ifyalways:AMEN! May Our God reward all that are supporting our sister Perx in thousand folds. Our prayers are with you Perx as you prepare for your surgery. |
Idowuogbo:Badosky Sweetie, I can't believe that there is a space in your sweet heart to get vexed, please don't be hard on Mr. Mac okay Baby. He is still looking out for Perx of course. You are so very possessive of this your new girlfriend Perx , I am sorry for anybody that dares to offend her for Badosky will deal with the person-o-o-o . How are you sweetheart? Glorya:@Glorya Oh dear, it sure won't be easy supporting your mummy and siblings. It's good that you now have peace living with your mum and siblings. The amazing thing about your situation is that people that have hard it this tough in life most times end up as great persons. Don't give up, you've been through a lot, keep making your heart's desire known to God and he will definitely make a way soon dear. Be determined to succeed in Life and someday you will be amazed how your life changed and the story of your life beautifully rewritten. Girl, LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL----NEVER YOU THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR LIFE AGAIN. Joy comes in the morning, if you kill your self tonight, when joy comes in the morning it will be a pity because the goodies joy brought along for you will be passed to another so wait upon the Lord Baby. |
I can't believe that of all the sweet songs P-Square have that it is this "Chop my money" song that they chose to do with Akon. The song is okay to chill in naija with but not internationally. What will they get on thinking about us Nigerians sef. We are fighting hard to restore our damaged reputation out in the world and they are singing out such a song that seems to be telling the world that an average Nigerian young man only cares about money. They disappointed me here, they should hurry up and do better music with Akon than that biko. Wetin? |
S.T.H STOP THE TRIBAL HATINGS NOW! AIN'T NOTHING COOL ABOUT TRIBAL HATINGS! https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-864698.0.html |
@Perx Nne you just dey wax lyrics nowadays. When you bring on the praise and worship songs, you take my spirit higher and when you go the love nwantinti route you make me melt in the heart. You are one h*ll (no!) heaven of a vybz setter. Hugs Babes. |
Accept my sympathy dearie, you will definitely get pregnant again. It will be nice to share ideas with other women and be sure that you were not doing some things you were supposed to go easy on while pregnant like wearing high heels, pounding things in mortar, rough rides in roads with bumps and potholes etc. Some women have had miscarriages through such. Do take care of yourself while chilling from it all and remember the need for you to fortify yourself with folic acid (through vit c tablets and meals that contain spinach etc) when you do decide to make a go at it again. |
As if we don't know freaking that! |
This is getting silly. I would not advice you to get pregnant because you might end up a single mumu but you know your BF better
![]() ![]() ![]() Chineke Nna I simply love you nairalanders when you are talking funny. |
Nkemji2020:What am I hearing here?? ![]() Getting pregnant to manipulate and complicate the whole situation?? Y-e-e-e Girlfriend, getting pregnant in this kind of triangle may be a mistake that you may regret all your life. What happens to you if you are pregnant for him and he gets married and you are left in the cold with a child to care for alone? He has even be married off right now until the bride price is returned by the bride's family so better face it. In Africa a woman is married to the man who paid her brideprice. If I were you I will quietly detach myself from the situation and allow the man to make his decision. If he wants you he will come back to you(that is after sorting out his drama clean)and if he wants to allow his parents run his life then let him be unless you want his parents to run your life for you too. My friend, dust up your heart and be living your life happily you can meet a man with no drama who can also stand on his own in decision making. |
ify, kedu nke neme? odikwa egwu o!! you are not also insinuating that theres something going on in between are you?
No I wasn't insinuating that, the quotation I added to my post where somebody mentioned that Gej's wife may need the missing shoe for her husband is what had me laughing. I was only appreciating the bodyguard who boldly and selflessly was concerned with protecting the lady PM. He did his job gallantly that is what i mean by "Yeah, good bodyguard there". Thanks |
mutter:Betrothed? ![]() I hope whoever does the betrothing has a remedy for unbetrothing. If she is betrothed that may be the other side of her fears to break the news home. Look girlie, you can't cover this you know, there is no way your parents won't find out. If you even succeed in hiding her till the end of six months, they may find out before that time. What logic is in betrothing a woman when she grows up to follow the man after her heart?? ![]() Where is even the man behind this whole issue, doesn't he have a heart to help and support you through this? Why does it have to be a woman going thru the ugly side of it, going through the frustration, getting despised etc? Just one of the many issues in our society where women are unfairly treated which I detest much. |
ftmom:Family members accompanying her is equally good. If she has some aunty or granny that she is close to, she can go to them and have them help break the news to her parents. Gosh, I am imagining how she must be feeling. Hugs to you girl, be strong you've been through a greater part of it already. |
She needs to go home but the fear of of facing her parents may be too much for her. If she has 2 or 3 adults accompanying her home to help talk to her parents it might make it a bit easier for her which is why I suggested that she be supported with 2 or 3 nairaland volunteers that reside in the area her parents live. The change I am advocating for is that we help make others begin to face and accept these things and not despise women and the children that result from this when they eventually happen in. Chiomamd don't do something in a rush and end up making mistake, school is important----Yes Your child is important too. There are somethings that are better faced instead of wasting time dreading them. This is huge girl, don't be more concerned about putting some people in school in trouble with your parents. Please don't do anything wrong now that you are being coerced to go home, you've been strong so far and going home is the best thing to do after all. |
ceasyc:Ceasy & Badosky How can two persons be telling Badosky "You too much" at the same time because I just finished telling her that in some other thread and saw you telling her that here too. It looks like something is about to rain down from heaven for Badosky, Alleluaih somebody! The sweetness and creativity wey dey comot Badosky mouth is out of this world-o-o-o (Let me exclaim like some Nigerian-loving friends of mine that like to imitate us) Chineke m-e-e-e-e chei! |
Idowuogbo:Badonwa na idi egwu-o-o(you dey too much), Badonwa na idi egwu-o-o-o Badonwa I love you pass sugarcane-o-o Badonwa na idi egwu-o-o-o Badonwa (Did you remember that Okocha song? Na the song I dey sing for you-u-u o. Wetin? Just how on earth did you come up with this hilarious post of yours?) Abeg make them hurry up give you the godmother-o-o, you have worked for it. Hugs to you. |
sleekman: ![]() Yeah, good bodyguard there! |
OP, You've just given birth and may be somewhat in a weakened state. I hope you're not lacking proper nutrition, because you're not reasoning properly. Listen! You're trying to HIDE a live human baby! It's not a wild animal or street cat you found on the street and you're scheming to hide in your bedroom from your parents because they won't want you to keep it as a pet. It's a live baby. Call your parents or the father's family, and get this newborn infant the proper care. I cannot fathom why your "housemother" at school would be a participant in this dangerous play. Is she the one that got you pregnant? Was she bringing men to your hostel and pimping you out? What insanity, helping you keep it from your parents! You better call someone in your family and go back home. If something happens to your child you'll never forgive yourself. Imagine if this is the only baby God will give you, and you let her be taken from you. Go back home now. That is all.
I was taken aback by the maturity of this poster and that made me delete any support I formerly had in aiding this poster with an orphanage or temporary home for her child (as she asked for) because this child is like any of us and deserve to be treated like the child it is without allowing the moral standard that has been fixed against a child like that that did not result from a marriage becloud her young life. It is still very very sweet and nice of some ladies to have run to her when she asked for help. Let good morals be set and be imbibed yet let Nigeria have the tolerance to begin to loosen up on situations like this without treating such children like they are outcast or less human and also treating such mothers as if they are dirty rags. We the exposed and enlightened youths of Nigeria should begin that change and not continue to support this "dehumanisation" taking place. Being born out of wedlock does not make anybody less human than others or the creator will not have allowed such humans to be created. This girl has already had s*x and had a child so her parents should be helped to bear the news of the baby and bear with her too. It is a beautiful thing to help her financially by those who want to and it will be a more beautiful thing if she is assisted with mature adults that can help reconcile her with her parents. Her parents(even if they refuse to accept or face it, there's no way she can't find help from her extended family or friends) may be the best persons that can support her and help her nurse her baby while she takes the exam and that will give her peace of mind and have her more settled for her exam. To you Poster You are just beginning a journey that may be tough for you but never you allow anybody around you look down on your child or make you do that especially when your family/neighbours and friends get to hear the news. Develop a thick skin and protect her from bad talks and protect yourself from taunts too. Thank You. Hugs to you and your sweet Baby. |

The sweet rhyme and unique wordings that can only be found in Nigeria and the passion in the voice of the singers. Gosh! which great producer worked out those beatz? The beat alone is soulful much more the song. I'm loving it right now. |
Mmmmmmmhhhhhh I love me Babies! Happy for ya. |
God where have you been keeping this angel Hispinkolo only to make her appear at a thread she is most needed. Bless you Hispinkolo, I think your response is enough to comfort Sadmama and her husband if he gets to read it too. May the anointing of God through which you brought hope and comfort to this other woman bring you your own fruit of the womb, Amen, Alleluiah! Somebody shout! (Don't mind my holy excitement )Miss Sadmama if you ask your own father whose generation (I mean the generation of our parents) can't do without their male child he will tell you that it is even his female children that care more for him after all so all that importance placed on having a male child that will take care of you does not hold water. Female or male, they are all blessings. This is your blood, your child, don't let anybody or the desire to please others make you despise it. Rub your tummy and feel your child with love please, don't feel saddened anymore okay. |
Work on your marriage girl, don't allow your fears and guesses chase you away from your mariage. If you guess he is still keeping in touch with his former woman as the lovers they were as in still having a s-e-xual relationship with her talk to him about it, he may not be doing that. Okay I get it!, you may be having some complex here because the other lady has had a child for him. Discuss out the frictions you are having instead of allowing them weigh you down. You need to relax dearie and not worry too much as you are trying to get pregnant, you will have your children okay. You also need to work at having something to engage yourself in. Take care of yourself. |
@Poster People like you that have experienced and known the effects of broken marriages have been known to have good marriages because they are very careful when they embark on a journey into marriage and have been known to work hard on their marriages too. |
