I remember Cable TV started in Ikeja then in 1992/3(Disc Engineering, ABG networks and schitzo).
Even then, Serie A, Bundesliga and other European leagues were the main leagues people watch on Eurosport and stuffs.
Multichoice didnt start until 1993 and that was the season Premiership started on SKYSPORTS.
