This is a fantastic development that all Nigerians should be grateful to see. Whatever that military gear might be being unloaded, it is bound to be carefully selected to inflict maximum damage on the Islamist virgin hunters. Rumors suggest this consignment being offloaded from that unmarked aircraft might be electronic eavesdropping equipment that will help the Nigerian Air Force locate and destroy terrorists, and if this is the case, there will be a whole lot of ground pounding going down in the very near future. |
hakeem77:You have kindly stated what you choose to believe, as a terrorist sympathizer, and your opinion has been noted for all it is worth. Thanks for sharing, and have yourself a wonderful day. |
Righteousness2:You are right. Small chunks of human flesh will not appear human in any satellite photos taken after the bombardment. |
MufasaLion:Terrorist fan-boy spotted. Just hope the US doesn't mark down your location after intelligence officers reading this forum's discussions suddenly become interested in you. |
ElevationD:This is encouraging news. I stand corrected. Good to see that police helicopters can take the fight to military levels of firepower. With that said, this video clip still looks very odd and incongruous. The helicopter is flying way too low for safe passage over any active war zone where RPG and small arms fire would be a real danger, and secondly, the people on the ground look relaxed, which would not be the case if that helicopter's door gunner was spraying them liberally with machinegun fire. If the story behind the video is that the area had ALREADY been secured after the terrorists had been chased away, leaving armed vigilante and military men on the ground as those houses burned, then the low altitude of the helicopter, the calm demeanor of those on the ground, and the absence of return fire from the ground, would all add up to a plausible scenario. Since the claim being made about this video is that the helicopter was actively strafing the ground, with all the targeted individuals just standing in clear view, then I would be forced to reach for my bullchit whistle on this particular video clip. |
Originalsly:Ha ha no be small ting. Food sustainability is the mantra we must follow so a not to annoy the Fulani cows currently taking over all farmland in Nigeria by force of arms. |
helinues:I must confess I just skimmed through that linked article. Well it is great news to hear that the Nigerian police helicopter is not just an eye in the sky, but is an armed eagle with the power to deliver death from above as needed. This is fantastic news to hear. Now that you mention it, I do recall that the San Bernardino Sheriffs Department in Southern California did some years back incorporate training for their officers about the techniques of hitting moving targets on the ground with rifle fire delivered through the open door of their patrol helicopters, so it is safe to say Nigeria is not the only country where police helicopters can be serve as non-military gunships. |
helinues:I read through the writeup you kindly linked here, Ogawa Helinues, but there is no mention that I spotted referring to those police helicopters being equipped to strafe ground targets, as claimed in this video clip. Ground attack is a military responsibility and it is unlikely that police helicopters are involved in any operations beyond surveillance and personnel transport. It is not likely that the description of what is occurring in this video clip was intended to be deceptive, BUT this claim that the police engage in helicopter gunship operations just doesn't add up for this armchair general. |
ruggedtimi:Wonderment. Are you sure those were not military helicopters? Anyway even if the police do operate ground attack helicopters, the video shown in this thread is not such an attack due to the relaxed demeanor of all the people milling around on the ground. This is merely a surveillance flight over the scene of a previously repelled attack by terrorists. |
Pellow Kwantiri-mans this video clip get K-leg BECAUSE the Nigerian police do NOT own a single "attack" helicopter. Police helicopters in Nigeria perform the same functions as police helicopters anywhere else, namely for surveillance and transportation. In this video clip, we see a burning village with lots of people standing around the place calmly BECAUSE they are NOT under attack from the helicopter circling above. Most likely this village was set aflame by terrorists, following which Nigerian troops carried out a counter attack that sent the terrorists fleeing. With the village back in the hands of federal troops, the helicopter was sent to have a look at the area, where it circled very low without frightening anyone on the ground because all the people on the ground knew the terrorist attack was over, and that the helicopter was there as part of the security response. The Nigerian Air Force is in fact executing numerous successful air strikes against terrorists in their camps, but this footage is NOT related to any of those ongoing ground attack operations. If the helicopter from which this footage was filmed had been firing at the ground, NOBODY on the ground would be standing by casually sight-seeing as shown in this video clip because they would be shooting back or running helter-skelter to avoid getting strafed from above. |
gbagyiza:This writeup is a masterwork of politically informed deductive reasoning. Those warships and drones unleashed HELL on the Islamist demons in multiple locations but at the same instant, wiping them out in droves. As you rightly point out, egotistical, camera-loving mass murderers like Islamist terror kingpin Turji Bello would have wasted NO time to refute rumors of his incendiary demise under that rain of precision missiles, IF he indeed survived unscathed. Mr. Bello's uncharacteristic silence on social media thus far, suggests he was dispatched to the bowels of Hades amid a monstrous firestorm, along with scores of his fellow virgin-seekers. I doff my hat to you for distilling the truth and presenting it with a logical fluency that cannot be faulted by even the most jaded observer |
naturefellow:Kindly administer a corrective flogging to instill common sense in the small brain of the delinquent offender. |
lapintoz:My understanding is that the number of imaginary virgins those lunatics expect to service on arrival in hell is not 7 but 72, though I do not claim to be an expert in identifying or analyzing their unique variety of clinical madness. |
TOPCRUISE:Yes indeed, Sheikh Goofy should kindly continue pointless his noise-making, so that US intelligence can more easily pinpoint his geographic location when the time comes for the noise to be silenced forever. |
DixseenMktPlace:I disagree entirely with the premise of your claim that women can be classified to be of "bad character" simply on the basis of their age. An undisputable fact of life is that a bad woman will start out that way and only get worse as the years add up. While condemning your prejudice against younger women, I will air my own bias against older women, that I hold just as dearly as you hold yours. My life experience with women has been that the older ones are to be feared and avoided for anyone who prizes their peace of mind. Generally speaking, and from my personal experience, women over 30 tend to be : 1. Vindictive 2. Cunning 3. Greedy 4. Jealous 6. Cruel 7. Merciless 8. Unattractive 9. Entitled 10. Pompous While there can be no denying that a small minority of women aged 18 to 23 may display some of the above-listed negative character attributes, it is the older ones that acquire more of the above ten personality traits each passing year, to the dismay of the unfortunate men who presumed that high mileage women are inherently better than their younger counterparts who always arrive with FAR less baggage. |
DeepSight:Barrister DeepSight, the dispassionate, inquiring tone with which you have sought more definitive information about the aftermath of those missile strikes, contrasts sharply with the mocking, and almost jubilant air in evidence when a few other Nairaland contributors simply declared their uninformed presumptions about what the absence of bomb-damage photographs meant to them, in the limited context of their shallow thinking. While I too am somewhat puzzled about the US decision to keep all bomb-damage photographs out of the public realm for now, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that hundreds if not thousands of Islamist terror hoodlums were smoked on Christmas night in Sokoto State, and thus reduced to charred remains that are no longer capable of participating in the ongoing genocidal invasion of Nigeria. Here's hoping that the bombardment will soon resume on a larger scale and much wider geographical spread, as the good year 2026 kicks off. |
JuanDeDios:It is possible that quite a few of our less than well-informed Nairaland discussion respondents have no idea how powerful the magnification is on the surveillance cameras of drones and satellites. Those spy satellite and drone cameras can read the brand name written on a discarded packet of cigarettes lying on the ground in a remote Sambisa Forest outlaw encampment, even while the airborne observation platform is thousands of feet above the ground, and far out of earshot. For strategic and tactical reasons, the US military has evidently decided to keep all details of their Christmas 2025 precision missile strikes in northern Nigeria OUT of the public realm, which is fine by me, so long as terrorists are being exterminated like so many cockroaches by those missiles. A dead terrorist remains dead regardless of whether onlookers see the roasted body or not, so one can only look forward to more of the same bombardment . |

The wishful-thinking closet supporters of Islamist terror in Nigeria are obviously electing to misinterpret the US military's reticence to publicly share video clips of the twisted and fragmented cadavers that resulted from the long overdue Christmas night US air strikes in northern Nigeria. Those barely-hidden terrorist supporters prefer to convince themselves that the absence of any crispy critter photographs showing terrorist corpses thus far being published online by US authorities, must mean that that $20M worth of missiles launched from ships and drones over 90 minutes commencing at midnight December 25th, 2025, did not strike their assigned targets. Rather than debate with such people whose Islamist terror gang sympathies become more apparent with each scornful declaration they make about those corrective air strikes, an easier and wiser approach would be to ignore all that background noise while patiently awaiting the next scheduled US missile barrage in northern Nigeria, secure in the knowledge that the ballistic projectile guidance systems fielded by the US military rarely every misjudge their designated targets, REGARDLESS of whether any official photographs of the annihilating carnage inflicted on designated targets are ever published for the public's consumption. |

The audacity of bandits forming a parallel criminal "government" so as to extort poor farmers under the pretext of imposing "taxation", is sobering to contemplate, especially when the gruesome fate of "tax dodgers" at the hands of such gunmen is taken into account. Not far from where this criminal enterprise flourishes, a few northern Nigerian state governors have forcibly imposed Sharia amputation law on both their fellow Muslims and on Christian populations living in those states that are on paper part of a SECULAR democracy. If those who hold elected positions in northern Nigerian states are seen acting with disregard of federal authority, then Islamist terror gangs will feel free to extort money from the public with the same level of confidence. |
The emphasis on 4 distinct spoken tonalities, and the nuance of pronunciation that underpin the Mandarin Chinese language, are analogous to the tonality of African languages like Yoruba and Middle-Belt Agatu dialect in Nigeria. Perhaps Chinese and African brains are wired similarly at least in part due to shared genealogical ancestry. |
Mad Vlad Putin is evidently not satisfied with the one million Russian troops who died in the Meat Grinder of Ukraine, so he is sending his warships to African waters to flex alongside the Chinese navy, not long after US special forces seized TWO Russian oil tanker ships found sneaking around in Venezuelan waters. Go back to Moscow. Mad Vlad Putin. Africa is not going to align with your horrible murderous regime. Go back to Moscow, you genocidal tyrant. |
Laple0541:But Mona Monkey dey fine na. Look my profile photo. See how my security guard Mona Monkey pose for camera. |
kpankpangolo:If there was an oil spill that could endanger passing vehicles, then washing the area with soap would be a good measure to take. |
yinchar:Because it is going to be a request for cash donations. Any time someone supplies documentation that was never requested, they are asking for free cash |
When two Are Fadas clash, it is the grass that suffers. Oya, Ogawa Portable, we need to see boxing match between you in the red corner, and ya fada in the blue corner. |
Yes sir indeed, Pellow Kwantirimans, the chit is truly about to hit the fan for Islamist terror gangs AND their sponsors in Nigeria. Here is a video clip on the subject, in which Big Don lays down the law. If I was Sheikh "Doctor Death" Gumi I would be packing my baggage right now and preparing to vanish over to Afghanistan for an extended holiday spent with that terrorist family there because once the chit does hit the fan, there is NO telling how many terror advocates will suddenly find themselves deep in the bowels of hell where there are NO virgins to mount. Gumi and his fellow sponsors of terror have as much to worry about as do the gunmen financed by these horrid monsters hiding within various governmental institutions, and parading themselves as "public figures" who might all soon learn the true cost of that "popularity." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cuu2FNY_WA |
Konquest:I agree with this perception you articulate, Konquest, that Sowore would be an absolute disaster as even a lowly local government chairman in Nigeria, talk less a president of the nation. Your mention of Frederick Chiluba and Robert Mugabe as educated and erudite tyrants in Africa does highlight what can happen once mercurial and loquacious activists seize the reins of presidential power and then morph into living nightmares for their people. I would add medical doctor-turned-sit-tight-president Hastings Banda of Malawi to this rogues gallery of evil men whose true colors only emerged once they ascended into positions of authority. Meanwhile back in present-day Nigerian where our career buffoon Sowore refuses to pay attention to any news that doesn't mention him by name, a Nigerian-based high-tech drone manufacturer called Briech UAS recently posted another video showing their state-of-the-art drone design laboratory and production facility, which is likely already working with the Nigerian military to modernize this ongoing war on terror. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-g51r_xd0fs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmuKD0QyPz8 |
