This is part of reason Lagos has been fighting with FG trying to get all roads in the state under its jurisdiction. FG is careless about these roads and they end becoming death traps.

Tankers fall on our roads every month, majority do not get reported because of low casualty. Containers fall every week. Trailers fail break everyday.

I don't think having any road under your control can change anything

Most of these trucks are not road worthy. Ban them. The Lagos State government doesn't need to own any road to pass that law.

I think the issue of Sharia law governs the region involved, irrespective of whatever faith the person pledges his/her allegiance to

If you fornicate, even if you no believe in God, Sharia law still applies as long as it is being exercised wherever you committed the Nyansh-ing

I quite agree with you. The incident in Lagos was quite unfortunate. Nigeria has a failed system, even before Buhari came in. The Road Safety should bury their heads in shame

As for the Plateau incident, I blame your father. Not because he caused it, but because he has refused to do nothing despite the fact that we have witnessed two mass burials this year. He swore to protect us, so therefore no-one is wrong if they blame him

Above all, something is really wrong with this nation.

Their clash is over their boundaries. It doesn't even affect the whole Ebonyi as a whole.

But no one has given any concrete reason why it isn't a penalty. When the ball touches your hand in the box, it's an offense punishable with a penalty.
