With all these you've shown, why the distribution of ludos, slippers and bread by some of his party members for the electorates?!
And why throwing #200 notes into the air for people in Akure?!

I don't know, but I am not sure his predecessor did that at the near- expiration of his first term.

Before some will come shouting,... I have nothing against the governor, just asking why doing those petty things with all these achievements.

Since you have the name, account number and bank name.

Go to the person's bank branch at your area, ask to see the Head of Operations or Service Manager (whichever name the bank uses) and lodge your complaint with them.
The account will be used to track the owner,EXCEPT the DSE that brought in that customer didn't do the proper KYC, that fellows house address will be on the account opening form.

Banks are against such fraudsters.

Mine wasn't that far in-between in terms of years, but definitely over 400km in distance.

I knew this tailor, bro Tope, on my street in Akure then while still in secondary school. He spent a year living on same street before he left, this was around 2000.
Fast forward, 6 years later, I was in Abuja, 2006. Myself and my sister (of blessed memory), who didn't know this guy, went to a tailor's shop in Kado Estate,... Lo and behold, the tailor was the same bro Tope.
He is man with a good heart.

The problem is, marriage is not for everyone.

Our culture just makes it seem that way. lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

The same bible that says multiply and be fruitful (in genesis) also says in 1 Corinthians 7:9 "if they cannot contain, let them marry....."
This means marriage is optional. If you can "contain", why worry about marriage? undecided undecided

Maybe you should go back and study that passage very well;...Apostle Paul was initially talking about himself saying he wish all men were even like him. And he also said it is not a commandment but he is speaking by permission. And the part you mentioned was talking about widows not singles. If the widows cannot contain themselves, they should go and marry.

[size=18pt]"1 Corinthians 7:6-9 King James Version (KJV)
6 But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.

7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.

8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.

9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn."

I am strongly of the unequivocal opinion that the human penis should be declared a legal and sovereign entity that can sue and be sued by the National Assembly.
The human penis has an independent mind and even when its owner doesn't want to shag, the penis defies its owner and does as it pleases.
Later the blame is heaped on an innocent person. The preeq owner bears the brunt even though he had and always has no control over the philandering demeanor of his preeq.
This is a very important problem I think the National Assembly under the auspices of President Mohammadu Buhari should tackle.
Many men have been jailed, abused, maligned, vilified, ostracized, and made pariahs over what they didnt do while the culprit and perpetrator of the heinous acts of fuckery is never apprehended or questioned and thus, always goes free with so much impunity.
Henceforth, nobody should blame me for my preeq's misgivings. As from today, I cease to take the fall for what I never did. I am young and innocent. Blame the preeq.

That 10 billion Naira approval may take years to see the light of the day.

kahal29:
”The apex court ordered that the runner-up candidate be sworn in if he fulfils the constitutional requirement of getting one quarter of the total votes cast in at least two-third of the local government areas of the state.

Here is the analysis:

Total votes cast: 810,782

APC: 534,541 votes

PDP: 189,452 votes

So PDP must get 202,696 to clinch the governor seat of Zamfara state.

Let's all Digest this please?

Credit: Omowumi Olalekan

Remove that 534,541 votes casted in APC favour from the total of 810,782 as the Supreme Court declared them wasted. And u will have 276,241. PDP's percentage of that remaining votes is 68.58% of the total valid votes cast.

So,...are you sure they didn't meet the requirements by Law?

Laguna Colorada in the Altiplano region of Bolivia
In the southwestern corner of Bolivia, near its border with Chile, the 23-square-mile salt lake called Laguna Colorada stands out against the stark landscape. The shallow lake sits more than 2 miles above sea level on the Altiplano—the wide, high plain in the Andes Mountains that includes the Bolivian Plateau. While this image highlights the reflection of the surrounding mountains when they catch just the right kind of light, other perspectives cast the Laguna Colorada showing off its own vibrant color. The tomato hue is courtesy of salt water, sediments, and red algae, the latter a food source for flocks of the increasingly rare James’s flamingo, which wade in the lake feasting on the microorganisms.

....WHOEVER wasn't residing in Ekiti State between 2010 and now should kindly read this post by mod and leave replying it.

PLEASE JUST STOP making assertions based on what you read on the pages of newspapers;...very annoying and irritating.

Someone listed free education, free laptop, #5000 for old people,...et al.
Abeg, please define this as free education if you can:
"Before Fayemi came, the highest paying department in EKSU pays around #180k altogether and the least paying was around #97k. And when Fayemi came,....the least paying department pays closer to #180k,...left to your imagination how much the highest department will pay"

IS THAT FREE EDUCATION?!

Yes, he distributed laptops that had free access to the Internet and nothing educational was configured on it, unlike that at Osun State, if you were in Ekiti State around that period, cases of rape started occurring among the 13-17 year olds in the secondary schools.

HOW DOES THAT TRANSLATE TO A PERFECT POLICY?

Yes, he paid old people,...go and ask among his party members then, those who will not be blinded but tell you the truth, you will dismiss that policy at once.

STOP READING PROPAGANDAS

He renovated schools and built fences;.... A LAUDABLE ACHIEVEMENT?!

Sold the textile equipment of Oodua Textile Mill and turned the place to an artisan village that you can not find 10 artisans producing anything there;....ANOTHER LAUDABLE ACHIEVEMENT?

Failed to renovate the Governor's Office to the point that sections inside the lobby of that building leaks when it rains;...ANOTHER ACHIEVEMENT ABI?

I will like to stop here, because if I should tell you what transpired in his 4years of rule, ....well, your imaginations will be saturated.

Mynd44:
Don't do this to Fayose. It won't end well.

You, in your quest to make Fayose look good are opening him up to public ridicule and scorn.

Do you know that in Fayeni's term as governor he didnt owe worker's salary? He left owing just a month which was because the month had not ended before he left office. Fayose is owing 8 months salary and is not talking.

This is what Atiku had to say about Fayemi

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/169115-atiku-commissions-300-bed-hospital-in-ekiti.html

Do you know where the said hospital is right now? It is there paying host to insects and reptiles. Fayemi commissioned it in October 2014 before he left, Governor Fayose has refused to open it and equip it because it is not his project.

But bringing and posting links here is just a joke.

Let everyone have fun on their own.

Get on google and do a little exercise.

Type "Fayose Commissions road"

Then type "Fayemi commissions road"

Even though one has left office about 4 years ago, you are still likely to see more of his projects than the present one.

Worse still is that for some reasons, Fayose has commissioned more projects outside Ekiti than inside Ekiti

Well;....it is very obvious you weren't in Ekiti, you only read from the pages of newspaper.
I don't like quoting or replying peoples's quote, but I will make yours an exception.

Fayemi commissioned that hospital with equipments that were more or less BORROWED from the Teaching Hospital. Before Fayemi left, that hospital's only functioning unit was where the civil servants posted to that hospital resume daily, the whole project was more of a sham because it never started any operations even before the election.

How will Fayose not allow the hospital to run if it was fully equipped?
And how will you justify a hospital that was commissioned without the necessary and needed equipment;...is that any different from a private hostel built for students?
If Atiku will commission a hospital without equipment,...what does that say about the person commissioning and about the person who invited the person to commission it;....in your parlance, won't you call that an uncompleted project?
And talking of roads;...please try and make a journey to Ekiti Ministry of Works and ask how far about that,I won't open up on such here.
Please try and be objective in things you say and ask from those there before you make assertions in the public.

I AM NEITHER A PDP SUPPORTER/SYMPATHIZER NOR THAT OF APC;....I only prefer people with some degree of decency and truth and not those who will create a catalogue of achievements and sell to those outside Ekiti State proclaiming illusionary achievements.

THANK YOU and please DO NOT PICK ANY OFFENCE,never meant any harm whatsoever.

WAOH! WAOH!! WAOH!!!

It took me some time to read through all these comments about this post;...while some are funny, some are irritating, some are nonsensical, some are thought-provoking. Some are really out of abject stupidity and some makes one sit up and read over.

IN ALL,I WON'T BRING NIGERIA INTO PERSPECTIVE,BUT WILL FOCUS ON MY DEAR STATE,EKITI STATE.

But for all these, how I wish majority of those that commented had been living in Ekiti State at any point between 1999 till date; and I wish some of these people experienced the regimes of Niyi Adebayo, Ayodele Fayose, Segun Oni, Kayode Fayemi and Ayodele Fayose again.

Something stands out;...ALL ARE DIFFERENT.
But it is rare for Ekiti people to turn back from who they love.
I won't analyze those regimes here though, but I was in Ekiti pre-Fayemi and post-Fayemi. When people from Lagos and other surrounding states start telling me that why are we Ekiti people such ingrates, considering what Fayemi did for us and yet we want to turn against him,my reply was simple: "YOU ARE ALL FED FROM THE NEWSPAPER PAGES,COME TO EKITI STATE YOURSELF".
For those who came at a point immediately after Fayemi left, some asked me,where is the newly constructed flyover Fayemi built,(as if he was there when it was built), I replied "you were fed from the catalogue of Fayemi's achievements". This is the reality.

Fayemi wasn't loved and still he isn't loved,he brought many hardships on Ekiti people, but he has a way of sweet-talking the Nigerian populace outside of Ekiti that he is the best. I remembered when those who campaigned for him then said he is Barack Obama's friend, and we will see more developments in Ekiti state. I STAND TO BE CORRECTED THOUGH;...if building a non-functional general hospital, a self-contain 2-window buildings as maternity centres, refurbishing roads made by Segun Oni and completing Segun Oni's roads, building an over-priced and a contract-signed-expensively-maintained new government house, paying #5,000 to few old people of some of his party loyalists, starting but not completing Ekiti Civic Centre, renovating Ikogosi warm springs and resort, distributing mini laptops that weren't educationally configured from the factory to secondary school students (which obviously promoted the access to immoral things), hiking school fees and medical costs, renaming UNAD to EKSU, creating unneeded and unnecessary LCDAs and selling the only legacy Chief Obafemi Awolowo gave to Ekiti ARE ACHIEVEMENTS to people outside of Ekiti State, those inside the State knows better.

THROWING LIGHT ON THE RECENT ARGUMENT ON WHO OWNS THE AWORI LAND

[b]It is my greatest pleasure and candid opinion to tell all and sundry of Awori Sons and Daughters that the first Oba of Awori Land was a very great hunter of an Elephant “Ode Aperin”.
Many elders might be wondering about the age of the writer of this eye opener. This has to be so, at a point when they are supposed to talk and they refused to do so.
This Oba was in an Ancient Historical town popularly called Ado-Odo town, a town of an Ancient Awori Kingdom. His royal title was “Aajo”.
Oba Aajo was the person who single-handedly brought the crown from Ile-Ife to his domain. He was at the helm of affairs of the town where the wearing of same crown started to spread to all other parts of Awori Land.
He was on the throne serving his ogun at Itako until the coming of the Missionaries from Badagry. This Oba embraced their coming and gave them a parcel of land to build a Church, which was the cause of the battle between him and “Iba” (Iba is the sixteen (16) shrines of the Yorubas in Ado-Odo).
When he noticed that the battle was beyond his control and could terminate his life, there, he decided to step down and release the crown. Releasing the crown in this case, has brought about the chanting of his oriki (eulogy) as “omo Akogun, omo Akogun Iba, ma kogun oba,omo eleri fun jare opopo”.
What I therefore noticed in this issue that caused the confusion is the “Omo Akogun”. Actually, in Benin, there is a family named “Akogun” and as we are all aware, Lagos has ever been the centre of business used by the Royal Niger Company owned by the British government with the headquarters in Asaba of the then colony that attracted the Benin indigenes to trade. It is possible that one of the Oba Aajo descendants chanted his oriki (eulogy) in the presence of the Benins that would have caused the confusion, and I trust my Benin brothers, if you get to our higher institutions today, it is ever been in the history books that a Benin man was the first Oba of Awori Land which is not true.
This clarification also indicates my experience at a gathering where I chanted my oriki (eulogy) and a Benin man in our midst asked if I am from Benin. I quickly replied, telling him that my own Akogun is the one of Oba Aajo in Ado-Odo. Now, let’s imagine a person who doesn’t know his roots!
The history tells us that Oba Aajo was ruling Ado-Odo at Iga Idosiki and later dethroned at Iga Idakogun where Comrade Oniseogun Idowu, the writer of this clarification was born in 1965. This happened mainly because the Oba accepted the Missionaries.
The source of this ancient historical background warranted my family to be part of the “Onigboro Ojeje” (the first ruling house in Ado-Odo).
Honestly, before and after this clarification, there is no Oba that will be enthroned in Ado-Odo who would not count legs at Oba Aajo Hill at Iga Idakogun. Meanwhile, his statue is also mounted at a popular junction named Ado-Odo garage.
This congent information was gathered from my late uncle, Elder Oniseogun Adeotan who died at the age of ninety-five (95) in the year 1997. But at the time of this information, no date was ascertained.
Our Ancient Awori Kingdom named Ado-Odo would not have suffered a setback if it had permanently remained under Lagos State. The switch-over to Ogun State was implemented by the former President Olusegun Obasanjo (during military era), simply because of the industries located at Agbara/Igbesa and Ota.
The Oba Aajo descendants are many in Lagos and Ogun State but few to mention like Oniseogun, Amore, Oluwa, Ojora, Obanla, Talabi, Adebowale, Akapo, Alagbe, Oladele, etc.
In view of the above, this serves as a conviction and also pertinent to note that the Benins are only our Oduduwa brothers and sisters and not part of us in Awori Land.
My humble advise goes to my brothers and sisters both at home and in diaspora to kindly cultivate the spirit of unity “Ntori oosu owo lamemu peesin o”. With Onerous task,we shall succeed.
