If not for Nairaland i wouldn't have known why Jesus said sin against God's holy spirit will never be forgiven {Matthew 12:31-32} imagine the so called PIMO claiming blood transfusion saves life when many that aren't even JWs are rejecting it based on research.

INFACT, based off of reading AWAKE magazine since the 1990s, the Jehovah's Witnesess are one of the MOST highly educated and scientifically aware Christian groups ever.

Have you heard of the term Mutually exclusive?

Mutually exclusive refers to two or more events or conditions that cannot occur simultaneously. If one event happens, the other cannot. For example, a coin toss resulting in either heads or tails is a classic illustration of mutually exclusive outcomes.

Let me give you one more example
If I tell you that I played in the rain today and again, I tell you that it did not rain today, these are mutually exclusive events, it is not possible to have both outcomes.


So when you say, Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God but all , Adam, the Jews, the spirits, and indeed all mankind are begotten sons of God, it is mutually exclusive.

Both statements can't be true at the same time. One must be false for the other to be true.

The main thrust of creating the thread is to share some of the alternative non-blood transfusion methods that have been available since the 1990s. I'm really surprised at the confirmation bias, and circular reasoning among a lot of uninformed posters here who think it's ONLY blood that you can medically use for transfusions. People have lost the urge to creatively read, take part in continuous education and understand situations through cognitive engagements.

If Erythropoietin (EPO) is readily available in that country (Nigeria), then that's OK. She can use that EPO as an alternative since it's one of several methods long recommended by her JW Church based off of the AWAKE magazine I read back in the 1990s. EPO is just one out of several forms of non-blood transfusions that doctors have recommended as alternatives.

Last but NOT least, I have NEVER been a member of JW neither am I a Christian BUT I know the JW adherents to be very educated folks who embrace modern scientific breakthroughs and good business ethics as seen in some of their AWAKE magazines that I still have in my home libraries since the 1990s. The JW folks indeed have a right of choice to choose what is BEST for them and do have a very STRONG point in the sense that improperly screened blood especially in developing countries and underdeveloped countries have led to the massive spread of HIV, Ebola, Marburg, Lassa Virus, hepatitis variants, and more.
