide as a football field at the expense of the room, so there is space to extend the wall out). My big question is that (too cut down on costs) can I use plaster board partition, like they use in the UK, US etc, for the new internal wall, which is just one side), instead of blocks. Or is this something they do not use/do in Nigeria? Thank you.

Getting a Visa, really have to be with how sincere you are with your application.

Applied first, it was denied after 65 days with reasons ranging from Purpose and Travel history.

I applied with the very same document, and it was approved.

Am wondering, what is wrong with the first guy? i offend you?

The second application took 12 days and i got a mail, i was damn sure it was approved!

Just keep shooting, but shoot with sincerity.

This fuss about having billion in your account, really , really doesn't work. The first application had 18million, The reapplication had 1 million ( i actually didn't check).

I wonder what this people are really looking for, but trust me, be sincere.

It's not surprising of this counterfeit christian denomination. Most Catholics don't see visiting native doctors as sin, much less masquerades. In most of their events/ceremonies, masquerades are paid to perform.

Okay Folks, my story....

Decided to use paper route...last minute i found out that lagos vfs office is a jankara market, rerouted flight to abuja...arrived VFS abuja on the 22nd to meet office locked for victoria holidays. Resheduled flight and incurred and extra bill at the hotel.
Submitted forms and passport plus biometrics on 22/5/2018. Paid for passport to be Couriered. passport was sent to me on the 8th of june and received 11/6/2018.

canada says i havent satisfied them i would not leave canada. I was denied based on family ties in canada and purpose of visit.

My learning: its just luck or favour if you prefer that. i felt i had put in an honest and credible application. There is no chance for an interview so it is tied to someones discretion. Dont be discouraged...put in your best and hope for the best.

As for me, i will look for where to spend that two weeks with my family.

Well I don't know his engineering justification towards the use of 3" as it relates to high foundation, proper sand filling and compaction.
