Poster whatever you do, don't impregnate her so as to be allowed to marry her. It can bring lots of unhappiness if at the end of it all you are not allowed to marry her and she ends up as a single mother. Press more on it, her parents may come round. An Urhobo and Yoruba mix sounds exotic to me. |
Oya Doe-eyed and Mr Sauer make una enter bedroom go coo about Da Vinci, e be like say the two of una don find una Da-Vinci-missing-ribs nah. Abeg make una decorate the wedding hall with all the art works of these masters you are tripping over here Ehe-e-e-n which next pair is coupling up? I am tired. We now see the world's most gruesome pictures in Nigeria. These people with exploded/busted heads and bodies are brothers and sisters to humans like us. I seriously wish that I can take my whole family out of Nigeria this very minute. What are all these? |
I simply love Pendo, haven't interacted with her much but the way she relates with everybody openheartedly is very mature and sweet with no chips on her shoulder. I respect the maturity of Isale-Igan and Idowuogbo(she is young yet very mature). I love me, I love Perx (of blessed memory). My Babyboy 190 too, I haven't seen him for ages. Like naijababe said, all nairalanders that sacrifices to contribute and better the lives of others And you too. Yes You! Smile! |
She forgot to say that she is tired of her pretending self that in pretence married a small d*ck that she has been pretendingly working in pretence all the pretending days of her pretentious married life with the dude. Now that she has seen a 10 inches d*ck that gives her her favorite 69, lodges her in a presidential suite and pays for everything her pretentious eyes opened up and got so joyous for her to be making that stinking "shout-out" to the world. Clap for her People! |
Tedpgrass:Is it only adults based in the UK/ US that you prefer to chat with in this thread dear? Sounds real low minded and snobbish to me. I don't mean to offend you all the same. Don't you think that it will be a nice idea to have adult Nigerians in every part of the world and back home in Nigeria interacting? |
@Idowuogbo Your Perx's brother's phone number's runs made me chuckle up. You are so incurable! |
Idowuogbo: Idowuogbo: chelseabmw:Cocoanwa so na wetin you go do girlie? Catch you-u-u-u! Glad you and others made it to the funeral. God bless all of you.
I'm glad everyone is feeling better. I was very worried about Ivynwa, but I expect she is better now as well. Wish it turned out differently for Perx. Best wishes and thanks to all that tried to help her one way or the other. That's all I got. I guess the thread lives on for a while.
I'm good Mr Isale, thanks.Enie ozu onuma anaba. (When the dead is buried, grief go begin go down) Chei but the knowledge of that her daughter hooked my heart-o-o, poor girl experiencing the pain of loss at 12years old. May God console every member of the family, Amen. |
Tears, tears! Hugs to you. May God give you peace sweetheart. Amen! Hope this is the last time i will cry over your death. Thanks r123 for the stuff you forwarded. |
Saturday night, I was hanging out with my babe over a jar of palm-wine with some bottles of Guinness stout at a popular Garden hotel in Port Harcourt. Sitting right in front of my table were 4 men that looked like some oil subsidy cabal members ravishing some bottles of exotic wine, they looked like in their early 50s. Thirty minutes later, another member of the gang came in with a ravishingly beautiful fair-complexioned lady that looked like in her late 20s, spotting a sleevelss black gown that terminated above the kneel and spotting a pair of white, flowered "akpola" slippers. Her beauty was so charming that the other four guys gave her a standing ovation on arrival and all eyes rolled in her direction. Well, I continued with my palmwine and stout until something quite unusual happened. The lady in question started starring at me as if listening to the person at the other end of the call she was making with her BB which she held close to her left ear and after a while, blew a kiss at me. As the signals continued, I blew a kiss back at her but was caught in the act by my babe! Not wanting to be caught a second time as my every move was now being monitored, I couldn't stand up when the lady signalled that I meet her somewhere around the car park perhaps to exchange contact details. After being away for close to 30mins, her man stood up in search of her and succeeded in bringing her back to her seat and in no time, they both left without me having the opportunity to exchange contacts with her. It's over 48hrs now and I'm still desperately looking for this lady. What should I do please?

Yeah, did that Sunday and yesterday. Might just try again later tonight but the search is driving me crazy.

No luck yet o my sister, I was there till about 10 p.m. last night and still no trace of her. I dey go again today
You are real funny Dude and so damn honest. Thanks for making me laugh. |
It's of no use throwing blames here and there, Princess is no more so we shouldn't cry over spilt milk. When I heard that Perx was undergoing surgery, I thought it was her arrangement with TeHN and was still grateful to God for the help being rendered to her even when I wished very much that she will get medical help abroad and still sought " Doctors without Borders" wishing that they respond positively and attend to her. I was surprised that it was of her own volition that she went for the surgery, she was the one feeling the pain and knew why she took the decision. I blame nobody, I only hate to see people's heart been brutally kicked around in the website and wish that something can be done to stop it. Whoever has her picture do please send it to me at ivorybt@yahoo.com so that I can see her face. I have never even seen Princess's face, we were all more interested in her getting better that I left that for when she recovers. So friday our friend returns to earth, it hurts to think about that----It hurts terribly. |
I went reading Perx's songs, poems and replies in Mac's thread and though her quote below moved me to tears, I did smile and laugh at some points especially when Idowu was bringing her much laughter. Thanks very much for the joy and laughter you brought her Idowu. You are DIAMOND. Today I appreciated your effort more. Of course I appreciate Cocoagirl too and everybody for the love and warmth she was shown here. perx: |
pendo89:Yes, this version is sweeter in a way. There's another sweet one I have listened to that will have you dancing at the end of the song with the way it brought in instruments and sang the chorus repeatedly. It will have your heart dancing a spiritual dance really. Thanks, lovely song that will erode away the pain over our sister, May God bless her soul. I don't care who reads that my post up there, if they don't want to say the truth in this website somebody has to do the dirty job. It's a pity I have to do that job of telling it to them in their faces, they should stop mashing on the hearts of people---playing with their marital, personal, financial, tribal etc problems here. High Time they stopped. Nonsense! @Shyone You can check the nairaland section, there are threads on that and you can read the details. Night dearie. Later |
Girl, sadness is not enough to describe it. I will mail you later to know how far with the other stuff you mentioned before gotta sleep now so that I can't work healthy tomorrow. Take care of you Cocoanwa, Glad to see that you are pulling through. |
^^^ Ivy - the death of Perx? what have I missed Ivy? Did I read that wrong?
They said she died Sweetie----where have you been? I wanted to send you a mail but thought you may not check your mail. How are you? Don't start crying dear please. |
I hope that the death of Perx has given a good food for thought to this nairaland lady and the likes of her that goes about mocking people with the problems they share in the forum. I hope that they have learnt from this and will stop--- that person you were mocking may be having his/her last days on earth. Why make fun of him/her and say hurting words to such persons? Why do such hateful things even come out of you? Where does it emanate from that all the time you are mocking people? A person on a computer sharing his/her problem with others may be very lonely and sad, where do you get the heart to mock these persons? Where? I don't know why people listen to all those rubbishes you spill here, condone it, justify it, give you a pat on the back and smile over it. As per myself----I don't lick *sses whether rich or poor ones/living abroad or home based/presidential or commercial. I don't, I just hate to see hurting people made fun of and hope the likes of you stop that rubbish. I hope you still can find it in you to be wallowing behind me and my post in nairaland even while i post with a heavy heart over Perx. I hope you still even read and mock my posts in nairaland with your better half as you said you have been doing. I hope you don't only show him my posts but the biles you spill on people here like you did on this case. I hope nobody deletes this posts of mine so that you and your likes reads it and you know what you have to do after reading it. KNOCK YOUR HEAD ON THE CYBERWALLS AS USUAL AND SPILL BOMBS AND ATOMIC BOMBS OF WORDS. The good thing is that I won't be reading it, you can't penetrate me with your devilish words. Now that you have learnt to be civil to people I hope that you do just that, Yes I said it. |
Thanks Kene I'm sure she would have said "thank you". It was sweet that she reached out to people from her sick beds and brought warmth and love to herself. |
pendo89:Pendo who told you about this my sweet song that I communicate with God with? How did you know that it is the type of food my spirit needs now? It is Hillsong, it isn't Don Moen (did he sing that?) I have it playing now and yes yes it is rubbing on my heart and touching the crannies of my heart. I will play it all night. Thanks very much for reminding me of the song. Has her Funeral been scheduled by her family, when is it? Oh my God, they are going to bury her rbfshtryutuhdswrjliuuyerrthfxcvbnmhdf |
Idowuogbo:You are making me cry girl. freecocoa:I hope she has access too and knows that it hurts that she lost the battle. |
I came back from work and while putting on my laptop broke into tears again remembering that this lady will never come online again to share, had my eyes glistening at work whenever it crosses my mind and logging in here again----the comments have me tearful the more, I already bruised my nose wiping off runny nose along with tears yesterday. I have been in my yahoo box rereading my exchanges with her, her mannerism and her being thankful for little things, her serious-mindedness and friendliness and I wished that this child of eclectic personality (strong character yet humble and many other beautiful characters in between) has survived this ordeal but she is no more. She will never write again, never share again and that hurts. They said that she will never hurt again, I am yet to find solace in that. chaircover:Thanks o-o Brave? I haven't seen a sick person that has fought like she did to stay alive. Reaching out to people in forums and blogs, swallowed shame and asked for help, wanted to get as many people involved enough to help pool fund for her. When I noticed the way she wanted to reach out , I suggested Linda Ikeji's famous blog that has a wide following and she asked for her e-mail address, before I could return from work to help her find it----she already wrote that she has written Linda. Last week I asked her two times what Linda's response was and got no response from her. It never crossed my mind that she was going through all that, she must have fought death with fearlessness and boldness. Poor dear! One thing I have told myself from it all is that if I ever have a friend or a loved one in a hospital and someone dies there, I am having them taken out of there immediately. I don't understand that, this is the third time I am experiencing a person I know dying after someone else died in the same hospital. Does death return to take other people around? I wonder-o-o-o Let nobody tell me that it is a so-so and so-so belief because it isn't. ifyalways:Funeral? I am typing in tears again She is dead-o-o-o Oh God, let me wipe my tears It must be even harder on you guys that visited her in person |
I can't bear to think of her still somewhere and unable to share and write anymore. It makes me crack up in tears again I will get a little sleep now. Hugs to you Baby. |
freecocoa:Heavens should have allowed her to live as she wanted much to live but who are we to question God. She was an active person and didn't like that she was held down by that illness. You can feel it from her words. She wanted to be on the move but was held down. She has an amazing spirit, her songs inspired and ministered to my spirit severally. Only Perx can make a romantic song minister to one's spirit in a different level. I even jocularly told Idowu that Perx should be made a minister in Idowu's joky church. |
They said that she is dead. The strong amazing lady fighting to stay alive, she got overpowered----- I didn't know that she died and was still talking to her in a mail, |
maclatunji:Oh Tunji She is dead Our paths crossed---she reached out to us, passed us and went on. I didn't knoooow that she is goinggg to die wydfhfkgkhll;cvbnm, mndfgh |
ID AND Cocoa You have me tearing The day we were wishing her happy birthday, I came to this thread to say sth lifting to her and it seems quiet. I left the thread and told myself that it is good that she is receiving treatment that the thread is not for her alone, and didn't bother posting telling myself until someone else that needs to be uplifted comes along. |
maclatunji:There was a time she repeatedly asked us to pray for her and that frightened me a bit(I've looked for that in her posts but couldn't pin that out) after, she got comforted and continued pushing in her strength singing her songs, that was when I realized that she was in much pain. The last mail I sent to her I was even asking her, hope the pain is not being too unbearable. Trust in God etc She wanted much to overcome this, gave me a certain website to post her case for her so that we can gather more funds and even when I told her that the owners of the site may frown at that----she talked me into writing the site owners. I promised her that I will press on with the " Doctors without borders" until they reply us and they finally responded (in the mail below) on the 29th directing us to another organisation that may help, all these while she was already in coma. I saw the mail on friday 2nd March and immediately sent her the response suggesting that she check out the website she was directed to by the Doctors without Borders and that I will check them out too from my own end too. I didn't know that she has died on the 1st March qsgfhgyjgygydrdrdygughihoj/;ouyytrewertyujkiljhgfdsdjhgfff Program Inquiries <Program_Inquiries@newyork.msf.org>; Dear Friend, Thank you for your inquiry and for your interest in our organization. Although we would like very much to be of assistance to you, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an emergency relief organization that focuses on aiding entire populations in crisis situations. Unfortunately, for this reason, we are unable to travel to a specific area to assist one individual. Where are you currently located? The best we can do at this point is offer information on finding other organizations that provide medical services to those in need. We cannot guarantee that these organizations will be able to help, but it is a possibility. You may want to visit the website Idealist.org, at: http://www.idealist.org/search/advanced Here you can search by “Area of Focus” (Health and Medicine), “Country,” and other criteria for organizations that might be able to assist. Please note that MSF is not affiliated with Idealist.org. We wish you only the best in your search for appropriate medical care.
