Lion eat grass? Lol do goats eat meat?
Yes, Lions do sometimes eat grass, I don't expect you to know that.

Enlightened indeed. Feminists are some women who wants to eat their cake and have it. Wants some privileges on a platter of Gold and not ready to work for it like their counterparts do.
Only enlightened people knows the meaning of feminism,
to uncivilized lay men, they just regurgitate the gibberish they heard
from their uninformed friends or read on some obscure blog.

Again, you fail to note the difference between rights and privileges.

What gives you the right to determine the direction of an adult's life?

Investigation is still on going. Thank God their tracks they tried to cover is blown. That's a good news, to the people who value human life (even it is a pauper's life) more than the image of a celebrity.

To witch hunters, every event is a product of conspiracy.
The commissioner of police will eat his words and will
eventually look foolish for failing a simple logic test which
is to first establish murder before looking for murderers.

The aim of justice is not to force crime on suspects without
evidence by all means,
it is to acquit when innocent and dish out penalties when guilty.

joeyfire:
This is the first time I don't agree with Shaka Momodu 100%

I agree just 30%. Nnamdi Kanu used divisive language, tacitly encouraged people worshipping him and did not do enough thinking through with his tactics and strategy when he had the benefit of his peak in popularity.

However Nnamdi Kanu is THE REASON why restructuring is being discussed today and for that he deserves credit more than any other person in Nigeria today. The Arewa conference going on now is a fallout of IPOB agitation let nobody deceive himself.

I was and am happy Kanu emerged because I knew that even if an independent Biafra was not feasible immediately, in the worst case scenario we would be granted a regional govt similar to pre-1966. That was when IPOB pressure was on. Now the north has no real pressure and they will define restructuring as it will benefit them. Shaka Momodu and his biro can do little about that.
Nnamdi Kanu is not the reason restructuring is being discussed.
It is due to the political calculations of 2019.
Restructuring discussion is not new to Nigeria and since the "change"
mantra has now expired, it is important that a new slogan is created,
hence the birth of lip-service restructuring.

Remember that a candidate does not need the support of Kanu and his
followers to win the presidential election and I doubt Kanu will be thrilled
to abandon his god-like aura to support a candidate who promises restructuring.

I am 100% sure that given the magnitude of the case.
A common man whether innocent guilty will be cooling his heels pending the time investigations will be concluded (that is if the case will be investigated at all) and someone will call money vanity.

What money cannot solve more money will solve it
The question to ask is whether such injustice should be condoned?
Unfortunately, a lot of poor nairalanders wants Davido locked up
before investigation because he is "guilty" instead of them to use
this opportunity to campaign against illegal incarceration.

Suddenly, all his dead friends became drunks and junkies. That should raise another question. But no need to derail.
It doesn't matter if 200 of his friends die, that is hogwash before the law and sound
reasoning. He only has a case to answer if there are evidence that he murdered them
or hired someone to do it.
Your speculations only hold as beer parlor short-sighted gossips.
It is the same dumb argument used by Trump supporters who claimed
who claimed Hillary friends and associated were dying, so she is a murderer.

They didn't take a dying man to the hospital rather they dropped a dead man at the hospital gate.
Evidence, that they dumped a dead man at the gate?
What comes to a murderers mind after the fact?
Flee the scene, dump the body where no one will find it
or take it to the hospital even if hospital gate as you wrongly claimed?

Davido's crew must be some of the dumbest humans living,
if they took the victim of their crime to a hospital instead
of destroying the evidence of their crime.

BTW: your definition of manslaughter is very wrong and misleading. You don't need to use a weapon or object before you can be accused of murder or manslaughter. You locked someone in a car until that person died, your intention for doing that will determine whether you are guilty of murder, manslaughter or involuntary manslaughter.
Locking someone in a car so they die, then the car becomes the murder weapon
and there is an intent, a killers hand is his weapon in a case of strangulation,
so there is always a weapon.

But again, you are speculating as to what happened.

Only reply if you have evidence that Davido locked a drunk helpless man to die in a car,
no speculations.

Firstly, Davido might be there, he might not be there. But his escort driver was there.
I don't engage in speculation, only facts.
I can also claim that you were there without any evidence but
I will be making a fool of myself. Davido's car is not Davido, neither
is the escort driver Davido.

So, Davido had no idea of whereabouts of his escort driver and vehicle, even if he claimed that he had no idea of his friends whereabouts? Think.
Please evidence of Davido making this particular claim?

If someone is taken to a hospital and I didn't follow them,
how the hell am I going to know their final destination?
If only you can look at the case objectively.
Davido was right, he didn't know where Tagbo was taken,
neither was he at the hospital.

Secondly, no one accused them of murder. Going by there own accounts of the incident,
What accounts fingers Davido's crew in Tagbo's death?
It appears you are the only one that read such accounts? Any reputable link?
Please being seen with a body at a hospital is not an evidence for murder.

it was involuntary manslaughter. And they made attempts to cover it up by dropping the guy at the hospital gate. They didn't wanted to be seen.
Manslaughter huh grin
Please check the meaning of a word before using it.
What weapon was used?
Alcohol, forced drug injection in a public club, Gun, Car or Hammer?

FYI, the only difference between manslaughter and
murder is the intent. Tagbo died like any other person,
he was not killed accidentally or deliberately but
if you have a counter-evidence please provide it and also
forward it to the police.

Drunks and junkies have been dying since ages, I don't
recall the bar owners being charged with manslaughter let
alone another customer who came to enjoy himself.

Davido's offense was that he cared enough to allow
his crew help a dying man to the hospital.

Hmmm. "...merely helping a fellow human being who was in need of help."

>So Davido's Security details didn't follow him to the other two places he went to? I.e Oniru Beach and DNA Night Club. They sat back while their Boss moved to other places? Because, it was while Davido was at DNA that he heard about the death of his Friend. Supposedly, he should have been with his Security details at DNA night club too.

> Or they left their Boss at DNA to go back and help Tagbo's friends take Tagbo to the hospital since Tagbo was Davido's friend. And if they left, on whose permission? Or left without letting their Boss know they were living to go help a soul?

>Are they also trying to say that Davido's Security details never bothered to know the personalities who drove Tagbo in his car to the Hospital? If they do, then who are they?

> Davido, did the security details leave or stay back without your knowledge? If they stayed back? How sure are we that it's not his security details who told him Tagbo was dead. If they told him he was dead, the next questions he would ask would be this, "How come?" "Guy wer i just live? Wetin happen?" "Wetin kill am?." And am sure they told him.

> So Davido, what/Who Killed or How did Tagbo Die?

> This guys should stop messing with my brain. Something is fishy somewhere.
You end up saying nothing.
Exceptions are made in emergency, so don't think security details are always
around.

It takes seconds to transition between life and death so when you hear that
someone dies, they didn't die for months, they die at a particular time.

I know many of you wants a scape-goat, but this case is lost, so find another
victim.

If you had been present instead of Davido when Tagbo was drinking himself to death,
no one would have accused you of killing him because you are just an ordinary josh
and such story will not be interesting.

lolz, not the I disagree with you infact I'm sure Davido might be innocent tho but that part of you saying the police need to investigate before arresting you and I both you you sounded foolish when you said that.,let me use my area as an example, some robbers were arrested in my area and one of the robbers had a tattoo on his back. You know what the glorious npf did, they stommed my area the third day and started checking for anyone with earrings or tattoos or anything incriminating..... So now u wanna tell me that their investigation revealed that anyone with tattoos in the area is linked with the robbers?? Or perhaps the robbers confessed that all their gangs all had tattoos ,lolz again.

Bru it's good to be rich especially in a third word country, you can buy the justice system with even the lowest amount no one couldn't afford.... I'm not saying that Davido is gulty but I believe you are not that stupid not to have seen my point already... Have a nice day
I know it is difficult for an uncivilized and unlightened person to think deeper than needed,
to such person everything is slash and burn, no questions asked.

The police can arrest a suspect for questioning when following a lead,
even then they need a warrant.

Davido is no suspected member of a robbery gang or terrorist cell, his offense was
witnessing a drinking competition and helping an OD patient get to the hospital
which is not a crime.

I understand your psyche may have been damaged by illegal Nigerian police
practices but that does not make it right.

Well, it may be impossible to teach a blind man the importance of color.

This is Nigeria though. It's highly improbable that anything like a prison stint could 'fall' on Davido though.

All this invitation ko, arrest ni, na just playacting.
In civilized clime, Davido has no case to answer, it is the irresponsible police force
and the ignorant Nigerian populace that thinks that being in a scene of tragedy means
one is guilty.
No wonder many innocent souls are awaiting trials in police net for simply being arrested
in a crime scene, even though they had nothing to do with it.

The bolded is exactly what feminists where female or male.
They blame society for certain standards they don't like, yet they are trying to destroy societal stability to impose their views on others.
View seen how bitter feminists are, they claim to fight for equality of the sexes but they surreptitiously fighting for female dominance especially in western societies where it started by rebels.
Sorry, I don't agree with any of your claims because you
didn't even get what feminism is about.
I am a male feminist.

Which do you think is a greater threat to a woman?
a husband who ruled that his wife must never work
outside or an unknown writer on the internet who
encourages women to seek financial independence?

The problem with many men who berates "feminist" at any
opportunity is that they want all women to think and
behave the same because they are threatened by any woman
who refuses to "stay in her place".

Then I submit that such men should go for women who want
to be ruled instead of whining about feminists who aren't pointing
gun to anybody's head or threatening physical violence.

You see to the slave traders of the 18th century the abolitionist were
seen as bitter and fighting for slave dominance when all they preached
is that you cannot own a human being an adult be allowed to decide their
own future.

The problem with the OP is that he didn't factor the woman's choice into
his writing, the same thing you did in your response. There is nothing wrong
with a woman seeking equality, all you have to do is avoid such person and
go for submissive hero-worshippers(if that is the kind of partner you like).
No need berating or using condescending words on people who don't agree
with you.

Unless, you are dealing with an uncivilized partner, trying to control an
adult's destiny against their wish won't end well.

It is all about choice.
Don't marry someone who is not compatible with your worldview in the hope
that you will force them to change.

Your threats may work for a while but it will ultimately fail.
There is nothing wrong with some women thinking that marriage is the ultimate
achievement neither is it an abomination for some women to pursue financial independence,
it doesn't make any of the two group less of a woman.

It is a great injustice to try to force someone to live by your own standard.
