liveLongNprospa: Again you have not brought one evidence of the army reacting to ambush in the north. We have multiple evidences of that in the south. So which is it? Show me where this same situation happened in the north and the army razed the village (a place that isn't a warzone). The army gets ambushed and we immediately hear it's bandits or terrorists.
When the army shot the shites, it was tagged the zaria massacre and it was strongly spoken against even till this day. Why I am saying that is because it's one of the few known times that something like that happened in the north. Meanwhile down south, it's a norm. If nor be killing, the army go just show come clear full street or area just because a few individuals have issues with army personnel.
So please forgive me for highlighting the disproportionate reaction in both regions. And I cannot believe I'm saying this but seeing how I have to spell everything out for you, I am not saying the army has to raze down towns in the north.
If you can't provide your evidence then please carry your opinion, fold it very very small and put it inside your yansh. You have shown me proof that the Delta community was levelled by the Army Oya show us proof that the Northern community are living happily after killing 35 soldiers. Carry your agenda go rest. North Ko, West ni |

liveLongNprospa: You want to argue and I have the time and most importantly the network.
I have taken responsibility for my encouragement in telling people to flee before the arrival of the army (post below). I have never supported the army going around to kill innocent civilians. I was in PH when the army was doing their killing in Obigbo and I spoke against it, so nor be today.
If you have evidence of the army going to raze down communities in the north (that are not already battle grounds) .. Then please show me and they'll get my support.
Until then izzou, the army should stop attacking full communities for the crimes of a few. I don't need your support for something that is glaring. Nobody said innocent people should be killed, neither did i say the communities should be levelled But i will call out the hypocrisy in your post, comparing this with the North. What the North has gone through in the hands of the Army in 10 years, is twice what the South has gone through in 30 years. If you want to criticize the Army in Delta, do so. I dey your back If you bring the North as comparison, you will see my mention |

liveLongNprospa: My argument has been about the army's reaction to their soldiers getting killed in an ambush in the north vs south.
Like I said, them Don already first burn some houses (posted by Ibori on twitter with video). More information will come out What is the army's reaction? Or you have not heard of the atrocities the Army did in the North? Where was your arguement when the Army was wiping villages there? Or when the Army was accused of raping displaced persons in IDPs? Or we should just pretend that the Army has not done thrice up North of what we are reading now? Not justifying their actions, but community that kills 16 soldiers including 4 Senior military personnels definitely know what they signed up for. It's not new in Nigeria, and there's no need to pretend about it |

BlueRayDick: Yes, that's why risk is part of business; there is a chance that u make a profit or a loss.
Tying ur money down to a land on the other hand does not necessarily mean u will make profit. If most people take Time Value of money into consideration they may discover the investment on land didn't actually appreciate as much as they assume it did.
N5m this time last year was more valuable than N5m now. If u have N5m as at the time dollar was N400/1$ and u invested it into buying land and today u sell the land N15m now that dollar is N1500/1$ . u would think u made profit, but u won't know u lost at least $2,500 dollars in that investment when we are even yet to factor in inflation rate.
I think the difference is that in business u can easily see whether u are making a gain or loss , but in the case of this land matter u won't even know u made a loss; u will be grateful u got whatever amount u are getting. You are right, but we can only assume that the business would be profitable. Which business would you invest such, and 20 years down the line, you would be guaranteed of such returns? Most people who invest that much in land, probably have the money lying idle. Nobody that wants to eat tomorrow will go and buy land as investment If i had such capital lying idle, i may opt for a land, than invest in a business wey fit cut like Bet9ja ticket along the line.
