If the recruitment is CANCELLED as you say, then why haven't you left the thread??

Or are you still hopeful that they would continue with a CANCELLED recruitment??

Some have advised us to move on and forget about the recruitment, yet they are even more active in replying and dropping comments on this thread than those who still believe that the recruitment is still on...

The payment is the same in all government agencies and parastatals, LNG recognize HND more than Bsc and HND holders in Technical Engineering areas are big boys in LNG so don’t mislead your intuition

But from what the guy wrote above, the pay discrepancies between the HND and the BSc is too much for this your statement to be true sir... unless we are saying he isn't sure of what he said

Please, do you have any idea why the Bsc/B.eng guys(GT) were paid almost times(X) 2½ (Two and a half) of what the HND guys (operator/Technician) were paid then? Was it a one time thing or there's a HOOOGE discrimination between HND and Bsc guys in the company?

Are there discriminations in other areas or it's just the upfront? Like, as the Operators/Tech took home 800k net, mathematically the Bsc guys were taking home over 1.7m net monthly. If this is the case, then it's demoralising to say the least! Omo

2. If you applied for it without researching the firm, then hmmm, I don't know what to say to you.

I am confused please....The test I did was that one of nine steps...is there supposed to be another stage after that?? there was nothing like culture fit there ...

spelling, sentence making, code, and work flow did u have and extra 2 sections activated for you, he is saying he did 3 different sections of assessment which can be about that time.

Me I am yet to see those extra 2 sections

Next was BCT with 50 questions numerical, logical, sequence, etc that took 1 hour and then the Behavioural test has five sections just to test your leadership, emotional intelligence and management abilities for different scenarios in a team environment of a typical office work which took over 2 hours also. In total they all took over 5 hours to complete"

Yea, these were all part of session one.

Two separate sessions were unlocked after completing the first.

Haven't seen any new session yet

Wow, are you sure its same test everybody did?.....I spend nothing short of 5hrs in total completing 3 different set of test, and I know I wasn't slow.

I did about 7 tests:
Moving animals
Numerical
Moving animals (they brought it twice)
Sentence construction
Spelling test
Code
Program (something about shop sales)

I think these are the ones i did

Finally taken the test...

Didn't spend more than 1hour 15minutes...

It was relatively easy to scale through and also easy to make errors..

Hopefully we all scale through to the next stage
