It could have turned out worse than it did because people in other provinces tried to riot but were stopped by taxi drivers and members of the community.

Turns out there was concerted effort to get Ghana to the World Cup - they even blackmailed SA to host Ghana-Ethiopia match in Soweto, otherwise they will allow trailing Ghana to play an away match at home. But they left SA to go play at the same bad Ethiopia pitch they didn't want Ghana to play on.

I must admit I've never watched a local cricket match - only internationals. I know more local rugby teams than cricket. Just at the top of my head - do we have a team called Titans? That's as far as I can go unfortunately

I enjoy internationals too but the Msanzi Super League is proving to be the thing so far.Titans sounds familiar.

Attacking Mashaba is indeed out of frustration - the people have spoken - Joburg is too crowded while Malema wants to swing open the borders.
