Remember it is only Lagos in the whole South west that experiences this. And it is not about seeing everyone as nigerians. Its about outsiders having a reasonable share of the population there. If you move them to Ikorodu and they still have a large number, its likely that they will still contest and maybe win.

Lagos has always been the land with so many opportunities and every body sees here as a place of hope. It maybe be difficult to curb this especially as we still remain Nigeria
