By now, most towns should have organized street protests against the sit at home and senseless killings by Ipob affiliated groups. Denounce Ipob and Nnamdi KANU publicly. The man and his group are not fighting for Igbos rather they are instilling fear in the people through violence to maintain their iinfluence and ideology over them. Soludo has seen that the people still have a high degree of support for KANU which is why he went to KANU directly to appeal for a ceasefire. His mistake is not knowing that Nnamdi KANU is a hardened secessionist, all Ipob members swear oath of 'Biafra or death' before admittance that is why they can never renege. 

The violence in Anambra will stop when Anambra people become really fed up of the whole nonsense but for now, there is still strong support for the violent sit at home enforcement in the state by Anambra people who live in other states and in other countries and who are financing the terrorism through their Ipob/ESN contributions. Ebonyian people resisted them and they didn't find that place conducive for germination. 

No influential Anambra personality have spoken out to condemn the destruction and violence in the state. They have all maintained a code of silence for whatever reason but their silence have been loud enough. The few half hearted outbursts in the social media have been by inconsequential nonentities at best whose opinions are drowned out by those who won't blame the ESN economic and social saboteurs but the people who don't comply with the stay indoors order. 

Anambra people cannot have it both ways. You cannot support these criminals covertly and expect peace, because it is not uncommon to still see and hear a sizeable number of Anambra people refer to these UGM as freedom fighters.

May peace be restored to Anambra state.

Its started in 2011 before I rented my first apartment, my parents didn't want me to marry her and her parents too, especially her big brother and sisters.. though it caused a lot of commotion then. But thank God they allowed cuz we forcefully told them we are meant for each other, I even speak bad words to my mother then, saying If I don't marry her in ur present I will marry her in her absent, those words hurt so dearly so she has to leave me and go ahead with my plans. And same thing with my wife family.

In 2012 I rented my own apartment and started living me.. I can't forget the very first day I raise my hands on her, I felt ashame of my self.. I don't care what she does or say then.. but I regretted doing so, I cried at the middle of the road cuz I don't know what came over me.

The only problem I have with her is that she swings mood. Always moody everytime and my parents noticed this when they come around and when she went to thier place..
This made me beat her plus the ways she disrespected me.. after doing this shameful thing, I will now come back to my senses and started begging her. I even beat her this Sunday.. all I want is someone to talk to on how I can stop this beating.. how I can tolerate her lifestyle... Am so mad and ashamed of my self.. if help me...

It is very risky to beat a woman. You may end up hurting her badly that could lead to death. How do you stop it, simply accept the fact that on no circumstances are you to lay hands on her. Create a means of keeping calm when she is acting, possibly, learn how to leave the house.
I have issues with my spouse sometimes, I will just leave and bombard her with text messages, that is how I vent my anger, by the time I come back, we don settle. Just learn what will work for you and then adopt it.

Honestly, as an Igbo, I support with full chest an Igbo candidate, especially Peter Obi, but the way some of our elders speak is very crude and void of diplomacy. Politics is strategic, both in planning, execution and the most important, spoken words.

I remembered vividly how I excaped lynching in the north, during my kid days. I was born and brought up in the north, Maiduguri, to be precise.
It happend that during our class hours, when the Arabic teacher arrives, we Christians have to vacate the class for Muslims to have their half hour Arabic lessons. It was a ruitine activity everyday.
One of those days, as usual, we all trooped out to give space for their lesson. I was standing beside the window, waiting for when they will finish, when suddenly, the window flunged open and bashed my face. I let out a cause, thinking the culprit to be my friend, Dauda, and it was done on purpose not knowing it was the Arabic teacher. Kai! Big mistake. These guys descended on me. Arnner ya zage Malame mu! I tried to explain, but nobody was willing to listen. The blows started landing. I was beaten black and blue. Prefects tried to pacify them, no way. They were bent on lynching me. These were my classmates o.
I saw my death that day. A blow landed on my head that forced hot pee out of my John. Disgusting right? This was what happened. No joke.
Ironically, it was the Arabic teacher that saved me. He took me to the Discipline master's office, where I took another round of koboko on my already wet nyash. Till date, I still wonder how I survived that ordeal.
Well, I left the north in my Form 3, and vowed never to step my foot there. It wasn't long, after I left, before Yusuf and his Boko boys surfaced and things turned for the worst.
Nigeria has a long way to go. If Nigeria must survive three things is involve here.

1. We all become Muslims and accept the rule of Sharia, so nobody is scared of getting lynched for no reason other than mere talk.

2. We go into full fledge confederacy where each region autonomy is respected, so when you find yourself outside your region, you respect yourself.

3. Disintegration so we all answer our papa name.
