@Jallow Wo wo woo-u-u-u-u Girl You are killing this thread with those "jiggle it", "jiggle it". I will go handle my weekend runs and come back to enjoy your songs. |
She shouldn't resign herself to fate and be pitying herself, she should swing into action and use every little detail she has and go find her child------that was very careless. Story doesn't seem true to me though, nobody sells a child for N4m and shouts it to the world. Story seems like a mere ruse to attract hits and traffic to a website. |
The Karrueche girl shouldn't have waited to be booted out, I said it after the Rihanna/Oprah Winfrey's interview that somebody seems to be about to be given the boots and that she should be wise and extricate herself from the triangle. She waited for the boots and now she is getting it. She should have walked a long time ago with shoulders held high. Is it now that she knows that she prefers men to boys? |
JallowBah: Offtopic. Offtopic. Offtopic. More Serious? I am of the opinion that kids reared by "hippie-having-fun-and-not-taking-the-world-too-seriously" parents will have a cooler outlook to life. |
Aw-w-w-w-w Hurry up and go get your man. I hadn't the time to read this your thread when you had it and reading it now and hearing your reasons for the separation had me thinking "there sure should be other alternatives around it that can keep you guys together while studying and preparing for the dreams you have for the future". Think harder and see whether there are alternatives----- |
JallowBah:Good to hear that you like Africa that much. Nice song. |
The cloud gathered in my eyes like it's going to rain tears while looking at that baby with that rubbishy stuff all over the poor baby. Why didn't she give it out to others if she can' take care of it? How do people do this and live their lives with this kind of thing on their conscience. |
JallowBah: Haha, I knooow! It fascinates me, though. Have you seen this one: ![]() What is that? Fans myself with tips of my fingers while shaking my head No that wasn't only an a*s quake. That was a bassline a*s with a voice making beats of its own. Hahahahaaaa! ![]() Girl, pls let's hush and quit talking like bad a*s babes biko. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQPpiVAEll4 If you like rap you are gonna like this sweet hot rap Heard it once and took to it. |
JallowBah: Always!Woooooyiiiii Make the ground move That's an a*s quake! -Kanye West Lol lol lol Girl ain't we funny, tripping like dem fellas when they watch & ogle dem gyals as they dip it and a drop it. ![]() |
JallowBah: I dont agree with you on homosexuality, but that is a different discussion.Do you mean the Koshen? Girl, Bubble gyal a bubble ![]() |
JallowBah: Wops..sorry, my bad.Cool Babes, I'm liberal minded to some extent and doesn't see anything wrong with people spicing up their life the way they want as long as nobody isn't getting hurt while they are it for example I will always be like "people should let Charly boy do his thing as long as he isn't hurting anybody and isn't dabbling with h-omosexuality"(I happen not to support that one)-- |
debrief08: Charly Boy with his piercings and tattoos and his equally non conventional wife have been married for over 30 years and still seem happy and comfortable with each other. Meanwhile "prim and proper" couples those who are still married a lot of them hardly share a bedroom just married for social purposes, a lot of others are are separated or divorced.Yeah, you understand what I am talking about. |
andromida: Why are you trying to be the nicest woman in the world? sorry you get no awards for not telling him. Is he of a fragile mind and will crash once you tell him the news? Please how will he fail if he gets to be part of the decision process? So because he has to succeed he is therefore absolved of all responsibility. And you call it your mistake? was he sleep walking when he did you? did he rape you? Worst part you said he deserves to be happy more than you so your happiness is not that important after all. I can see you are afraid of losing him.We seem to have 3 related opinions about this. The way she alluded to the man has one wondering whether all is not well with him etc. She seems like a strong lady to me though, even when she has made mistakes. It's okay to rebuke her but she shouldn't be judged down and condemned. We humans sometimes make mistakes, I do hope she doesn't experience much unhappiness again after what she said she's been through. FlowerPower: https://www.brandculture.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/TheRocksRaisedEyebrow.jpgCool |
JallowBah: Wait..what? So because me and my husband got dreadlocks, I am tatted, he wears saggy pants at times, my kid is gonna end up like Charly?? Lol, you crack me up.Jallow Babes you misunderstood me there. If you read my post again, you may understand it better. I never said that such a child will turn out as Charly boy. I only said that it may be all hippie and happy in the home of somebody like Charly boy. Hope you are doing great girl. Wish I can see your tattoos, I like to admire good looking tattoos. |
tyson55: Ivynwa, nwa Oma! are you afraid to name ur e- stalker? Pls name, confront and shame him/ her, so he/she can leave you alone. The person knows herself, infact she is reading this too. I have no time for her Ojare. It just beats me how a person can be sparing all that time following others around in a forum like that and breathing down on them like a devil roaring the internet. God is with me, he always fights for me so I am not scared of my Stalker. |
----that was brutal. What did these children do? Aren't there eye witnesses? Gruesome! |
@Viva You seem to be in a hard place now, I am not pretending to be righteous-righteous in telling you not to abort your child. I am only telling you not to abort it because we shouldn't take lives, again aborting may not be good for your health (mentally and psychologically). I tell people not to abort and I turn around to ask myself what I will do if I am the one in that situation. I may feel unhappy and fret and worry but I know that if I do that that I will always have it on my mind forever that I snuffed out the life of my child, I'd rather not have that on my conscience when I can alternatively have the child that may bring me joy all the days of my life. It is a difficult position girlie, someday in the future when you look back in retropect you may not regret having the child. I pray all things work out for good for you. vivalableue: Yes, I'd love to get married one day, but its not my dying wish. If I end up single at the end of my days I will be content as well. One thing I will never ever do is settle for a marriage built on so called duty to one's family. I will never ever force any man to cleave himself to me if cannot handle the full responsibility of that action. Why? Because I won't settle for a loveless life filled with sorrow where the only joy is seeing my kids, cuz once they grow and leave my home I will be stuck with a man who probably checked out mentally years earlier. My kids deserve to have the best father figure in their lives, not as a replacement of their Daddy, but as a partner to their Mummy. They deserve to see that bond, they deserve to learn from its mistakes and to emulate it. SO for my kids sake, I will not beg this man for my hand. I won't even present it, because this man is not in the position to receive it.I was trying to understand what you have against your lover man, your comment above nearly made me wonder whether he is mentally unbalanced but he doesn't seem to be. Your comment below showed you have some understanding and friendship with him so what is that part about you not wanting to be the reason he will go back to his old ways? Were you insinuating that the knowledge of your pregnancy will stress him into an unpleasant position/place(you alone know what). It's very sweet of you thinking good thoughts for him but don't you think that you should tell him? You also said that he is not in a position to take your hand, I guess that position isn't financially as you already mentioned that you can take care of 10 kids on your income so there is another position you meant that he is in. You said that you both have laughter, find contentment in each other's company----is it that you don't love him enough or something. I don't agree with rushing off to marry just to hush up an unplanned pregnancy, I only think that you should let him know---not for him to get excited up and want to marry you. You were in it together, you both did the deed. There's no problem with you abandoning him now and stopping intimacy with him as you said but a man that impregnated a woman should be told by the woman. If you are a man and your woman hides a pregnancy from you and delivers your child somewhere, has your child growing up somewhere in the world without your knowledge----that I don't think is right. One of your comments seems to me that you have a little degree of fear of him rejecting you when he gets to know.(You alone know, you alone know everything surrounding this).I hope things turn out good for you. All in all you are a strong minded lady, I appreciate that you are holding your shoulder and standing tall thru it all and I wish you the desires of your heart cause you deserve to be as happy as you dream to be. vivalableue: To clarify the situation, the father is not oblivious to my inability to consume hormonal contraceptives. He's actually very aware of my life, met my kids. He was an enormous support while I was in school, both emotionally and financially. We make sure we talk to each other on a daily basis. Even though he cooks, I take at least a day a week to feed him. We laugh, cry, argue and find contentment in each other's company. That being said, he's starting some new ventures in life, I want him to succeed very badly. But if I'm going to add more stress in his life, or be the reason he goes back to his old ways, I couldn't forgive myself. |
The song got soph-ed up somehow with additional nice stuffs. It's nice. Hey Miss Mimi, Extend our sympathy and condolence to your father. E-e-e-e-m-m as he is a great surgeon, I guess that experience should inspire him into building us a nice hospital and stuffs in Naija, we can't all be making other people's country great when we have no good healthcare and stuffs in our country. Just saying. |
Kobojunkie: Like she is a cat that you can excite by dangling balls on a yarn and all, right?Sweetheart, in as much as some views you hold concerning this issue is true in some cases nothing changes the fact that the environment contributes in molding us humans. A person that is brought up in a rural area very far from civilization may not be interested in browsing the net and chilling in a forum like we are doing here but when such a person gets exposed to sophisticated technologies like the internet, he or she may develop interest in it like we all developed interest in it. Thanks! |
Now how did I come across this thread? Poster you have me in tears feeling sad for your father's broken heart, above all that song---- I sing that song when I think of my mother too----It's so nice to see that the song is in youtube. I will have it for keeps but then poster you just crowned my evening with tears listening to that sweet song and remembering and remembering. Thanks all the same. |
I so love my native land, we are one unique people in our own way. Ain't any other set of people that can be like us. Hugs and Kisses to all Naijas! Ooops Baby, did you say in my local dialect? Afurum ndi Obodo m n'anya. How about that? |
This topic is sickening. The boy needs to be medically checked and counselled, the threats and sickening packages and dead flowers part shows some traces of perversion in the boy. A person like that is dangerous to other human beings. shymexx: BwahahahahahahahahahaOl boy no be only you get E-Stalkers. I have an E-stalker woman stalking me all over NL, sometimes the hatred in her spills over and she just can't resist posting after I post on a thread. I don't bother reading her poisoning posts for the sake of my health. They need to work against such E-stalking, E-hatred, E-bullying going on. |
The smart girl is busy climbing her ladder to success and more success and some are hating on her, I will like to hear her song when she releases it. I'm happy for her. I read this their twitter fight yesterday and so like the beginning part of her reply to Amazonian in which she replied "I don't have a degree but I do have an account fat and shapelezz enough----" That was the smartest thing to come from her to people that only appreciate degrees in our country without knowing that having a skill is sometimes ten times better than degrees and certificates. You go girl! |
#Topic Good Venture, Sweet Venture! |
Ell77, I ain't really being part of your club. Just to let you know that you have a great business idea on your fingertips. The title of this thread can create a great Television programme that one of the Nigerian stations may be happy to run with you showcasing Nigerian families in the UK and other places, the wives/mothers and how they tackle the challenges of raising a family in a foreign country. I can't even begin to imagine the millions of viewers that will be tripping to watch your programme. You go girl! |
They say there is a very thin line between love and hate...
Yeah, yeah. A very dangerous thin line. |
@Hakuna Matata If Daddy sags and Mummy tats, Junior will be happy. He has hippie parents that will be living cool, with plenty sweet hip music around the house and hippie stuffs. I mean such parents won't be taking life too seriously, will be down to earth and fun to be with. Yeah right! Hahaha! ![]() Why do such scenario remind me of Charly boy, dude is busy enjoying and sparkling up his life even as a grandfather. I bet there won't be any dull day in the family life of such a person that is chilling and enjoying the fun things of life. |
coogar: with 99.9999% accuracy, you are clutching @ straws!I'm not the only one that think that DNA tests can be liable to mistakes, these two writers below think so too DNA Test Sometimes Wrong http://ezinearticles.com/?DNA-Test-Sometimes-Wrong&id=1769322 THE POTENTIAL FOR ERROR IN FORENSIC DNA TESTING By William C. Thompson http://www.councilforresponsiblegenetics.org/GeneWatch/GeneWatchPage.aspx?pageId=57 and to back up my claim are four examples -The Chreky case (a celebrity Hairdresser in Washington D. C) who appealed a paternity suit brought against him by a woman he once dated. According to the Washington Post, evidence presented at Chreky’s 2005 trial showed that Laboratory Corporation of America, which tested his DNA did a shoddy work and mistakenly deemed him the father of a child that isn't his. He later won the case and was let off the hook when another DNA test showed that he isn't the father. (Now which of the two tests do we believe? Huh!) DNA Paternity Tests Can Be Wrong http://www.foxfamilylawyers.com/fox-family-file-detail.asp?id=266 -The second case in which a false DNA test made a man reject his daughter False DNA test led father to reject daughter http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1322077/False-DNA-test-led-father-to-reject-daughter.html -and another case in which wrong DNA results were sent to 96 customers 23andMe Sends Wrong DNA Test Results To 96 Customers http://techcrunch.com/2010/06/07/23andme-sends-wrong-dna-test-results-to-96-customers/ -and yet another case in which a person trying to know who his father is, gave the same sample to two Labs that gave him two different results. He later found out that the prestigious Lab of the two Laboratories (the Lab that does DNA test for some of the national talk shows in the US) gave him a wrong result. WRONG DNA TEST http://chat.lawinfo.com/wrong_dna_test-t12722/index.html?s=ed19c1890aad470fa9b8ece4bb23a493& Clapping my hands Hehehe! Prestigious Labs and Laboratory corporation of America mgbo (of all Laboratories and expertise!). Now you gotta believe that there ain't any perfection with this DNA Test the world is believing/using as a perfect proof. |
@Topic Even DNA testings can be flawed too. Machines and humans are liable to mistakes. There ain't any perfection. If you expect me to believe that the result of every DNA expert is accurate then you gotta be kidding me. |
