If he has the money I believe he'd have paid up the debts and retrieved his passports instead of looking for easy ways

That he dnt pay the tax and fine does not mean he is broke, or he does not have the money to pay. taxes can be very painful to pay esp. if you grow up poor and not use to handing huge amount of your money to the government

A lot of guys outside the country will run to Nigeria with that amount of money. It also good to travel as a young man. Split the money in half and travel. If you make it to the US, forget entertainment, the competition is cutthroat, it can even take you 3 year just to get your accent in check. Learn a trade 1_2 years Auto or HVAC you will be alright. Most importantly dno rush into marriage, study the system before you marry.

Take into cognizance diesel to power generators (not our kain 10 kVA o - I'm talking Mikano and the like), support staff to ensure conveniences to his taste are maintained, security concerns... Some people find it an absolute bore and since they can afford it and find it readily available, why not.

Surely, these features are obtainable in some quarters but also bear in mind he may have a horde of guests he prefers to host outside his property as it is not out of place for such a man to have tasteful real estate.
