Konquest:
A drone as Defense Minister? Where is that done in the world? This here is how inflexible people think and Sowere would display heavy fascist tendencies "if" he ever gets elected.

Good luck to him on his fantasies.
Sowore would become an absolute tyrant with numerous eccentricities if he ever got into any position of authority over the lives of others.

Sowore the all-knowing attention-seeker never fails to entertain. Not accepting the reality that he can NEVER win any election, even for village dog catcher, Sowore regales us with stories about his love for toy drones, not realizing that his "new" idea has been implemented in Nigeria for years.

Sowore the court jester is always a day late, and a dollar short.

This Pedophilic grandpa, who's already showing clear signs of Dementia, is just so full of hatred for everyone. The only people he loves are the little girls he used to abuse. Tufiakwa!!! I don't even see him surviving impeachment by this time next year, cus the kind beating Republicans will receive during the November mid-term elections that will then flip both houses back to the Dems no be here. The wise ones like Majorie Taylor Greene, who used to be one of Trump's most vocal supporters have seen the handwriting on the wall and are jumping ship already. She even just resigned from the house, so she won't face the humiliation coming this November, and others are following suit. Trump is a broken man. His hands are so much soaked in innocent blood now, and he will never find peace again!!!
Kindly refrain, BizMind95, from talking about our Area Fada in this sort of disparaging and even blasphemous manner. Like you, I used to be a Trump critic, and even a Trump hater, BUT from the moment Big Don Trumpenstein donned his Santa Klaus suit and proceeded to hand out high-explosive Christmas presents to terrorists located in Nigeria's north-east Sokoto State, I formally joined the ranks of unpaid praise-singing choristers who now hail our beloved Double Chief, President, Alhaji, Elder, Ambassador, Chairman, Retired Admiral Donaldino Trumpenstein Fss Mni Phd simply because he is all set to Make Nigeria Great Again.

Humor aside, the terror infestation of Nigeria had of recent been spreading at alarming rates before our man of the hour, Count Von Trumpenstein The Great mobilized and marshalled the ferocious technological might of the US military to commence a long-overdue pest eradication program in northern Nigeria that will save thousands of innocent lives as the nation transitions from a war footing towards a time of lasting peace when all those horrid little invading Fulani virgin hunters will have been dispatched to hell like so many cockroaches by US missiles and drones

Long live Area Fada Agbalagba Don Trunpenstein.

Long live the SECULAR Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Long live the USA

How precise were these missiles in reality? They were already used here ....what did they hit? ...and what about the ones found in the fields? ...or these weren't precision ones? ...or in the next bombardments they'll be precise? What happened?... explain.
I don't claim any expertise about missile design, but those objects found after the first US airstrike might be discarded fuel tanks, and not unexploded warheads as some have suggested.

Where has the US be n successful in fighting terrorism? .... 20 years in Afghanistan... then what? Where have they gone in the name of fighting terrorism that terrorism has not increased in that place and civilians suffer even more? What different are we seeing now? ... aren't the results the same? Same tactic and you're expecting different results? How many terrorists were killed in the missile attacks? Keep hoping that the US launch massive missile attacks... but be prepared for massive collateral damage and claim the terrorists are using civilians as human shields.

Be careful what you wish for
The surgical precision that is now possible when drones launch missiles is significantly advanced since the Afghan war, as upcoming bombardments in Nigeria will illustrate for the avoidance of doubt.

The sudden increase in frequency and brutality of terror attacks in Nigeria is no coincidence. The terrorists HOPE to discourage the USA from assisting Nigeria militarily, but, the effect of this strategy will be the opposite of what is anticipated by the terrorists, because MORE missile strikes are likely, and with greater frequency.
Politics › Re: "National Shame" – Peter Obi Reacts To Terrorists’ Attack In Niger by Jakumo(m): 9:09am On Jan 05
Richtaiwo:
Quite predictably, he has arrived, right on cue, as if responding to a calendar alert titled Selective Outrage. Disasters have come and gone in the East, reports piling up like unread emails, yet not a single blink of concern. Last week, he graciously visited Enugu, not to engage, not to empathize, but apparently to change outfits and exit stage left.

It seems compassion, in this case, is a strictly external affair, it begins outside his compound and ends wherever the cameras stop rolling. What happens back home? Utterly irrelevant. One can only conclude that his brand of charity is strictly ceremonial, pressed, polished, and completely allergic to responsibility.
Your observation reminds me of an old Chinese proverb: "Spectators always see clearly what participants stumble and grope to find in vain."

In other words, Peter Obi ENJOYS hearing news of terror attacks in Nigeria because such disasters give him another opportunity to wag his finger of disapproval at the president who defeated him at the last polls, and for whom Obi holds a deep grudge that only requires another calamity to trigger a joyous blame-fest from Obi.
Politics › Re: Terrorists Attack Katsina Community, Abduct 20 Residents In Night Raid by Jakumo(m): 8:55am On Jan 05
This rapid-fire series of slave raids in Nigeria is a DIRECT challenge to the US military, and this observer is 100% sure that the US military WILL rise to the challenge and send terrorist marauders to hell in batches of hundreds at a blow, in MULTIPLE missile strikes coming up REAL soon.

Love him or hate him, but all will agree that Donald Trump NEVER backs down from a direct challenge. This new onslaught is a challenge that WILL be met by the full unbridled fury of the US military.

Stand by for an "early" Fourth of July fireworks display in northern Nigeria, coming to a war zone near you any moment from now.

Boots on the ground are not needed in this age of the drone. American drones can easily spot and liquidate the terror gangs wherever they are in the wilderness, BUT there will sadly be some hostages that lose their lives in the process. Given that many hostages are tortured to death by terrorists even after ransom has been paid, there is nothing to be gained by allowing terrorists to escape just because they are moving with human shields.

It is time for the US to take over the Nigerian military apparatus and rid the country off these terrorists completely.

Please move the Nigerian military HQ to the US Africom base.

Na who dey alive dey talk about sovereignty.

Tinubu should hand over the security of this country to Trump or resign immediately, so that these terrorists from the Sahelian enclaves can be completely extinguished.
This picture is the horrifying hell-scape of pure, sadistic evil at work. This is a wake-up call for the Nigerian Airforce, which operates a major air-base in the immediate vicinity of this crime against humanity. Surveillance in this early hour is VITAL to track and strike the terrorists before they can get far.

Collateral damage is INEVITABLE once human shields are being kidnapped, therefore concerns about inflicting unintended casualties during air strikes should not become a reason why bombardment is withheld once these messengers of Satan are spotted ANYHWERE in rural Nigeria.

If I was a hostage held in the brutal conditions shown in the above, I would WELCOME bombardment because it will either cut short my torture and suffering, OR, provide me with a chance to flee to safety.
Politics › Re: Bandits Kill 42 In Niger State, Kidnap Missionary School Students by Jakumo(m): 3:14pm On Jan 04
Holy smokes this is absolutely horrendous. This unfolding tragedy calls for intensified US air strikes against Islamist terrorists as soon as even a few terrorist camps or gatherings are spotted.

The US, UK and Israeli militaries are on the genocide scene in the nick of time, because this Islamist terrorist slave raid invasion of Nigeria has become a matter of EXTREME urgency capable of destabilizing the entire West African seaboard, one nation at a time, UNLESS a campaign of controlled Armageddon is unleashed upon the forces of evil as soon as the targets are in sight of surveillance and ground attack drones.

Donald J. Trump is the man of the upon whom the very destiny of Nigeria, and of West Africa, now lies.

I pity any collateral damage civilians who currently live inside or anywhere near terrorist camps throughout Nigeria, when the next item on the US military's explosive demolition menu is served up smoking hot in the dead of night without warning.

When missiles land, there is very little time to react or take cover. Most often, gigantic explosions are the only indicators that a serious ass whupping is in the process of being delivered courtesy of drones, or a naval task force prowling the Gulf of Guinea's choppy waters.

The Sokoto Strike was just a warning shot. The real strikes will begin this year
The US drone and missile attacks in Sokoto state on the night of Christmas were purely educational in purpose. The US military decided to serve formal notice to those Islamist terror gang members that they can so easily be swatted into oblivion from a distance like so many pesky excrement flies.

There was obviously some confusion among the terrorists before that introductory bombardment, going by the terrorists' social media boasting that they were ready to engage US troops in firefights despite the fact that the future of warfare is here now, and is purely robotic.

Cmanforall:
The value some people place on phones in Nigeria is something else.
In a developed society, when you lose your phone, say in public transport, go to their office the next day, and you’d find it there waiting.

Stealing Anthony’s phone or any other accident victim’s phone is disheartening.
For AJ, I wonder how Bystanders would steal his phone when he was on a convoy and the security men were the ones rescuing him in the photos online. How did the Bystanders get to the phone first? Hope it’s not one of those escorts
London is the phone snatching capital of the WORLD. Organized gangs use silent modified electric motorcycles to mount the pavement (sidewalk) and grab phones from pedestrians using them, before speeding off to sell those phones to exporters that ship them to China to be dismantled for parts. No city on earth, including Lagos, witnesses the scale of phone theft that is a daily occurrence in London, UK.

Assuming this is not an AI video created to deceive the public and alarm the military, the operator did a good job of executing that emergency landing on rough terrain.

Since this location is evidently well behind enemy lines, the Nigerian Air Force will hopefully resist the temptation to try and recover it with a helicopter, and will instead blow it up in place to protect the data and hardware aboard from prying eyes.
Politics › Nigerian Air Force Drone Malfunctions & Crashes In Enemy Held Territory ( AI ? ) by Jakumo(op): 11:27am On Jan 03
In the age of AI generated videos, it is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish between real video footage and AI generated imagery.

This video clip PURPORTS to show a clearly identified Nigerian Air Force drone that has crash-landed largely intact, and is being inspected by terrorist gunmen on the ground. If indeed this is a legitimate video clip, the NAF should consider bombing this drone to quickly destroy it before it can be removed for hacking attempts that could be launched against OTHER drones that are still operational in counter terrorism operations.

What do you think ? Is this a real video record of a Nigerian Air Force drone now in enemy hands, or is this entire video merely a hoax published by terrorist propaganda operatives who will by now be familiar with the techniques involved in creating highly realistic FAKE videos depicting IMAGINARY events. Here is the clip, and it would be instructive to hear the opinions of tech-savvy Nairaland writers ion this subject.
