On the bench sat Hilario, Boulahrouz, Ferreira, Joe Cole and Robben.

Mourinho said United did not take advantage of the situation because:

United playing AT HOME and had a flying start should have secured the 3 points TO GO 6 POINTS CLEAR but only got a DRAW.
PETR CECH was CONSPICUOUSLY missing.
