nas 00: I think Zidane naturally has a high level of maturity and self control. It was just too much of shyt to take. You so love this your Zidane that you went pleading for him. Lol Hey I wasn't nailing him to the cross, I hope you are happy now ![]() Zidane actually played a good game that day and worked hard for his team, it was a pity that happened. Nobody is perfect dearie, not me not you but some behaviours as aggressive & brutal as headbutting shouldn't be found in man. Head butting reminds one of a bull not of a handsome fella like Zidane. Smile! |
acidtalk: Iya Anybody. ![]() Oga acid, wey those your beer parlour service girls wey you dey use confuse guy's eyes. Abeg tell them to come serve me Nkwobi mey I chop joo. It sounds like she grew up a bit away from civilization as not to be familiar with a computer. What she did to the laptop sounds a bit funny, it seems like she had good intention but did not know that what she was doing is destructive. It must hurt to buy something that expensive and have it manhandled like that, isn't there a way to make it better? I hope the computer can still work. A 22 year old should be in school or a skill acquisition place organizing a career for herself and not be a maid in a married couple's home. If she needs to work as a maid to keep body and soul together while studying, living with a married couple is not the best arrangement. Poster I bet you and your family are kind enough to fit in a studying or skill-acquisition programme for her while she is working for you----by the time she is 6 months or one year into such programmes she should know that she doesn't need to rearrange the keys of computer keyboard to read in an alphabetical order. Do bear with her----forgive her. The things around your home should be defined for her so that she can know what she can play with and what she can't play with and in order for her not to go meddling with more dangerous stuffs like chemical solutions, medicines etc. She is going to be helping take care of the kids and needs to be guided well. |
I didn't realize the gravity of this Lokoja flood and didn't bother clicking it when it made front page until I saw the pics in a blog today and was speechless. The flooding is almost the same sight as the way homes and buildings were swallowed up by water in the hurricane Katrina---that kind of flooding can take plenty lives as nobody will be expecting that magnitude of surge. I was seeing people on the roofs of their houses. I hope people got saved. This is huge! |
abiamahart: Beautiful piece of art. That italian marred the of Zidane's career. love him. great playerAre you kidding me? I watched that match too and admired his football skills but he shouldn't be excused for that primitive/cave man's behaviour of headbutting neither should the person he buttheaded be blamed for marring his (Zidane's) career. What happened to self control? |
No female producers, don't we have female music producers in Naija? I think that Asuquo, Engees and Don Jazzy are good producers. I like Engees beats like these beats of his in Psquare, his beats are soulful. The background notes here are catchy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QopyP89dSSo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3B1gp5YWNwk |
Good looking site but the word maniac is a negative word, they should have coined a sophisticated word for "fans" instead of using the word maniac. Example Chris Brown calls his fans Team Breezy etc. |
Does anybody remember who sang a certain Nigeriian song with the beat in the video above and lyrics that sounds like "Jojo Jojo"?? |
The man is mentally abusing that young woman. I hope that things won't be out of hand & too late when friends and family may finally realize that he wasn't joking after all. A woman in that kind of situation needs to react to the situation to show that she does not want to be treated like that or else she may be driven out of her mind. The woman in question already reacted by approaching their family which is good, she should check and see whether there are things she does that irritates the man and work on correcting such. We don't live in the home with them so we don't know the man's side of the story not that the treatment he metes out to his wife is justified. All these stories of maltreatment and beatings, is it that these men that treat their wives like trash are taking out the frustrations they encounter in their daily living on their spouses or that that they are simply bad-hearted? They need to enact laws or something in Naija against wife battering, a dead wife got no help/consolation/safety when the husband (that killed her) languishes in prison after her death. They need to be saved while they are alive. The police are ever quick to dismiss such cases as domestic cases that should be resolved between man and wife but a wife beater that is aware that he can be charged for wife beating will be deterred from beating in the first place. I can't even begin to imagine how living will be for a young woman that multi tasks (running a home, working, minding children and husband) and being mentally/physically abused. |
Jeez! that picture had me cringing? |
Heal her Lord, Amen. |
lucabraski: My younger sister is fast losing intimacy with her husband!A room mate of mine in the university had some discoloured patch underneath her b-oobs that went away after she started scrubbing underneath her boobs well as we advised her. There is a tendency for some people to just mildly rub the bathing sponge smoothly while bathing without adding a little pressure enough to scrub dirts off the skin pores especially in such hidden areas as underneath the b-oobs. Advise your sister (in addition to some other good pieces of advice you already have here) for her to use sponge very well in that area, she should be using such disinfectants like (dettol in water) while bathing too. |
caseless: Hmmm..it seems if u go into asorock as 'couple', u will come out as 'single' eitha way, one de go.. Dis pic look like obi as u talk. caseless: Wetin our so called first ladies de wan do surgery for b4 e de lead 2 all dis complications? I dey laugh at your comments come remember say "Obi" for obituary no be better thing-o-o. I hope she recovers fully very soon, what is all that ruptured stomach and faintings in that write-up? Delicate matter there. |
chigurl: If i offended anyone from the yoruba tribe i do apologise. i made my statement because i don't understand yoruba culture for one. The one time i tried to get to know a yoruba guy i wasn't accepted for being Igbo. I was taught that Yorubas have more in Common with black Americans. I don't look down on any tribe. Just saying it as i was thought and based on my life experiences. I know here in the USA.many high crimes have been committed by Yorubas.I have to explain this to my black americans friends that we have different tribes in Nigeria. The Redeem is a Yoruba church and this black american man ex of mine has attended a couple of their services. He said he would tell all his friends to attend the Redeem Church to find an African wife since they are all divorced. I hope he goes to all the Chapters I know we share the same skin color but the culture is not the same and never will be. We have no need to adopt to their cultureless hiphop mentality. This man has attended an igbo event and sees the difference. I can't marry him. There are thousands of others who want a 64yr old man for marriage i am very sure of. I am quite unsure how Yorubas really feel about black americans. I truly dislike the ghetto ones even though i went to school with them. I am proud to call myself a Nigerian and tell them to go back to picking cotton where their ancestors came from and deal with whitey because they are good for nothing so fas as i am concerned.Girlie, you are apologizing and at the same time looking down on people and their cultures. How about a little humility sweetie? Your belief that more crimes have been committed by the yorubas in the US doesn't exclude others as perfect (never-committed-crimes). Your word that Black americans should go back to picking cotton is the most condescending thing I have ever heard a black person tell his her fellow blacks who were unfortunate to have had their ancestors sold into slavery. Do you know what it means to be sold into slavery and have your roots stolen from you? Do you know the pains of being separated from your own people forever while being enslaved in another man's land? You should know that the "slave" word is a very sensitive and hurtful thing to the black americans so why are you being that condescending and careless with that? You started a thread to look for a soul mate, why don't you do just that instead of getting condescending on people and tribes and cultures? Thanks. |
Losing job is not the end of life, it may even be the beginning of greater things.
Matthew mmmtoooor!!! Good for you
Dude were you eyeing the wife before? |
Where did that man get the heart to brutally use belt on a woman he makes love to and have kids with? Poster you and your sister-in-law needs to make noise about this to other members of your family before he kills somebody. I bet that woman must be living in great fear with a man abusing her like an animal, even animals don't get whipped with stuffs like belt anymore in this age of animal rights(PETA). It was nice reading that you relate well as well as care for your sister -in-law, you should also worry for yourself and his children while feeling concerned for her. You don't want to lose an eye or even your life if he falls upon you or any of you with his belt while in a rage. People have killed and maimed others out of hot temper and anger even when they didn't set out to kill. He is your brother, I am sure that you don't want him wasting his life locked up forever or something because of his hot temper so you will also be doing him good in helping put him in check by telling your relations/parents about it as well as persuading his wife to put her foot down and do something about it. If nobody talks or reacts you guys will continue getting belted. Find a way to bring in somebody that can come and seriously rebuke/admonish him, why hasn't the wife thought of informing her parents so that the issue will be giving the attention it deserves? Is she bearing (getting belted and watching her kids getting belted) like a cross or something? |
@chel-sy The fact that (you underwent all these, got beaten and abused---being deceived and kept in the dark about who he really is and for 4 years you are still following that type of human being and calling him your bf) shows that you need help to get out of that situation as you seem not to be able to help yourself out of it. How can you let your fellow human being treat you like that? Try answering that question and you may realize what you are doing to yourself. |
@Poster Freezing her egg does not mean that she wants to get randy and not have kids now, she is only saving her eggs so she can use them in the future. |
As many were supporting ho-mose-xual,Weren't I asking what will become of the human race when parents arise to prefer their children as se-xual mates tomorrow? It seems like that tommorrow is here. Oya o-o, make people accept in-cest now. Isn't it part of the sophistication of our generation? |
Alleluiah! |

How can a married woman have a man sleeping over in her marital home while her husband is away? This Obodo Oyibo matter sometimes dey spoil things sha. It is not impossible to be faithful for that length of time but a married couple should not stay apart that long cause this matter has split many marriages. I have even seen a neighbour pastor wey enter UK marry another woman send message to im wife say make she find another man. I also know this young man that boldly says that he has asked his wife in Nigeria that if she gets too h-orny that she can be with another man but that she shouldn't bring home pregnancies, he is being honest because he is being with other women abroad too. I guess theirs is what one will call an open marriage. All in all long separation is not very healthy in a marital union. |
Those people calling him old and saying that he should do what old people are doing and wait to die have a funny notion of life. I once saw Keisha cole's grandma on her show and mehnnnnnnnnnnn that woman has more bling bling, chain and rings and gold and piercings than 10 young ladies put together and she should be in her seventies, eighties. Life is how you want to live it for yourself, not fitting into a box that was constructed by others. If Charly boy likes make him wear short pant or the shortest mini party wear on his Linda,as long as he isn't hurting anybody and isn't into that disgusting g*yism thing it's his life he is living the way he wants. Come year 2082(70 years from now) Charly Boy may not be on this earth again to enjoy life the way it pleases him so let Charly Boy be biko. |

Isaiah 60 vs 15-20 I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.17 For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.18 Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.20 Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light Alleluiah. |
