I hardly check my result cus my MATRIC number was 1st in my class, so almost everyone sees my result b4 I do.... and my coursemates text or Ping me my result even when I don't ask them. #Team_uniben.

There are 3 sides to every Nigeria politicking story : PDP side , APC side and the TRUTH. Impeachment is not necessary and they should not heat up the political arena more than it is now. BTW...whether PDP or APC, it all boil down to their selfish ambitions and not the interest of the common man. I only pity the jobless fellows who come here to insult each other because of their affiliations to some political bigots.

Tell that to Uncle Jona. I watched a power debate session on TV and I realized that Nigeria Power problem is self-inflicted....Anywhere, solar energy isn't cheap too. So maybe instead of buying "stoves" for the masses, the Govt can invest in solar panels and inverters.

It have gotten to the point that bombings are now an everyday occurrence that our Govt now feel its a waste of time issuing press release to condemn or give us any hope. WE NEED TO HELP OURSELVES ..... I hope the Emir is safe.

Boredom scares the hell out of me. I feel sick cus am not used to being alone and doing nothing. Am a busy bee. I remember when I was Changing my job to a new one, was off for a whole week, it was horrible doing nutin. It reduces self worth. I just kept watching movies and browsing. Yea. Since U r the typical busy working class lady, Here are some of my practical suggestions of the 'WHERE' and 'HOWs' : 1) Church : get involve in smth, no matter how small. U will get to mingle more. 2) Work : Be more friendly and if its a corporate org. take time to mingle during those meetings, trainings and seminars. 3) Go out more often @ weekends with ur Galfriends....social places: cinemas, malls, colleague's birthdays, friends weddings (not clubbing ooo cus we r looking for ur 'ideal' man)....

No. U are not. Sound like u wuld like the corporate kind of guys...like 8-5 office job guy, the calm/gentle looking, comfortable type, ready to settle type.........the next question is : Where do such guys hangout?

That's normal nah. My school days were worst. The punishments were military grade and inhumane. But it made me tough, disciplined, stronger and daring....as bad as it sound...it made coping with the Real life easier.

My story
since my primary school days i have been short sighted, although i dont have problem with close stuff up on till now but back then couldnt view the black board from a far distance, i compensate for this by trying to sit at least somewhere around the middle of the class this was about 12 years ago, was in primary 4 when i first notice this, bt years later my distance of clearity or say the distance from where i could see the board kept decreasing, i went from sitting at the middle to the core front before i could see the board clearly, i just had to struggle with note taking and drawing diagram from the board, but during this period my immediate senior brother was diagnoise with myopia and was given a -3 glasses' i tested the glasses and was suprise how sharp and clear the world really is .
by 2011 i was done with secondary school , didnt write the jamb for that year so i was at home during this period i brought a desktop computer, with an estimated use of atleast 9 hours without break for 3 years, i notice a huge decrease of sharpness withing this period plus my vision started getting blurry occationally in the morning when i use it over night with less sleep. But by january this year the blurriness was permanent and i notice i cant recognise faces accept the person is close, i decided to cut down on my heavy computer usuage and get enough sleep but yet the blurriness wont go away except if i use my brother's -3 myopia glasses.
Finally now i have started noticing "Floaters' 2 quite large cobweb like thing and small tiny ones in my vision .


Some of what i notice
- my vision get quite sharp if i woke up in the middle of the night .

- i once had an injury on my right eye were a single broom pinched my eyes ( i was about 12 then ) and i couldnt open the eye, when i finally open it, it was cloudy and watery for almost a day

- my near vision is completely okay

- if i stare at bulds or lamps, it seems to be brighter and sometimes i get uncomfortable staring the at light from my phone when i adjust it to full brightness


Family history

- I have two uncles from my dads side diagnose with glaucoma ( my worst fear )

- my dad is longsighted ( he is using glasses for close work and reading )

-my mum is midly shortsighted

- my senior brother is also shortsighted ( although without blurriness )

please what might be my own problem?

You have either mild or high myopia. High Myopia is a risk for both glaucoma and retina degenerations which can result in floaters. So in summary : See an eye doctor, get a detailed eye examination and start management as soon as possible.

Just watching on TV that the Inspector General of Police have refused to recognize Mr. Tambuwal as the Speaker. This happened when he appeared before the committee today. He alleged that thugs invaded the first gate and that resulted in the use of tear gas on the house members.

This is interesting...I like her guts sha.

I for one is an advocate of healthy sexual education in our schools. Such education can be tailored according to the age of the child.

Let me start by saying that I hate it when people waste their time and energy defending any illegality. I don't care if PDP and APC keep outsmarting each other with their self-seeking shameless games, becus they are birds of a feather. My concern is that things should be done according to the LAW. What is wrong is wrong. If you support impunity and lawlessness now, one day a police will detain u for no reason and no one will speak out for you !!!
