I wish there is any permanent solution to this skin infection. I've been suffering from this for more than 7years. Here's a super remedy.
Each night crush about 2 cloves of garlic and add a teaspoon of olive oil then rub on your affected parts leave for about an hour then wash off. Don't mind the initial sting when you apply for the first time.
Do this until your skin is clear.
I only recommended nights because you may feel uncomfortable about the smell around people during the day time but if its not an issue for you then use it anytime.
