I don't know how old you are but I always tell my patient,once you're 30 years and have a positive family history of hypertension, please aggressively look out for hypertension. I mean cut down on salt,alcohol, smoking, coffee etc. Then exercise aggressively. That way you have delayed or even staved off that hypertension

Let's return to basic BLS & ACLS..., Please how many staff are well trained for such, even in a community like the Government house, do they have working defibrillators for shockable rhythms ? Learn to read properly. I said they can do emergency results (which you insinuated they can't). All those procedures you mentioned are not emergency. If a patient is unstable,you wont drag him to a theater for PCI or CABG. He has to be stabilized with crystaloids etc. Then later wheeled for those procedures. I know FMC is a low resource facility,I'm nor debating that with you. I don't think they may pace him. They may possibly give him atropine or pressure

. I e led to strokesfter few mo ths I landed in canada. I was in comma in the first 80dys and I had 2 brain surgeries presently I can't walk because it affected my l leg and hand. You forgot to add poor sleep as a symptom. You see in my practice, that and headache are the commonest presentations. Also salt,stress etc are not causes of hypertension. They are risk factors. Commonest cause is hereditary which causes essential hypertension. Others are kidney disease,adrenal disease etc
