I am confused please....The test I did was that one of nine steps...is there supposed to be another stage after that?? there was nothing like culture fit there ...

After those nine steps of games, numerical,
spelling, sentence making, code, and work flow did u have and extra 2 sections activated for you, he is saying he did 3 different sections of assessment which can be about that time.

"The first game took about 2 hours with 9 different sections. Next was BCT with 50 questions numerical, logical, sequence, etc that took 1 hour and then the Behavioural test has five sections just to test your leadership, emotional intelligence and management abilities for different scenarios in a team environment of a typical office work which took over 2 hours also. In total they all took over 5 hours to complete"

Yea, these were all part of session one.

Two separate sessions were unlocked after completing the first.

Wow, are you sure its same test everybody did?.....I spend nothing short of 5hrs in total completing 3 different set of test, and I know I wasn't slow.

Check your mail guys, Just recieved an email for an assessment that should be completed in 24 hours. Who has an idea what's it's all about?

I just heard that this recruitment is not even for TRAIN 7 but to fill in the gap of some staff in TRAIN 1-6 that are retiring and some that are going for training abroad.
If they can employ as many as 120, how much more would they employ for TRAIN 7.
May the God of Abraham,the dominion of the seven heavens and earths, bless those that didn't make it this time so that they will be part of the TEAM of TRAIN 7.

How could you do unsupervised online tests , uploaded jamboree docs and expected appointments ?
As long as the advert didn't specify NCMDB on the advert, it was invalid.
It surprised me when some people here are talking blabla just to raise people unnecessary hope .

If you are honest with yourself and objective you will figure out there's something abnormal with this recruitment exercise especially the wait time.

We all want this recruitment to be concluded, so take a chill pill and maybe learn how to engage in public so you won't be that toxic person that was eventually thrown out of the tower because of bad character.
