You justified her not being married to her babies' daddy with the fact that her dowry wasn't paid and towards the end of your post admitted that she has a husband so you contradicted things. Don't get muddled up in a triangle, that's all I can say.

The one that needs to be stopped fast is the putting hands in another person's armpit, I am sure if his hands are removed whenever he does that with a look of disapproval that he may realize that "mummy doesn't like it when I do that". You didn't really state whether it is his thumbs he sucks or just sucking his tongue but then some children stop that if great efforts were made to stop them by their parents and some don't.

In your post, you talk of the problems you have with sex. Ever considered asking her if she even enjoys sex? I mean that could be a good place to start. And look into signing up for counseling so you two, as a couple can dig deep to find out and work TOGETHER to solve the problem.

You complain that she bosses you . . she is opinionated . . REALLY? You complain of that? What do you want her to do? BOTTLE-UP her person so you can live? Isn't marriage about getting used to yourselves and working around your incompatibilities? What I am trying to say is that you should address this issue very seriously with your wife, don't treat the matter mildly and turn around to seek pity/advice online. If she is accusing you of infidelity and you know that you are faithful, seriously tell her that and seriously address the issue of her threatening to cheat on you instead of coming here to complain "she said that I am cheating her and she is threatening to cheat me, what am i going to do". I mean it is the length of the shoulder you give to others that they hang on. Stand tall, don't crouch or cower.

I don't think that this lady can be considered fat, if you look at her waist you will realize that she has a good curvy slim waist that has not disappeared with fat so she isn't fatty. However much this person gyms out she will still have those mile 2 bumpers . She's just well endowed, a true African beauty I must say. On looking hard at the pictures well enough though one can notice that there is something about those hips that went a bit downward (what do they call such hips again? low hip or something?) yet that did not remove anything from her.
