CrimeRe: Man Butchet Wife Over Unfaithfulness (pics) by Ivynwa(f):
I had to scroll up fast in order not to see that picture again having seen it in another thread.
People do things over "unfaithfulness" nowadays ranging from chopping to killing to cutting off s-exual organ etc.
The rate of murder related to infidelity nowadays is astounding, some young ones have gotten so influenced by it all that the new way of saying "I love you" is "I will kill for you". A young lady making a shout out to her boyfriend said that over the radio and was hushed up by the radio station and everybody listening shook their heads in disgust.
I have heard of worst ones than this. She is lucky to be alive

FamilyRe: My Stepfather Disflowered me...pls Read by Ivynwa(f): 8:08pm On Oct 01, 2012
This issue is becoming rampant nowadays, single mothers in a relationship or that remarried owe it to their children to see that their fr*aking randy spouse do not get on with their children too. WTFr*ak, it incenses me to hear about men sleeping with their step children because it happens if the woman involved is careless and do not look out for her children.

Yeah, she has to return to her mother and stop the rubbish with her step father that is if her mother is still interested in staying married to a pervert. Mtcheeeeeeeeeeeew
CrimeRe: Oh! What A Wicked World by Ivynwa(f): 7:47pm On Oct 01, 2012
I'm so speechless looking at this. Still shuddering.
Now I understand that feeling of jealousy better. I mean next to the feeling in the heart of a brazen perverted killer is the feeling of jealousy. I deem it the second in the chart of feelings/driving forces that can drive humans to kill and maim, little wonder it makes some couples kill themselves.
I'm still shaken from a love triangle related murder case I heard that occurred last week in which one of the men involved killed the other, cut off his head and manhood and stuffed the manhood into the mouth of the decapitated head. The body was found at a decomposing stage.
How can a feeling very sweet (love) turn people into monsters when it goes sour? How can a human being do this? Shuddering

RomanceRe: My Girlfriend To Be Eats Too Much by Ivynwa(f): 5:24am On Oct 01, 2012
Do you want her to eat 0.1(zero point one) circular meal everyday? If she has been eating her 3 square meal and isn't fat now, what's the problem?
You should be considering things and characters that are there for now not things that are not there yet and next time keep some food handy in the house so that you won't have to go looking for food to buy at 2 am in the night. Thank you.
FamilyRe: Can This Happen In Nigeria? by Ivynwa(f):
What's the big deal? I think that it is even a kind of stylishly leaving the onus of money headache to the woman of the house. In other words the man stays his cool without bothering his head about those. You men always find a way to (eat all the good parts of a chicken and tell the women that they are forbidden from eating those) leave all the work for the women (Huh!)even when it makes the woman feel that she is in control. What control? Loling grin
FamilyRe: How do I spice up our boredom lives. by Ivynwa(f): 6:08pm On Sep 30, 2012
Excite her up, introduce her to many great fun things, games, activities and subjects and she will get into some of them. She is only living in her little world of watching "African magic" and sleeping so don't you go blaming her.
I strongly hope u guyz will not end up Tu Pac and Biggie way!!!
Same thing I'm asking----okay the black man is so well endowed with energy and cuteness that the excess energy seeps through his muscles but why must he keep fighting himself? In Nigeria, it's BH fighting his fellow black men. In the US and West Indies it's gangs fighting gangs (blackmen fighting themselves). In Rwanda it was the blackman killing his black brothers same thing in some other parts of Africa.

Even in the international Entertainment industry successful rappers that should be chilling and being happy fight their black brothers. What da fr*ak!

I'm happy for the young man, good to see Nigerian youths blossoming into success and good musical careers.
This Davido fella should inspire some spoilt rich kids that allow the riches of their parents get to their head, his father is very rich and he still went working hard for himself. I'm happy for him

Music/RadioRe: Lil Wayne And Nigerian Hair by Ivynwa(f): 5:12pm On Sep 30, 2012
If you check out the lyrics of many songs you will realize that many write in meaningless things into a song in the bid to make words rhyme together. I think that in this lyrics he is just using "Nigerian hair" to represent "a hard/tough African hair". I don't think that he is dissing or being disrespectful with the name "Nigeria".

FamilyRe: What To Do To My Househelp? by Ivynwa(f):
lucabraski: Now, she has spoilt my expensive blender.

In attempting to wash it, she soaked both the blender and d engine in water. The worst thing she has done so far, is wearing my daughters pant.

I have since sent for d agent, but he has failed to show.

I am kicking her out tomoro, with or without him.
Kicking her out?
Do ensure that she is safe wherever you are leaving her in, is it not better to let whoever brought her take her away if you don't want to live with her again? Which person reared that young girl and never taught her that a girl mustn't go wearing another person's panties/underwear---she oversteps boundaries a bit with handling things and needs guidance like people have told you here. Poor darling! It could be that she hasn't worn very nice looking pants like your daughter has and when she saw them couldn't resist wearing one. Do have your wife buy her some biko.

You and your wife seems not to be the maltreating-employer type (with the way she is taking things without minding that "madam or Oga will deal with me if I wear their daughter's pant" ) which is good as it isn't good to maltreat maids, a new employee/hands of that age that is new in your house needs a firm yet gentle coaching/plenty guidance. Whoever asked her to blend should have remembered to explain how to wash it etc.You guys should make out time to sit her down and say "Girl this is how to do these" and checks should be made on her when she is given a new task to do that is if you are giving her another chance.
FamilyRe: Men: Please Can We Talk About Verbal, Mental And Emotional Abuse? by Ivynwa(f): 2:08pm On Sep 30, 2012
ifyalways: @Afam, I'll try to break it down.
Some men, I'm sorry to say are stoopid when they are in love. They downgrade themselves, take all and every poo a girl throws at them just because they (think) they are in love. They hurt but because the seex is good or the girl is pretty hang on to relationships that are not healthy.

2 years down the line, they are married to the same girl and you expect the girl to change?no one should be blinded or foolish just Cos s/he is in love. Once you smell abuse, firmly put your feet down and nip it in the bud. No glossing over or overlooking.

I daresay it goes for both sexe, don't tolerate or give anyone room/power to abuse you.

its neither fear nor cowardice but I know that there are certain lines I dare not cross with my husband. He gets my 100% respect because he deserves it and its mutual.

Afam, if as a man, you don't know how to be firm and lead a woman in love, you have no business getting married. You don't have to be a commando, "rule" over your house or turn your home to a barracks either. Just be a Man. . . to the letter.
I have a close opinion to this when it comes to marital abuse/violence. A man doesn't really need to be aggressive to be a man and vice versa. I think both husbands and wives should be able to draw the line of what they can tolerate from another and in my own words I coined it that "it is the length of the shoulder you give to another that they lean on". One should appreciate one's dignity enough to address such issues when it arises and not allow themselves to become punching bags for another violent human being. No one should cower and keep allowing his/her spouse dehumanize him/her.
EducationRe: A Floating School Proposed For Makoko Waterfront Slum by Ivynwa(f): 1:50pm On Sep 30, 2012
What fr*aking floating school are they talking about?. Has land finished in Nigeria that people will use wood to construct houses on top of water to live and school in? My heart nearly jumps out of my body seeing such houses and wondering how humans can live in wooden houses above water without walking on solid ground like everybody else. They should go build them low cost houses somewhere and relocate them out of that slum and they are talking of building schools that children will be attending in boats and climbing wooden houses as if they are enwe (monkey or something). Mtcheeeeeeeeeeew, Abeg.
