We give the second option in cases of JWs,and it's not better. See,in medicine, we dont force patients. A straight blood transfusion is the better option since it replenishes the blood lost from the cancer and other co-morbidities. The recovery is more dramatic. The second option is epo injections which is given over weeks and works slower. Epo injections work slowly over weeks by stimulating organs to produce blood cells. It's not as effective as direct blood transfusion.Now if she has heart failure due to her anemia,this option isn't the best for her,but we'll still give her this option.The patient may even die from heart failure due to the anemia (which is what I think happened to your sweet Aunty) but there is nothing we can do about it cos it's her choice.
SO THE BEST OPTION WAS TO TAKE THE BLOOD
It's the same option we'll give someone who is bleeding profusely and refuses to take blood. We'll give colloids and epo and hope the patient makes it.

1. I don't know much about your Aunty E but from what I garner she has stage 2 breast ca. Now with stage 2,there is hope even though it's not as high as stage 1. And the fact that she was offered blood transfusion means she wasn't on palliative,thus the transfusion would increase her chance. You don't transfuse a palliative case,it's pointless. So yes,your Aunty E stood a very good chance of beating the ca.
The other names you listed had late stage cancer and thus almost nil chances of survival.
No matter how you and your ilk twist this narrative, that woman killed herself. She refused help. It may help you by researching how medicine has helped folks with stage 2 breast ca

I don't know Ananda Lewis but I checked her out. She died of stage 4 breast ca. Stage 4 breast ca is terminal. It means it's spread to target organs,which in this case is the liver. We give palliative management and tell you ahead of time how long you've got. If she came in stage 1 or even 2,cure would be around 90%. My own mom had breast ca. She has done surgery,radio and chemo and she's good now. Same with other folks that present early. That's why we hammer on early detection. So stop capping lubbissh. You don't point to few outliers and decide to commit suicide (which is what your member did)

We don't give medications or intervene in patients who don't approve because it's against their freedom and human rights. It's not cos they know about their bodies. The physician knows about your body more than you. If a patient declines life saving interventions,it's their business. We explain the consequences,document and tell them to come back if they change their minds

Therefore, the situation is not quite as you have portrayed it. In fact, these days, only a few believers place complete trust in pastors. Most are wary of them because of past experiences. Some no longer attend church due to encounters with pastors who duped them with fake prophecies. Those who still attend after such an ordeal usually say the pastor is not the reason they go to church, but rather their faith in God.

Let me explain why trust in pastors is part of our demise as a nation.
Accountability is a major force in developed countries,and it checkmates corruption. Of course no country is corruption free but it's relatively less in those countries. The bible says you should ask and it shall be given,whether good governance,new car or good health. Just pray. Same bible also says we should obey those in leadership and pray for them. Notice it didn't say we should castigate or hold them accountable.Religion and it's drivers like pastors take this accountability away from the government and places it on god. That's why we say religion is a manipulative tool by the government, who work hand in hand with the religious leaders. Prime example is some top pastors. They tell you to pray for leaders everyday

Science does not have a claim of how the earth came about but we have a God that says he created what you don't know how it came about. Who them are you going to believe. God or the unknown?

1.Yhwh does not condone freewill. It's a myth promoted by Christians when Yhwh clearly trample on freewill of several people in the bible like the Pharaoh, Job,Nehemiah etc. Freewill is an excuse Christians give to put their god out of scrutiny but they pray every day for their god to change the heart of their bosses, spouses, governors,presidents etc thereby disrupting the freewill of those folks listed. This is cos life can survive with 1.5G gravity or 0.5G gravity. Also humans can survive when the other parameters you mentioned are altered. Animals are highly resilient and evolve to adapt to many environments
