I totally agree with his submission. A one term presidency of 5 years only but in addition to this Senators and Legislators to serve for not more than 2 terms with a pay equal to the minimum wage at any time. |
Go thine sins are forgiven....sin no more. |
That is ehh, I came here only for the witty punch lines, toxic reaction of Nigerians and the wicked meme, Nairalanders did not disappoint. |
WinningSun:How do you sleep at Night with so much hate. You even went low to compare your fellow Nigerians to Indians, just to denigrate them!!!! Mehn, that is just low. Indian scum for Nigerian Igbos, nah!!! this doesn't sound right and put you in a different "hate" level. The Indian will pick Indian any day over you even with so much division between them. . Have a bless day and hate less. |
pocohantas:On lighter side to your questions, which by the way I find thought provoking!!!

The hustle is real. Guy they advertise his service make una leave ham jhoor. |
One thing noticed, all these guy except one are all Igbo guys. Something in the gene of these guys. |
His style never fails to impress me. |
Dude the babe is not worth it. Infact make her feel you are miles bigger than what she did, then you will kill everything in her. Trust me, you win finally, when the cheap dude, her BF, dumps her for a better paying girlsfriend. |
tartar9:Then you do not know him literally and you haven't read the greatest chronicle of man's journey with Jehovah, The Bible. Try reading it, it doesn't hurt or bite you know!!! |
The analogy is offensive, innocent as it may seem, it adumbrates the parallel we can draw from this government. We should not forget in a hurry, what Hitler stood for. Tyranny, Tyranny and more Tyranny. Nigeria should draw the parallel from history, Poland and Warsaw stood for horror stories of death, hunger, man dehumanizing treatment to his fellow men just because they do not share the same race, creed, religion or political view. A system of extermination camp, not easily forgotten. My fear is the choice of word, as from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh, the Bible says but it should not be lost on the masses what has been planned and prepared for Nigerians come 2019 elections and for Akwa Ibomites especially. Lastly, if history were to repeat itself we should know that Poland formed launching forte for German Nazi Army in her conquests of new frontiers. The plan as it were is to Use Akwa Ibom as the base for an all out war of attrition on the SE and SS until is conquered, vanquished or decimated against the Aryan of Nigeria- the Fulanis. May God reveal the hands of the wicked, thwart them so their hearts is not able perform their evil imaginations. |
BabaRamota1980:.... but man is not God. |
1StopRudeness:I am like, how does he sleep at night with so much hate, filth and darkness inside. I guess anything for mention and likes these days. |
IamAllah:From one whose prophet or messenger, PBUH, never performed any miracle, I can relate. |
We need to try the Paul Kigame model of one economic block for Africa and free trades across her member states. We need to sign on to the open skies treaty and let competition drive the prices thereafter. There are so much to gain by trading amongst ourselves, the comparative advantages of lower cost and the freedom of movement of persons and goods will benefit her countries. |
Na so, after you dump acting for marriage finish, you will start acting small girl big God at home series. Na so one dey rush me after she see my 7 figures salary alert. immediately after that day, I enter perpetual voice mail for her matter. I tire for Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda girls. |
PrinxArthur1:All men must die in High Valyrian Normally the reply is "valar dohaeris," meaning "all men must serve." |
....and to think he is a staff of Babcock University. The school should dissociate itself from this walking time bomb. Call him to order either by suspension or outright sack. Such pooh should not even be close to any Nigerian Universities let alone work there. A psychometric analysis on ethnicity, genocidal tendency and bias should be a must for those in the education industry. |
mrbaba18:so so true. But the question is for how long are we going to let this happen to us and our children.... surely there must be an interruption to the status quo somewhere in the horizon, in a not too distant time. |
65. Nigeria Nigeria holds last place for Quality of Life and the Cost of Living Indices. It fared slightly better in the Ease of Settling In Index than last year, but much worse in the Personal Finance Index. In the Expat Insider 2016 survey, InterNations, the world’s leading expats guide, asked 14,300 people, representing 174 nationalities and living in 191 countries to rate 43 different aspects of life abroad on a scale of one to seven. Based on the responses, 67 countries were ranked by factoring five topical indices: Quality of Life, Ease of Settling In, Working Abroad, Family Life, Personal Finance, and Cost of Living. Here's a countdown of Top 10 best countries followed by the 10 worst.

Evolving specie.....Darwin's Theory of Evolution at work. |
On a lighter note. A Nigerian mother was lucky enough to see her 3 daughters get married the same year, so she called them after the wedding and told them "Dont forget to text me your first night experience and text it in code" So....... after a week, the 1st daughter texted "NESCAFE" and the next week the 2nd daughter text "MARLBORO" the mother being an intelligent woman went to get a Nescafe tin and read the label "fantastic till the last drop" went to her husband's pack of MARLBORO cigarette and read "Extra long, king size" she smiled and said "not bad for their ages". After the next week, the 3rd daughter texted "ARIK LAGOS ABUJA", the mother then called ARIK airways helpdesk to enquire about their LAGOS ABUJA flight and they replied "it's 5times daily, 7days a week, both ways and the flight duration is 75mins". Mother fainted. babe Oku.....she obviously have not met a driller. |
chieyine:Haa!!! Lai Mohammed got scared for the first time and ask an SA to make a rebuttal for him. Ha!!! Lai Mohammed if UN catch you, they will shred all your remaining credibility with Dapchi's wikileaks. |
RevenGeMission:I see!!! In 2022, the technology would be obsolete, Spare parts will not be in manufacture anymore and by the time our rolling stock pile of 2 years is consumed we are back to ground zero. A good plan would have put this project in a working condition under 5 years. We simply do not want another Ajaokuta abiku mbok. |
My first shag on song was hers. A dirge will do her injustice, for she was massive. Thanks for all the songs you left us with. May your beautiful soul find rest. |
MRSoftapples:And in your definition, a "real man" is one who gives out his money to ladies? I do not understand the word real man. This generation of men, who have seen their lowly existence become defined by the ideals of women is outrightly convulsing. |
I am surprised that the actors in this short clips have not been arrested. If PDP do allow things like things to go unchallenged vehemently and even violently if they may, then they stand to loose the presidential election if they stood any chance at all. Ekiti for one should not go without a strong fight from PDP legally, politically and physically. This will tell APC that their might be trouble of they continue with this shameful day light robbery of the people's mandate. |
diadem10:Naturally, I will honor your ignorance, the author of this history presented a balance view of the events preceding the release of Awo. They are factual and first persons interviews from the participant of these events. Read: max_siollun_oil_politics_and_violence_nigeriabook4you Insiders secret not known to you, Ojukwu, Aguyi and Fagbuyi were in the know to handover power to democratic dispensation with Awo being a major beneficiary. They believed he was sincere enough to lead a reconciliatory government. The Northern counter coup plotters got a wind of this and struck 2 days before he was released. This much was not revealed in any of history book |
What Ojukwu said...excerpts from Interview: OJUKWU: We’ve said this over and over again, so many times, and people don’t understand; they don’t want to actually. If you remember, I released Awolowo from jail. Even that, some people are beginning to contest as well. Awo was in jail in Calabar. Gowon knows and the whole of the federal establishment knows that at no point was Gowon in charge of the East. The East took orders from me. Now, how could Gowon have released Awolowo who was in Calabar? Because of the fact that I released him, it created quite a lot of rapport between Awo and myself and I know that before he went back to Ikenne, I set up a hotline between Ikenne and my bedroom in Enugu. He tried like an elder statesman to find a solution. Awolowo is a funny one. Don’t forget that the political purpose of the coup, the Ifeajuna coup that began all this, was to hand power over to Awo. angry angry angry angry angry angry angry angryWe young men respected him a great deal. He was a hero. I thought he was a hero and certainly I received him when I was governor. We talked and he was very vehement when he saw our complaints and he said that if the Igbos were forced out by Nigeria that he would take the Yorubas out also. I don’t know what anybody makes of that statement but it is simple. Whether he did or didn’t, it is too late. There is nothing you can do about it. So, he said this and I must have made some appropriate responses too. But it didn’t quite work out the way that we both thought. Awolowo, evidently, had a constant review of the Yoruba situation and took different path. That’s it. I don’t blame him for it. I have never done." |
.....By the very decree establishing the National Military Government under Ironsi, the Governor of the Eastern Group of provinces was a member of the Supreme Military Council, and the Chief agent of the federal government in the East. All federal institutions, including the Federal Prison Services, were under his jurisdiction and authority. That is one. As at August 3 1966, with a coup in evolution which had not succeeded in the East, the laws of the federation ceased to exist in the East. The only laws that existed in areas under Ojukwu's command were the emergency laws that he assumed. No tributes, declarations or orders by any other authority outside of the East under any guise of law could be enforced in the East. Basically, Nigeria temporarily ceased to exist. That is two. Finally, Awo was not in a position to refuse his own release. In fact, he was not in any position to discuss the terms of his own release. As at July 1966 Awo was politically, perhaps not irrelevant, but inconsequential. He had begged to be released, and out of pure humanitarian consideration, and following the fervent advocacy of Francis Adekunle Fajuyi at the SMC, the highest body in the land voted to release him, and had set Awo's release in motion. It was no longer a question of when or how to release him. It was a question of what time and by what means he'd get to Lagos on July 29. Fajuyi's persistence earned him the perjorative, "Action Grouper" by Hassan Kastina, and in fact as George Kurubo who was Secretary of the Supreme Military Council once confirmed to me, when the votes to release Awo were taken, only Hassan Usman Kastina, of the four governors declined. Awo was certainly to be placed in transitional housing. So what? Mandela was kept in transitional housing before his full debriefing took place. It does not remove the facts of his release." - Obi Nwakanma |
Am I the only one thinking aloud.... A successful mock drill for military intervention to truncate our democratic experience was carried out under a similar condition of the coup that removed PMB in 1983, when he was away from the country. This country needs to evolve a counter check security level clearance for critical national infrastructures and office like the National Assembly and indeed many more places. To send military personnel to the NA for instance, should have been counter-checked by no less than 3 other offices, before getting a direct voice command from a dedicated ASO ROCK hotline situated in the C-I-C's office. |
Butterflyleo:Like APC used these former agents in PDP, they are getting to know that uneasy lies the head that wears the crown. Take it or leave it, Akpabio is a planted PDP mole in APC, who da Bleep thinks APC can win any elections in Akwa Ibom? |

but man is not God.
