Romance › Re: How Long Should An Ideal Steady Relationship Last Before Marriage?? by ISpiksDaTroof: 6:29pm On Oct 10, 2014
frankii:
Hi everyone?
I have come across people who met their spouse and under two weeks they were pulling marriage strings, and i've seen others who after like 6 years they finally tied the not. From experience i don't think a working man should have a steady relationship that will last for more than say 8months, because before then you are either preparing for marriage (searching for someone to settle down with), and also searching for the right partner (and not screwing around with every babe). So what do you guys think should be the appropriate length of courtship?
4-5 yrs

there are still poor people in your "America". Go help them first before you come help us. I think it is the healthy people that help the seek to get well. You still have Ebola to deal with. I am the one helping you, not the other way round. My tax is being used to feed and keep healthy the person who is giving your "America" some class lessons on how to handle "her scientific invention" that is now haunting her.
A "poor" person in America lives better, and has access to all the basic amenities needed to live a decent and dignified life than even your millionaires. We usually live to be really old as a result, while you guys are usually dead by age 52yrs as a lack of it.

During Niger Delta crisis, the clergy, ORITSEJETFOR was instrumental in the peace initiatives. That's why he's disappointed with his Muslim counterparts in the North for not doing enough to stop boko haram.
Is that why he was buying guns and bombs on their behalf too from South Africa?

Because you truly have no idea whats going on in your country.

Real meaning of the above?

You're clearly living a life of mediocrity ( and are barely above the poverty line) and have no inkling to how rich some people are based on monies that belong to the whole population. If I told you some stories you'd go into a coma in 2 seconds flat once I finished telling it.

How do you know? Do I sound like I'm assuming or speaking authoritatively? Your country refused that we use drones within her territory. You know why? When we start eliminating Boko Haram sponsors and members, Hell Fire missiles will inevitably land within Aso Rock's compounds.

On his perception of Boko Haram, the ambassador said he was not sure of the group’s objectives.
“There are still some open questions on who they are, what they want.

“A year ago, I would have said they were religiously motivated. But as they killed more and more Muslims, it’s hard for me to believe that they were motivated by religion.

“Who are these guys and what do they want? I don’t think we really understand them, ” Entwistle said.
He observed that Boko Haram had gone beyond being a small insurgent group, with a couple of guns, to very effective collection of conventional force.

“An open question we have to look at carefully is where is the military expertise ( for Boko Haram) is coming from. How in the last one year they became more effective?”
.

"We know who is behind Boko Haram, but if we directly say it your country will burn down and we are not prepared for the influx of refugees nor are we prepared to sacrifice American lives in the form of Military boots on the ground for your continued ignorance. We have indirectly told you who is behind the terrorism but you have chosen to ignore us and concentrate on religious and tribal differences. If you want to know who is responsible for killing you by the tens of thousands then ask your leaders, starting with your President".

Politics › Re: FEC Okays N1.1b For Rail Lines by ISpiksDaTroof: 7:48pm On Oct 09, 2014
r33d:
THE Federal Executive Council (FEC) rose from its weekly meeting Wednesday with the approval of N1.1billion for two standard gauge locomotives for the new standard gauge rail lines being constructed across the country.

In a joint briefing of the State House correspondents after the meeting, the Minister of Transport, Idris Umar and his Information counterpart, Labaran Maku, noted that the latest move was intended to boost the government’s transformation programme in the rail sector.

Similarly, the Health Minister, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu who also briefed journalists, disclosed that President Goodluck Jonathan has okayed 519 Nigerians who have volunteered to join the international force that will go to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea to help out with the containment of the Ebola Virus Disease.

The contract was awarded in favour of Messrs CNR darling locomotives and Rolling stock limited, and CCECC Nig Ltd in the sum of N1.1 billion, with a delivery period of 10 months.

Umar said, the two locomotives are to be used for mass transport services on the Abuja, Kaduna standard gauge rail lines, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

“The scope of work include: the design and manufacturing of two number diesel electric locomotives with a capacity of 2,800 kilowatts for standard gauge tracks, training of 30 personnel for the Nigerian Railway Corporation(NRC) on operation and maintenance of the locomotives, commissioning and test running in Nigeria, as well as one year maintenance and technical support with two resident technicians” he said.

He also noted that government was fully committed to the revival of the NRC and as such was working assiduously to see the completion of the Abuja , Kaduna standard gauge line. “This is the first batch of the rolling stock that we are acquiring, specifically the locomotives to be used for the transportation of passengers and indeed freight from Abuja to Kaduna and vice versa”.

Hahaha hahaha what a sick country. Less money than was being ferried to South Africa for just a few people is what is budgeted for rail for 179million people.

It is possible Jonathan could lose and ofcourse there will be peace but will there be peace in Buhari loses? .
How many times has Henry Okah told the world that Buhari was the one behind the earliest bombings in Nigeria? How many times has Henry Okah (an Ijaw man and convicted Terrorist imprisoned in South Africa) told the world Buhari told him to bomb and decapitate innocent Nigerians but blame it on Northern Politicians? How many times has Buhari been caught on camera with a known Boko Haram sponspor on a sate visit on security with the President of Chad? How many times has The Chief Priest, Oritsejaterror, Private Plane been nabbed in South Africa with $9.7million cash for arms and Buhari came out to defend it as his money? How many times has Dokubo, a confirmed terrorist (presently being investigated in the West) insisted that if Buhari is not retained as President next year there will be war in Nigeria?

Not everyone is ignorant about those sponsoring Boko Haram. Have you asked yourself why Boko Haram activities have died down since their sponsors have been getting exposed?

Field a tested and trusted Northerner that can easily guarantee millions of votes (Buhari) and a Yoruba that is credible(e.g Fashola) with a lineup of Amaechi, Okorocha, Oshiomole, Kwankwaso and co as "Heirs and next-in-line" to the Presidency and watch Jonathan crumble like the dry bread he is. An agreement where Buhari rules for only one term, Fashola takes over with Okorocha as his vice (to pacify Ibos--- its about time they're put in charge of Nigeria... at least in the nearest future) and Nigeria will be back on track.

People like Atiku have no business being in charge.
Politics › Re: Military "Bombs" Used Against Boko Haram Costs $15,000 Each - CDS Badeh by ISpiksDaTroof: 4:05pm On Oct 09, 2014
fun4:
...........“The military has taken a lot of bashing from everywhere but all of us know what we are going through. Somebody rightly said that what is happening with Boko Haram is a declaration of war. I want to say that when nations go to war, all elements of National power including the media join hands to fight the war together”.

“The military is not omnipotent, the military is not omnipresent; are you expecting the military to go and drop a bomb that cost $15, 000 on two people. Let us not give the enemies of Nigeria the chance to make Nigeria become what people (enemies) wanted. We can do this by providing accurate information,” he said.

Badeh said the attitude of some Nigerians towards the war on terror suggest that they are against genuine intentions of the military to flush out the terrorists and this gives the impression that they sympathise with Boko Haram insurgency with the aim of destabilising the country.

His words, “We know that people do not like the military, but they should realise that we are the ones keeping this country together, and should avoid giving the enemies the opportunity to operate”.

Earlier, he told journalists to be guided by national interest while reporting the ongoing counter-insurgency operations in the North east saying “though you may know many things concerning the operations, you should not report things that would hurt or create panic among the people”.
....

Shut the hell up Badeh!

If $15,000 is too much, then reduce the corruption in the Army and ask the President to drastically reduce the corruption by top Govt Officials and other Govt parastatals and watch how you easily save Billions of Dollars every year to carry out functions other than buying Bentleys and Private jets.
