What kind of talk is this? Northerners don't look good in suit or what? or native wears are reserved for northerners? na wa
Oga, it is a simple advice and you saw "may" in my response.

It is just a simple advice. In the 2012 recruitment, some northern folks wore native. No harm in a southerner wearing too. Or in a northerner wearing suit.

I would prefer the SKYPE session but it is expensive. Should it not be cheaper or the same price as the other options?
Skype means all attention will be on 1 person for the entire 2 hours. For class, the theory part (ie teaching you interview tips, about NNPC, oil and gas industry etc will be taken together as a joint class before streamlining to individual mock interview). So you see why Skype is more expensive. You can still call the number for discussions anyway.

“I’m so grateful to JarusHub. I got a success email after KPMG Assessment Center. Everything you talked about came out, and your coaching was very helpful in my performance. I remembered how you coached me on how to handle group discussion, presentation and panel interview. Wow, I’m so so grateful.” - K - Anyikwe
"This is Abdul. I came for interview coaching middle of September (2017) for a job role in MTN. Just to inform you that I got the job, accepted the offer yesterday and I am to resume in 2 weeks time. Thanks for the tips, it was very helpful. Sorry I didn’t contact you after the interview as my phone was stolen, so I was offline since then. Thank you and Best Regards." - K - Abdul

By the way, spoke yesterday with my friend, a supervisor in NNPC, on when NNPC will invite for interview. He didn't have an answer but promised to check with his HR and get back to me.

He got back today to say interview invites are likely to be sent out from the upper week Monday.
I hope those that mocked us saying our information was not reliable just because we never saw the exit of NNPC GMD will now see things.

My Personal opinion about this years AFCON:

1 It is the worst in recent years

2 Nigeria won't win. Our greatest undoing would be the GK and our Coach especially

3 Senegal would reach the finals

4 Uganda would reach the Semis

5 Mane would cement his place as Africa's best

grin cheesy
Worst in terms of what?
Just because the "minnows" are giving the big boys a run for their money?

By the way, I don't see Uganda past QF.

And if this Senegal comes against Nigeria or Mali, it's a 50-50 chance so it is not a given that Senegal will get to final.

I agree Mane should ein APOTY.

MRS does not operate an oil bloc.

It is a downstream company that sells refined petroleum products which are mostly imported.

I don't count Uganda as a small team.

The small teams here are Burundi, Madagascar, Benin,Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritania and Namibia..

Which one of them do u think will make it to the quarter final ??
Kenya is not a small team. They have a couple of players in Europe, including Wanyama. So in African football pedigree I will classify them as Class C.

To your question, that Burundi and Madagascar may pull a surprise appearance to QF

Things learned from Mali vs Mauritania

1) A giant is rising :Mali, remember the name with sweet crisp passing, midfield dribbling and wonderful play Mali is announcing itself on the African stage

2) Africans can play beautiful football : The match was the best of the tournament, both sides were organized, capable and played good football with little fouls

3) Marega is a beast: With a run of 40kph and a tank of all day running, Mali striker Marega is the last person you want your defence to face

4)A game of beautiful goals:Each goal fighting each other for the goal of the tournament, the Malians have dynamite on the legs

5) Mauritania is not so far behind : Having a high pass accuracy and comfortable on the ball, Mauritania were not over awed by their illustrious opponents and they had a goal for their troubles

6)Zanku is going places :Need I expatiate on this one grin
I'm liking your "Things learned..." series

Stats don't lie but you lied. grin

According to 1996 UEFA ranking, EPL was ranked 7th while Ligue 1 was ranked 2nd best league in the world. EPL was a Mickey mouse league as at the time Celestine Babayaro joined. That's the undiluted facts you can never change. Sorry. grin

For your information, UEFA league ranking is not by caliber of players or money but by the performance of each leagues representatives in UEFA competitions over 5 years. grin

The 1996 UEFA ranking poved that Ligue 1 teams performed better than EPL teams in the UEFA competitions in the last previous 5 seasons EOD
Stats sometimes lie.

If you use stats alone, you would conclude Aiyegbeni was better than Kanu.

Yet, Kanu was rated one of Africa's Top 10 players ever.

CAF Team of the Year award started in 2005 when Babayaro had left the stage.

I strongly believe if it existed in the 90s, Babayaro would have made it at least 2 times.

Babayaro was highly rated in his playing days.

Burundi, Madagascar, and Uganda have done well so far.

Same feeling I had after that game vs Burundi.

I really never gave SE much chance in this AFCON but with what I saw in that game, I think we can stand any team.

I'm particularly happy the team has depth - players that can come from the bench to change game if things are not going well - as it happened in that game.

We still have other quality players like Osinmhen, Kalu and Simon who have not even tasted action.

2012 no Nigeria. they faced Zambia in the semis and were disgraced...

reportminds:
Cameroon's players were left in tears during their clash with England at the Women's World Cup.

The Lionesses were the favourites going into the last 16 clash in France.

Phil Neville's side took the lead early on as Steph Houghton fired home from an indirect free-kick after a backpass.

Ellen White then doubled the lead before the break although the goal was initially flagged for offside.

The decision was sent to VAR and the goal was eventually given with replays showing White was onside.

Cameroon's players were furious though, suggesting Nikita Parris - who was not interfering - was stood in an offside position.

Don't let us forget Babayaro won Ebony Shoe Award in Belgium in 1996 and came 2nd a year earlier - that's the award for the best player of African origin playing in Belgian league. It included other players of African origin who play for Belgium itself, France etc. Other recent winners include Lukaku, Fellaini and Kompany.

He also won Belgian league young footballer of the year twice.

I think Rohr’s conservative stance is hindering the progress of the team when it comes to developing our lethal nature upfront. If he was more adventurous, he should have started Osimhen ahead of Onuachu with Musa/Onyekuru with Iwobi in the middle and had a good go at the Burundi team from day one. Just like we saw Aina yesterday and Ebuehi in the Argentine game, Rohr has a habit of putting his foot on the brakes in his selection.

We can not know how good Osimhen is if he does not give him a quality chance. Glad Ighalo is back and I hope we take a good lead early in the game for him to give Osimhen a nod. I believe he we will be impressed with Osimhen if given a nod. He offers more movement upfront and will give the midfield and wingers better passing options.
But all reports from training camp say Onuachu was the best striker in training and you still want Osimhen to bench before the game of yesterday?
