From the bolded it clearly states Whoever, meaning whether Jews, Nigerians, Martians etc that believed in him can do much more of his works. And from what we agreed in, his works include preaching the word and miracle works.

I read a story late last month in BBC. There is one school called the Lutheran school (can't remember the exact name). All the girls in that school are already mothers or pregnant.
