For the first question yes! For the second question yes but theres a difference between God and His Word(jesus). The Word of God proceeds 4rm God to get things done. My brother of a truth God issued the killings of the canaanites in the OT and i will tell u why. If anyone died with a good conscience without hearing about Jesus, Gods Legal salvation is sufficient for them.

In conclusion; I know many christians believe that anyone who did not hear the gospel is condemn to hell, but scripture say otherwise.
