Vacora:I am not sure there is any agency in Nigeria with an objective to protect the lives and property of the common Nigerian. |
Nizguy:Now his boys have guns and will soon run out of money. Imagine their taste today, how much they are used to spending a day. |

YourWife:We have had governors in recent times whom out of their own ambition have made their tenure a time worthy to remember from their self executed development programs. These are persons worthy of a higher job in our country. lets stop making our country a piece of cake for thieves and people without any plan for you an I. |
So they kill women and children to be heard. They should all be killed and those who can negotiate should enjoy the new law. |
AishaBuhari:How can, when you might end up with your name on the list. |
Olalan:Yes coming out unhurt would be a miracle, but The post said he survived which means there was no fatality AKA loss of life. Thank God for his survival. Hope he is unhurt anyway or recovers speedily and gets full insurance for the loss. |
Please can someone explain to me what the herdsmen are killing foir? is it for land, political powers or......? why kill children and women, innocent people with cutlasses. This is boko haram............ period! in a new form. The government should do something more than just watch. This is how militancy, kidnapping, cultism started , now fulani herdsmen killing is growing out of proportion. New definition of a Nigerian. Nigerians: A people who are dying from multiple causes. |

What is the problem here? In the past women were forbidden to even see a masquerade. But this is her boyfriend, in an African entertainment costume. I don't think there is anything fettish here. And she probably knew since November he was going to be costumed like this. OK maybe he should have done a Barney mascot or circus clown to look holy. Abeg free them. Enjoy your celebrations. |
She is a magician. |
[quote author=RCDIY post=63829374]I've been to your profile and gone through some of your posts. 1. You're yet to create a single post on NL even though you've made about 250 posts on other people's threads where you trade insults. 2. You seem to have a lot of negative energy. Please take it easy. Thank you [/quote Why are you talking to this guy? First its clear that he is like our leaders who understand nothing about technology or the innovations that create new things. Its clear that he has never thought of what makes the phone, PC or the internet he is using for unproductive messages work. They are people who go about to derail threads, sometimes I wonder what the mods on this platform are doing. Besides technology threads are not for everyone, that's why they do not live long on Nairaland. No one builds drones to sell them on the streets like pure water but the sharing of ideas is moving nations to great heights. |
Abagworo:People die for no cause whatsoever. No war, no disaster, just senseless terror |
N200m indeed. So the police cannot move into the area and conduct a decisive and peaceful investigation into the crime. Use the N200m to fund the agencies in that direction and the materials and equipment used will remain in place for future use. |
At least now he will get a government appointment |

UdoEya:Technology has made things very simple up to 2017 and counting. So its really about, what is available and what can you do with it. Our shortfall over here is availability of that technology, and affordability. Else you have countless people who wouldn't mind to play around stuff. But when it costs you over N50,000 and more just to try.....it has to be your money. |
Very nice. PhimoTech in PH has been doing similar things but I admire your documentation. Perhaps we can have a collaboration sometime in future.

Again nothing will happen. No security agencies came to their rescue, or even pursued hours after. No one has taken the fight to these killers, so the menace will go on this new year. All the security agents will do is to know who did it or who's boys they were and the end of story. RIP to the dead. Maybe its a happy new year. |
Everything is wrong, the critics cant compose correct grammar either, ....... |

TheShopKeeper:Communities in Nigeria have no development plans. They also do not see their governments, chiefs or churches responsible or as partners in their development efforts. Such demands are often only directed to foreign businesses as a means of making quick revenue. |
When kidnapping first surfaced in our country in the Niger delta, government took it as a thing of dispute between companies and host communities because they were kidnapping expats. Now it has gone to kidnapping of the poor and homeless, kids, school boys and school girls for money. What can be done now when humans see each other as an commodities. Who will look for the mad man/ woman or beggar who simply disappears before morning? |
DozieInc:Health officers dare not go there. They just lurk around hotels and bars issuing one permit or the other for money. |

Why is anyone worried about biafran currency if there is no biafra? What is the exchange rate please? |
When you return to Nigeria and you have lost the alaye spirit. RIP bro, our country is a mess. |
Lagos police is taking too long to act on these incidents. I know criminals will always change tactics, but kudos to the police on the anti ritualist operations and anti pick-pockets operations in different parts of Lagos, worthy of emulation by other states. The traffic robbery thing is putting lives at risk and cannot be allowed one more day. |
2016easy2017:I hope his victims will be bold enough to testify when the time comes, else he could claim he was just using words in a post. |
